Thank you to the society for this lovely invitation to judge at your anniversary show. I was very impressed with the quality and with so many promising youngsters, I feel the future looks very bright for your breed. Thanks must go also to my two hard working stewards who kept everything running smoothly.

VD (3,1) 1 and BV, RBD Benton’s CH Brooklynson El Dorado Sh.Cex 8 yr shaded sable who is in fabulous condition, handsome blunt wedge head with oblique eye and well used ears and so attentive to his handler, straight moderately boned forelegs and tidy elbows, correctly proportioned body with deep brisket and well sprung ribs, hindquarters are strong and muscled helping him to cover the ground freely and easily 2 Mills Lynmack Starman At Lemivee sable dog out of a smaller mould than the winner but fairly well proportioned, blunt wedge head but I would have liked a little less stop, he has small neat ears and a good length of neck and he holds a level topline both stacked and on the move. He covers the ground freely but couldn’t match the winner for length of stride or rear drive MPD (0) PD (1) Collinos Imaginist A Griffons Mark a well presented tri dog who makes a pleasing shape on the stack being slightly longer than high, he has a wedge head that just needs to broaden and strengthen but with a dark obliquely set eye and small neat ears. Body is developing well with enough spring of rib and depth of chest for his age. He is an active and enthusiastic mover who covers the ground freely and easily but could have a fraction more hind angulation. JD (2) 1 and BD Toogoods Hanvale Ralph Lauren a super 12 mth sable, he has that look at me quality and showmanship in abundance, blunt wedge head with flat skull and small tipped ears that just need to settle, he stands true in front on straight moderately boned forelegs and oval feet, body is well proportioned with enough spring of rib for his age and he has a good bend of stifle, he covers the ground so easily with accuracy and flowing movement. How lucky is his owner to have a young dog of such quality to show and I’m sure with more confidence his handler could take him on to greater things, I loved him. 2 Skinners Ladnar Makeithappen For Nikal Merle who is well made with a well proportioned body, he has a blunt wedge head than needs to mature on but he uses his ears very well, neck is of good length and he has straight forelegs to slightly sloping pasterns and well shaped feet and enough spring of rib for his age, stifles are well bent and tail reached to hock, he is a little wayward on the move and not as accurate as the winner but he has plenty of time to strengthen up and get himself together. ND (0) GD (5) 1 Hanvale Ralph Lauren 2 Hanson’s Jards Ring Presence 3 3.5 yr sable, a strong masculine boy who I wouldn’t want any bigger but he is in proportion. Well boned but not overdone and a well developed body with a good spring of rib and well bent stifles, presented in excellent coat and moved out soundly. I just preferred the body condition and covering of the younger dog 3 Shortens Thistlewings Andromeda At Bracoisla. PG (2) 1 Milligan and Marley’s Alfsden Endless Night this 3 year old tri was presented in fabulous coat that fitted around him so well, strong blunt wedge head with a super dark eye, ears set on correctly but could be used more, he is well constructed in the fore with a good lay of shoulder and deep brisket, well sprung ribs and a strong topline with slight rise over the loin, lots to appreciate in him however he does need to settle on the move but showed me enough to be able to give him this class 2 Thistlewings Andromeda At Bracoisla sable dog just over 2 years of age with a good wedge head and dark eye but I would have liked a better shape to give a sweeter expression. He has a lovely neck and enough angulation at the shoulder with good hind angulation and long tail, profile movement showed ample reach and drive but he could have a little more strength in his hocks. LD (2,1) Hanvale Ralph Lauren OD (4,1) 1 Allsops Aqualita It’s A Miracle 5 yr tri dog who was the best mover in the class, good wedge head and minimal stop with obliquely set eyes and correct ears, just a shame he doesn’t use them more, he has a good lay of shoulder and deep chest , body is well proportioned and he has a good bend of stifle and short strong hocks allowing him to cover the ground freely with plenty of drive 2 Milligan and Marley Alfsden He Lives With You 3.5 yr merle with a well prepared coat that fitted him well, he has very good head planes with dark eye holding a sweet expression, body is well proportioned with a good spring of ribs and a firm topline that rises slightly over the loin, he looks a picture of balance and dignity on the stack but I felt he would benefit from being moved a little faster to help him drive out more as his construction dictates he could. 3 Hawkins and Foy Beldones Rocket Man VB (1) 1 Benton’s Ch Brooklynson Jane Russell Of Oakstelle VW this 10 year old is in super condition for her age, she has a well proportioned body with deep chest and firm topline with slight rise over the loin, head is a good wedge shape and ears are set correctly but I just found her a little plain in expression. Still so sound on the move. MPB (2,1) 1 Wells Gataj Little Miss Sassy At Terelimon petite and feminine is how I would describe this pretty sable girl, she has a lovely eye and expression but a little too much rise of skull, however her head is far from finished. she has pleasing shape overall with moderate bone, good angles fore and aft and beautiful oval feet. She moved out with confidence and is fairly well together for her age. I would have just liked a little more of her all over. PB (3,1) 1 BPB and BPIB Collinos Imaginist My Fair Lady a pretty sable with very good head planes and obliquely set eyes with tipped ears used well to enhance her expression she has a slightly arched neck into a good lay of shoulder, fit body which is slightly longer than high with enough spring of rib and slight rise over the loin, a well set tail carried correctly on the move. She is an enthusiastic mover just needing to tighten up all over. 2 Hanson’s Mejola The Special One At Jards 11mth sable girl who has a pleasing overall shape, blunt wedge head with dark eye but just a little plain in expression, straight moderately boned forelegs and slightly sloping pasterns, feet just a little flat, she has a good length of neck and lay of shoulder with shapely hindquarters and a good bend of stifle, she moved out soundly in profile but couldn’t match the winner in rear movement. Presented in a well prepared coat. JB (5) What a wonderful class of bitches, a real pleasure to judge 1 and BB, BOB and absolutely thrilled to see her awarded BIS by Sophie Wray-Ramsden. Cronks Skabona If I Saw You In Heaven For Chelborn (imp Swe) A very striking blue merle presented in the most glorious and profuse coat , she filled my eye as soon as she walked in, she has a gorgeous and feminine head with dark oblique eyes holding the sweetest expression, her slightly arched neck is of good length and she stands true in front on strong pasterns and oval feet, she has excellent body proportions and a good bend of stifle and is sound and true on the move displaying a good length of stride. The breed standard mentions beauty and balance which this girl has in abundance and I just loved her 2. Walders Hanvale Patsy Stone sable girl with an exquisite head and expression and who uses her ears to enhance her expression further, she has a lovely neck and a well proportioned body with firm topline rising slightly over the loin and well angulated quarters, her overall shape really appealed and she moved out so soundly but just not quite the reach and drive of the winner 3 Mills Hanvale Edina Monsoon At Lemivee NB (0) GB (9,3) 1 Hanvale Patsy Stone 2 Cronks Chelborn Tell Me Your Wish 2yr sable girl who has a very attractive head with dark oblique eye holding a sweet expression and excellent ears, neck is slightly arched into well laid shoulders and she has a well proportioned body with good spring of rib, level topline with slight rise over the loin, she covers the ground with good reach and drive moving off strong hocks, close decision between 1 and 2 but not showing herself off quite as much 3 Hanvale Edina Monsoon At Lemivee

PGB (2,1) 1 Collinos Blamorder Any Dream Will Do, Blue Merle who is quite striking in outline and having less coat than others only emphasised her shape and excellent angles but she is a little strong in head for my preference. Her topline is level and firm and she has a good depth of brisket and she flows on the move displaying good reach and drive. She was very nice to go over and was well muscled all through, something lacking in a lot of the other exhibits here today LB (1) 1 Mellish Demelewis Double Take 3yr tri with a beautiful dark oblique eye, small neat ears and strong arched neck and she holds herself with grace on the stack, she has a very good front and well laid shoulders with close fitting elbows and is well developed in body with a good spring of rib and depth of brisket, she was standing just a little high on the rump today but this levelled out on the move where she covered the ground smoothly with a good length of stride. On another day she could easily have taken one of the top awards as I liked her a lot. OB (7,1) 1 Skabona If I Saw You In Heaven For Chelborn (imp swe) 2 and RBB, RBOB Howard’s GIB CH Serenlas Angel Of Casatentola tri with a balanced outline and moderate bone, blunt wedge head with lovely dark eye and small neat ears used well although she could have a fraction more strength to her muzzle and slightly better planes, not in her best jacket but hiding nothing and I really liked her balance and the overall picture she presented. She is correctly angulated fore and aft with strong hocks allowing her to move out smoothly with good reach and drive. Would love to see her in her best clothes as there is a lot to like but as one of the best movers here today I was pleased to award her RBB and RBOB. 3 Hanvale Edina Monsoon At Lemivee
