Scottish Terriers: Thank you to the officers and the committee for the invitation to judge at this show. I have such fond memories of exhibiting at this show since a junior so I was honoured to receive this invitation. Thank you to my steward for keeping the ring running smoothly and all the exhibitors for their support, I had some lovely dogs to assess and thoroughly enjoyed my day.

Junior Handling 12-16 Years (2 2)
1st Place – Thomas Taylor
Really well handled, showed great placement of dog on the floor and on the table. Thomas moved his dog at the correct pace, completing his triangle and up and down without obstructing my view. He showed great awareness of my view of the dog at all times . There was an obvious rapport with dog and was always watching his dog on the move. Thomas showed me the teeth as well as the bite clearly, moving the beard out of the picture well. A well trained junior handling earning his first place.
2nd Place - Frances Norton
Frances showed her dog very well, always keeping her eye on the dog on the move. Frances stood her dog beautifully and handled him to advantage, presenting a really pleasing outline and showing her knowledge of the breed and her dog. As with the first place, Frances showed a great rapport with her dog and was moving well with him throughout. Frances’ handling is great for the breed ring but missed a few junior handling points obstructing my view showing the teeth and on the floor. Another fantastic young handler.
