1st Parson’s Irish Setter Quensha Thinking Out Loud at Bransett JW

Have done this young man well before at varying stages of his development and think he has matured into such a lovely dog. He has a lovely head and eye with good proportions, well off for bone and substantial throughout, clean through neck into correct lay of shoulder, good in upper arm, great depth and spring of rib with gentle slope to the croup, super on the move and presented in excellent condition.

2nd Sutton & Mannings Bouvier de Flandes Abbiville Royal Black Duke, presented an impressive picture thought he had good head with super flat skull and strong jaw, strong neck, with a good front and well laid shoulders, strong level back to croup and tail, coat texture correct, put a good performance in on the move with good reach and drive.

1st McDonalds Roanjora Crémant D’alsace (Irish Red & White Setter) liked her overall quality and thought she had a lovely shape & profile, lovely head with slightly domed skull and good proportions, moderately long neck leading into well placed shoulders, deep through chest, ribs well sprung, Moved effortlessly with a long and easy stride.

2nd Foster’s Loreleilee Me Bashful at Thozow (Lakeland Terrier)

Smart & workmanlike, liked his head which was of good proportions, compact in body with harsh coat, well set on tail. Moved with drive.

Junior

1st McDonalds Roanjoro Crement De Savoie Avec Eusanit (IRWS) Litter brother to previous class winner but not as forward in development. He is balanced showing a pleasing outline. Head nicely proportioned with lovely eye colour. Enough depth of chest although needs to develop through ribcage. Decent hindquarters and moved out well.

2nd Baker & Denton’s Cloverwood’s Storm Shadow (Dandie Dimont)

Broad masculine head with good expression. Powerful neck, well set into shoulders, chest well developed with long body, decent backend. Moved well with a free and easy stride.

1st Whittington’s Juldeane Line of Duty (AI) (English Setter)

Quality orange belton dog presenting a super clean outline, broad in skull and long muzzle. Dark eye. Good reach of neck, well placed shoulders, level topline leading to slight slope to croup. Well developed quarters, moved out really well with a free, easy stride with good head carriage. Best Vunerable Breed

2nd Upton-Lovett & Upton’s Roydack Portrait of a Lady (Gordon Setter) – Present an elegant and symmetrical outline. Lovely head with muzzle longer than skull and good flews. Strong neck, well placed shoulders, strong level topline and well ribbed back with short, strong loin. Moved well from all angles.

Leadbeater’s White Swiss Shepherd Dog Jackson The Winter Souls in Shadowshack (Imp Esp)

This dog just could not be denied every inch a quality dog put down in superb condition, he screamed look at me from the minute he entered the ring. Clean cut head, flat skull which was parallel to muzzle, lovely eye colour showing a lively and friendly temperament. Erect high set ears, well arched neck, long sloping shoulders with good return of upper arm, strong topline, well-developed quarters. On the move he was a joy to watch covering every inch of the ground easily.

 I was certainly spoilt for choice and here was another super quality dog putting in an impressive performance. Lovely head shape with dark eyes, clean muzzle and correct bite, good reach of neck, well-constructed front with excellent rib, top line. Well-developed quarters and another who moved superbly.

What lovely quality young lady this was shown in lovely coat and condition. She had a lovely feminine head and expression, Good reack of neck, shoulders well laid back with good return of upper arm, level topline, well-developed quarter and really moved with super reach drive and tail carried straight of her back
