I was impressed with the quality, lots of very good mouths and decent hindquarters. Temperaments were excellent. Some very untidy front action and I think some of this is caused by the handlers showing on too taut a lead. Sincere thanks to my excellent Stewards, Karen Caunce and Mick Glover. Class 733. Minor Puppy Dog Entries: 6 Absentees: 0 1st Place 2219 - Cazants Devil in Disguise (Mrs C Ousbey). Showy, confident and saucy! Good skull and good sized, well set eyes. Nice ears. Firm little body with good topline and high set, well carried tail. Very good hindquarters. 2nd Place 2209 - Cazants Red Adair (Mrs C M Holmes). Litter brother to the winner and I did admire his head and expression. Perhaps not quite so forward as yet, in body and rib but he has all the essentials and moves and shows to good advantage. 3rd Place 2181 - Anadeia Nardhanar (Mrs A Burrows) Class 734. Puppy Dog Entries: 5 Absentees: 2 1st Place 2177 - Chirouxe Come Together (Ms L J Russell). Best Puppy. Very pretty and smart. Good skull, large flared ears and pleasing dark eyes. Excellent dentition. Nicely crested neck and good forehand. Well ribbed. Well angulated, strong hindquarters and he moved out with some drive. His deportment and carriage were exemplary. 2nd Place 2208 - Cazants Biggysmallz (Mrs C M Holmes). Good skull and eyes. Well set ears. Nicely balanced with a good topline and high set tail. Well angulated, muscular hindquarters. Moved soundly. 3rd Place 2202 - Xmas Dancer De Petit Roi Mojito at Casiatodo (Imp Deu) (Miss E Hicks) Class 735. Junior Dog Entries: 5 Absentees: 1 1st Place 2222 - Ch Yorone Make My Day (Mr S J Rooney). I marked him as CC quality in my notes! He scored here with his perfect, driving hind action. Very pleasing head with large, well placed ears and lovely eyes. Perfect topline and tailset. Good quarters. Smooth, soft coat. 2nd Place 2235 - Toltechi’s Dante Le Poete JW (Mr H Stading). Alert and confident with a lovely head and expression, excellent dentition. Certainly has an air of quality. Good outline with high set, well carried tail. Very pleasing profile action. 3rd Place 2173 - Alderxena Pocket Rocket (N Alexander) Class 736. Yearling Dog Entries: 4 Absentees: 0 1st Place 2180 - Anadeia Eowyn (Mrs A Burrows). Smart and lively with a pleasing masculine head, flared well set ears. Good size eyes. Nicely arched neck with good forehand. Decent body and well carried tail. Moved soundly with a brisk, true action. 2nd Place 2173 - Alderxena Pocket Rocket (N Alexander). A lovely character and he too impressed on the move. Presets a good picture standing on the table with his pleasing balance and good topline. Nicely flared ears, good eyes. Dainty and typical. 3rd Place 2228 - Charonchi Sultan of Swing (Mrs S H Slavinec) Class 737. Post Graduate Dog Entries: 3 Absentees: 1 1st Place 2194 - Dorenty's Arfa Sixpence (Miss D Entwistle). Masculine and saucy. Good skull, nicely flared ears, lovely eyes and good mouth. Nicely arched neck and firm, well ribbed body with good tailset. Very impressive on the move with a good driving action. 2nd Place 2185 - Lozmarchi Sweetest Taboo (Mrs L S & Mr M Daly). Pleasing head and expression with lovely eyes. Well ribbed and decent depth of brisket. Flattish well carried tail. He too moved with some drive and shows to advantage. Class 738. Good forehand with decent forechest and a well ribbed sturdy body and perfect topline and tailset. Moved well with a brisk, flowing action. 2nd Place 2225 - Charonchi Ignatius (Mrs S H Slavinec). Very appealing head qualities with large, flared ears and beautiful eyes. Well bodied with good topline and tailset. Moved well with some drive from his well angulated hindquarters. 3rd Place 2196 - Tidos Undercover Operative (Mrs C Fairbairn) Class 739. Open Dog Entries: 7 Absentees: 3 1st Place 2201 - Jorazan Roody Red Sox JW (Mrs A Halls). Reserve CC. A nicely made dog with a good forehand, some forechest and decent depth of brisket. First class topline and tailset. Very attractive head with large, clear bright eyes. Excellent dentition. Moved out well with a brisk forceful stride. 2nd Place 2210 - Ch Diamonchi Button Moon for Moltobello (Mrs S T J Hunt). A little stallion of a dog and he too has a very good forehand. Good skull and nicely set ears. Excellent mouth. Well ribbed body. Very impressive on the move. 3rd Place 2221 - Ch Beaulamey Show Me The Money for Tarabish (Miss C Mackay) Class 740. Veteran Dog Entries: 1 Absentees: 0 1st Place 2195 - Ritagold Ice Warrior at Lemaritz ShCM (Mrs L M Evans). Very appealing head and expression. Nicely rounded skull. Some forechest and well ribbed body. Sound and brisk on the move. Class 741. Special Beginners Dog Entries: 2 Absentees: 0 1st Place 2173 - Alderxena Pocket Rocket (N Alexander). Best Special Beginner. 2nd Place 2224 - Paulwilchi Poliver Twist (Mr M Shakespeare). A handsome, alert and confident youngster. Pretty yet masculine head and expression with good ears. Moved well. He would benefit from a little more body weight and this should come with maturity. Class 742. Minor Puppy Bitch Entries: 4 Absentees: 1 1st Place 2206 - Hollichi Designer Baby (Mrs K L Hollister). Smart and showy with plkenty of attitude and confidence. Large, well set ears. Pleasing eyes and a very good mouth. Well ribbed for age with good topline and tailset. Moved well in typical fashion. 2nd Place 2189 - Chibull Moana (Mrs J Davis). Pretty and dainty and pleasing for both balance and type. Nicely arched neck, decent body and nicely angulated quarters. Moved soundly enough but just a little overawed by the constant Tannoy announcements. 3rd Place 2216 - Lovchi Bambina (Mrs R Lovric) Class 743. Puppy Bitch Entries: 6 Absentees: 3 1st Place 2178 - Roovena Pumpkin Patch (Miss L Black). Best Bitch Puppy. Presents a lovely outline and is pleasing to handle with her good deportment, nicely crested neck and well ribbed body. Dainty and sound with a lovely head and expression. I see she is a half sister to the Best Puppy. 2nd Place 2187 - Chibull Dare to Dream (Mrs J Davis). Absolutely typical and beautifully balanced. Good ear set, pleasing eyes. Good topline and tailset. Not quite the confidence of the winner as yet. Impressed in profile. 3rd Place 2227 - Charonchi Sugar Moon (Mrs S H Slavinec) Class 744. Junior Bitch A good class. Entries: 5 Absentees: 1 1st Place 2242 - Sunlea Bouncing Back from Prinleigh (Miss A Turnbull). Attractive head and expression. Clean, bright eyes. Very good dentition. Alert and smart and she makes good use of her neck. Well ribbed. Flat, furry tail. Very pleasing on the move with some drive evident. 2nd Place 2211 - Jahneemahs Just The Ticket (Mrs E Huntley). Dainty and alert, good skull and well set, nicely flared ears. Good forehand. Decent depth of brisket. Nicely angulated hindquarters. Moved soundly. 3rd Place 2174 - Lumanatii’s This Is It (Miss L Anderson) Class 745. Yearling Bitch I could happily have signed a CC for either of the first two. Entries: 4 Absentees: 0 1st Place 2198 - Ch Diamonchi Miss Beautiful JW (Mrs D Fothergill). Right out of the top drawer with a lovely head and expression. Pleasing to handle as she is well made with a good forehand and well ribbed body. Excellent coat and typical tail. Moved out well with a brisk, easy stride. 2nd Place 2234 - Stadmeyer Jesslyn JW (Mrs L Stading). Smart, pretty and dainty. Beautifully balanced. Attractive head and expression with well set ears which are a good size. Smooth, glossy coat and she impressed on the move. 3rd Place 2242 - Sunlea Bouncing Back from Prinleigh (Miss A Turnbull) Class 746. Post Graduate Bitch Entries: 3 Absentees: 0 1st Place 2207 - Hollichi Ren’s Legacy (Mrs K L Hollister). A good showgirl with her alert and confident attitude. I liked her balance, good topline and typical tail which is well set. Appealing head and expression. Moved out well. 2nd Place 2204 - Myojo Red Leicester at Lilliputchi (Mrs M A Hill). She too is well balanced. Attractive head and expression with dark, lively eyes. Good depth of brisket and nicely ribbed body. Goes well with some drive but just a little untidy in front. 3rd Place 2214 - Boetandales Pockets (Mr D J Langford) Class 747. Limit Bitch Entries: 7 Absentees: 3 Again, the first two were definitely of CC quality. 1st Place 2241 - Arkoschi Oh My Tweed JW (Ms L Taylor). CC. Very showy and most impressive on the move with some drive and a flowing, brisk action. Very pretty head with particularly nice eyes. Good body with decent forechest and depth of brisket. Flat tail. Well angulated, muscled hindquarters. 2nd Place 2183 - Copymear Flash Dance at Christalchi (Mrs S Crowley). Very pretty and feminine with an appealing head and expression. Firm topline and high set, well carried flat tail. Moved out well with a typical brisk action. Shows to good advantage. 3rd Place 2197 - Gestavo Party Lines with Okajem (Ms A Fathers) Class 748. Gay and lively with a lovely head and attractive expression. Well set ears. Good forehand with some depth of brisket. Nicely ribbed body with a good topline and typical tail. Moved well and with some style. 2nd Place 2215 - Ch Boetandales Rhythm Goes On (Mr D J Langford). Really pretty head and eye. Nicely arched neck and has some forechest. Well balanced with a flat, well carried tail. Nicely angulated hindquarters. Sound and typical on the move. 3rd Place 2229 - Moltobello Miss Myrtle of Hulawawas (Miss W J Smith) Class 749. Excellent dentition. Good forehand with nicely arched neck and some forechest. Well ribbed body. Well angulated and moved out soundly with a brisk easy stride. 2nd Place 2203 - Carouselway Loopy Lou at Lilliputchi (Mrs M A Hill).Pretty and typical with an appealing head, well set ears and bright, clear eyes. Dainty and feminine with good body and ribbing and a high set, well carried tail. Moved well. Class 750.
