1. Lovegrove’s Roxholm Talk of The Town. Approaching 12 mths this youngster has lots to like and was good to go over. Sturdy and presenting a nicely balanced outline with moderate length of neck, correct topline for the breed, good length to ribcage and tail set on high and of good carriage. Correctly proportioned head with large, almond-shaped eyes of good colour, ears of correct set with some lift and scissor bite. Pleasing angles front and rear and moved freely with good carriage. Well handled. Best Puppy and Reserve Best Dog.

1. Cheshire’s Be Cooper Novi from Hearmean. 14 mth old with an excellent temperament who pleased in outline and carries nice bone. Super neck and correct topline but could be a tad shorter in loin. Dark expressive eyes, ears of correct set, excellent pigmentation and correct dentition. Good angles both front and rear and moves out freely with excellent carriage. Very well handled.

1. Lee-Finglas’ Disneyland’s Perfect Match with Richeath. Two very different dogs challenged in this class. My winner was this 5 yr old who pleased for overall type and is nice and sturdy. Neck of moderate length, correct topline, ribbed well back and tail set on high and of good carriage. Masculine headpiece with good skull to muzzle proportions, dark almond-shaped eyes, ears set on well and scissor bite. Moving well on the go around and was well handled here.

2. Read’s Heronsbridge Energumene. Two year old at the lower end of the standard height-wise. Moderate length of neck, correct topline for the breed and tail set on high but carried somewhat tighter. Not quite the proportions in head or expression of winner but he has a lovely dark eye and excellent dentition. Gaiting freely on the down and back and really moves out on the go around and uses himself as he goes.

1. Harris’ Tiggafield Jack Flash at Mantafield. Mature lad of 6 yrs who pleased for type and presented a nicely balanced outline with correct length of neck, firm topline with rise over the loin, well sprung ribs and tail set on high. Well proportioned head with excellent eye for shape and dark enough, ears set on well and correct dentition. Carrying correct bone and with good angles front and rear. When settled he moved well all through. Good coat and presentation. Best Dog.

1. Cooper’s Elperrito Bright Light. 8 mth old at her first show. I thought her so good for type and she was lovely to go over. Well balanced with neck of medium length, correct topline, rib developing well and carried well back, firm loin and tail good for both set and carriage. Quality head and expression with correct skull to muzzle proportions, good eye and ear and scissor bite. She was somewhat reluctant to move but I managed to see enough and when she did get going, albeit not for very long, she moved out well.

2. Morris’ Rothermere Pandora. This 8 mth old was also not making the most of herself when moving but she has plenty of time on her side. Feminine throughout and another pleasing for type and outline. Neck of correct length to balance, firm topline, rib extending well back and tail good for set and carriage. Nicely proportioned head, ears set on just right and correct dentition. Moving true on the down and back.

3. Fitzgerald’s Adorele Put A Spell On You at Beaugem

When gaiting she really out on the go around uses herself as she goes. Very well handled.

1. Lovegrove’s Valbeccas Rainbow Delight. This 3 yr old has a super temperament and showed herself off to advantage. Excellent neck, correct topline, good length to ribcage and tail good for both set and carriage. Head of good proportions, almond-shaped eyes of good size which are dark enough, ears set on well, lovely pigmentation and scissor bite. Pleasing angles both ends and she moved out so well when viewed in profile and has a particularly strong rear.

1. Clements’ Roxholm Queen Bee. 3 yr old with lots to like. Sturdy girl who appealed for overall type and presented a nicely balanced outline with moderate length of neck, firm topline, well sprung ribs and tail set on high. Correctly proportioned head with large almond-shaped eyes which are dark enough, ears set on just above eye level and scissor bite. Moves out really well on the go around and makes the most of herself as she goes. Very well presented.

OB (3,1)

1. Thackery’s Ch Tiggafield All That Jazz. Quality 6 yr old who was a delight to go over given her correct construction. Sturdy girl presenting a lovely outline with neck of correct length to balance, firm topline, well sprung ribcage of good length, muscular loin and tail good for both set and carriage. Excellent head with equal skull to muzzle lengths, super expressive eyes, correct pigmentation and scissor bite. Good angles front and rear and when gaiting she moved out freely with good carriage and was very well handled. Good texture to coat. Best Bitch and BOB.

2. Fitzgerald’s Mybeards Valentina VW. 9 yr old of different type to the winner but with lots to like and presented in super muscle-tone for age. Moderate length of neck, firm topline, well sprung ribs and tail set on nice and high. Feminine headpiece with good proportions, correct eye shape and dentition but overall winner had the edge for me in expression. Nice layback of shoulder and firm hindquarters with moderate turn of stifle. Moving well on the go around and true when going away. Good quality coat. Reserve Best Bitch and Best Veteran.
