1. Ellis’ Falkor Stand And Deliver. 18 mth old stag red German Pinscher dog. One I have done well for as a puppy. He excels for type and presents a super outline with the desired elegance of the breed. Clean neck of correct length to balance, firm topline with slight slope, short in the couplings and tail good for both set and carriage. Masculine headpiece with parallel planes, expressive eyes, ears correct for size and set, slight stop and correct dentition. Standing well naturally and goes so well on the go around with confident carriage.

2. Blake’s Corydon Christopher. 19 mth sable Rough Collie dog who pushed the winner all the way. Most attractive youngster presented in first class condition. He pleased for outline with well arched neck of correct length, characteristic topline for the breed with slight rise over the loins and tail good for length, set and carriage. Quality head, masculine yet retaining desired sweet expression; correct proportions and planes, smoothly tapering, super eye and ear and correct dentition. Stands true on good feet and moved out freely. Good quality coat.

1. Hill’s Kanix Sourdough with Calaquendi JW Be Jr Ch. 21 mth old Pointer dog. This boy appealed for overall type and presented a nicely balanced outline with slightly arched neck of good length, firm topline, short in the couplings and tail of good carriage. Masculine head with moderate breadth to skull, eyes giving desired kind expression, correct muzzle and good dentition. Carrying good bone, he stands true in front on correct oval-shaped feet. Accurate on the down and back and covers the ground in profile.

2. Williams’ Nyliram The Alibi for Trebettyn JW. 20 mth old Welsh Springer Spaniel dog who pushed the winner all the way. I thought this boy a super type and he was so good hands on. Well-muscled neck of good length to provide balance, firm topline, good depth of chest, excellent ribbing and tail pleased for both set and carriage. Super headpiece; slight dome to skull, expressive eyes of good colour, ears of correct set and good dentition.
