1. Cheshire’s Cukoton Hiawatha. 3 yr old who pleased for overall type and outline with moderate length of neck, correct topline for the breed, good length to ribcage and tail good for both set and carriage. Attractive head and expression with correct skull, round eyes placed well apart, ears set on well and excellent dentition. Gaiting true on the down and back but could open up a tad more on the go around. Good texture to coat. Well handled.

1. Clarke’s Int/Bel Ch Cotonkiss Heaven Help Us NLW’23. Two pleasing dogs challenged here. My winner was this 7 yr old. Out of a slightly bigger mould but so very well constructed and good to go over. Slightly arched neck of correct length to balance, characteristic topline, excellent ribbing and tail of correct set and carriage. Good angles front and rear and has good width in front. Nicely proportioned head with super dark eyes, ears of correct set and nice dark pigmentation. Moves freely all through and scored here on the go around. Good quality coat. Best Dog, BOB and Best Veteran.

2. Pearman & Gill’s Cotonroyal Mccoy The Real Deal. This 3 yr old also has lots to like. He presents a lovely balanced outline with moderate length of neck which is slightly arched, topline rising over the loin, good spring of rib, correct croup and tail set. Well proportioned head with good skull, round eyes but could be a shade darker, well pigmented and very good dentition. Moves true both fore and aft but not quite layback of shoulder of winner and therefore could extend more in front when viewed in profile. Good coat and presentation. Reserve Best Dog.

1. Hancock’s Flamencoton Seimei (Imp Esp). 7 yr old who was very well presented. He pleased in outline with correct length of neck to balance, toplines rises to the loin and falls away over the croup, good spring of rib and tail set on low. Head of good proportions but could have a tad more breadth to skull, eyes of good shape and ears set on well. Pleasing angles both front and rear and has nice width in front. Gaiting well on the go around. Pretty good texture to coat.

1. Hancock’s Montewhite Lady Vanilla Love at Cindaires (Imp Pol). 16 mth old who presented a well balanced outline with slightly arched neck of medium length, typical topline for the breed, ribcage extending well back and tail set on low. Feminine headpiece with good skull to muzzle proportions, eyes placed well apart, ears of correct set, well pigmented and scissor bite. Good angulation both ends and moving freely when coming and going and pleased on the go around too. Coat texture could be better. Best Bitch.
