1. Honeywill’s Tegkei Hippi Chic. 2 yr old white/black parti-colour bitch. Not entirely settled but did more than enough here to secure this placement. Pleasing outline with moderate length of neck, firm topline, ribcage carried well back, short loin and tail good for set and carriage. Nicely proportioned head, eyes of good colour, pendant ears and correct dentition. Stands well naturally and went pretty well on the go around. Best Special Beginners.

2. Meakin’s Layoli Firecracker at Miksang. 6 yr old black dog. On the smaller side but with a nice outline; medium length of neck, firm topline, good depth to chest and tail set on well. Head of good proportions, correct stop, dark expressive eyes and good dentition. Pleasing stride when viewed in profile but could be firmer in front. Good quality coat and well handled here.

3. Perks’ Tegkei Tegan Truffle

1. Charlesworth’s Tiamastae Regale. 10 mth black/white parti-colour who was pleasing to go over. He presented a square outline with moderate length of neck, level topline, good length to ribcage, slight arch to loin and tail set on fairly high. Well proportioned head with skull narrowing slightly from eye to ear, expressive eyes and correct dentition. Pleasing angles front and rear and moving freely on the go around but just a smidge wider coming towards. Well handled. Best Puppy Dog.

2. Jones’ Shamisha A Perfect Prince at Tibjanter. 10 mth black/white parti-colour. This pup has lots to like and pleased for outline with neck of correct length to balance, firm topline, rib developing well for age and well feathered tail set and carried correctly. Masculine head with eyes set fairly well apart and good dentition but winner had the edge in overall expression. When gaiting he was pacing at times but when settled went well enough. Good coat.

Medium length of neck, firm topline, excellent ribbing, short loin and tail set on well. Masculine head of good proportions but wouldn’t want any more breadth to skull, dark eyes of correct shape and placement, pendant ears and good dentition. Moves out well on the go around and used himself as he went. Good coat and presentation.

2. Lawrence’s Tazique The Emperior. This 12 mth black/white parti-colour also has lots to like. Compact outline with muscular neck, level back, good length to ribcage, short in the couplings and well feathered tail set on fairly high. 1. Honey’s Khyibrang Love U Tomorrow. Two very different pups challenged in this class with this 8 mth old black coming out on top. I thought her most promising and she was a delight to go over. She presents a super outline with medium length of neck, compact body with firm topline, slight arch over her short loin and well feathered tail set on well. Balanced head with feminine expression, eyes good for colour, pendant ears set on fairly high, good underjaw and correct dentition. Good angulation both ends and she stands on very good feet. Moves freely all through.

Neck of correct length to balance, firm topline, good length to ribcage and tail set on fairly high. Feminine headpiece with fairly equal skull and muzzle lengths, expressive eyes and good dentition. Pleasing angles front and rear and moved out nicely on the go around when she got going and accurate when going away. Winner just had the edge in front and overall outline.
