I would like to thank the Officers and committee for their kind invitation to judge at this well organised show. Thanks also to the good humoured and efficient stewards Jackie & Kay and the exhibitors who accepted my decisions in a sportsman like manner.

SBD (2,1a) 1 Haywire Texana Vadasz (Mrs M Campbell) 14 mths old and well put together with correctly proportioned head and good eye colour. He has a good wire jacket and sufficient bone. Moved OK, still needs to tighten up but there is plenty of time to do that.

MPD (1) Deifstock Drunk In Love (Miss S Rose) A very promising but raw young man of just 6 months. Masculine head with intelligent expression. Soundly constructed with nice bone and a good wire jacket. His movement was typically loose as you would expect in a youngster of his age.

PD (2) 1 Ilhan Z Talchejow Morganna (imp Pol) (Mrs R Newman) 10 mths old with a darker coat well furnished head and pleasing angles fore and aft. He has good depth of body and his coat is starting to come through. Moved soundly once he got going his maturity giving him the edge on 2nd.

2 D Drunk In Love. See MPD.

JD (3) 1 Fitzrovia Born To Be Wild (Mrs E Rooney) A very typey 14 mth old dog, handsome head with correct eye shape and colour, and intelligent expression. He is balanced and soundly put together with good depth of body and coat. Still has some maturing to do I liked him a lot.

LD (1) 1 Ewtor Barking At The Moon JW (Mrs A E Moss) Another dog with plenty of type. Correctly proportioned masculine head with lovely eyes and intelligent expression. Well muscled neck into body of good depth. Wire jacket with required undercoat and well set tail. Moved OK.

OD (6) This classed was the biggest of the day and filled with quality. I really was splitting hairs with my decisions.

1 Sh Ch/Slo Ch Redrafi Mrembo Nacho (Mrs J Lumasia) This nicely balanced dog is new to me. Handsome head with correct eye shape and colour, with a lively expression. Well muscled neck into strongly constructed front with good depth of body and decent wire jacket. Moderate rear angles with quality bone and well arched tight feet his driving movement was flowing and ground covering. Delighted to award him DCC and later BOB.

2 Ch Enryb Simply Red (Mrs J Byrne) Slightly longer cast than 1 with a very appealing head with the striking squareness mentioned in the standard. Well muscled neck into soundly put together front which is well let down. Well ribbed back with correct coat quality bone and nicely arched feet. Didn’t quite match the movement of 1 today. (RCC)

3 Sh Ch Belatarr Kodiak (Mrs J & Mr D Spillane)

VD (1)

1 Belatarr Jupiter (Mrs J & Mr D Spillane) This well muscled dog is from a larger mould but is balanced and moderate were called for. Masculine head with intelligent expression. Arched neck into soundly made front, body of good depth with correct harsh jacket. Quality bone and well arched tight feet he covered the ground well.

SBB (2)

1 Kensesqui Japan (Mr S Spavins & Miss A Senior) I would prefer a more typical head, moderate length of neck into adequate front. Decent depth of chest, good coat and moderate rear angles she moved OK on well arched tight feet.

2 Brynffrwd Saint Gwenafwy (Mrs J Le Mesurier) Moved at one with her handler. I would prefer a more typical head and more substance all through.

MPB (1)

Deifstock Dare To Dream (Mr & Mrs S Cooper) A delightful and beautiful puppy who I see is the sister to the winner of MPD. Pretty head, her eyes need to darken but this should come with time. Moderate length of neck and so soundly put together, her coat is coming through and she has the correct depth of chest, quality bone and arched tight feet. A sound mover for one so young she must have a bright future. (BP)

1 Redrafi Zuri (Mrs J Lumasia) A 13 mth old bitch with a nice head and intelligent expression. Ba;anced and well put together all through with correct depth of chest and good harsh jacket. Confidently handled to flow round the ring covering the ground with ease on the best of feet.

2 Kisdon Insignia (Mrs P Edminson) Typey 12 mth old bitch with lots to like. Correctly proportioned head and strong neck and front construction. In good coat and with moderate rear angles she moved soundly. I just preferred the head of 1.

3 Dolgos Nimrod Ohaj For Elfrindew (Imp) (Mrs M Dodd & Mrs T Hayes)

1 Adel Liliana (Mr L Lewis) This bitch has a beautiful head with the square striking appearance called for and eyes of the correct shape and colour giving a soft expression. Her neck is of moderate length and she is moderately angulated fore and aft. She is from a smaller mould with good depth of body, sufficient bone and nice tight feet. A very typey bitch (RCC).

2 Herlinga Hextilda (Mrs T Rickman) A well balanced bitch with nice head and intelligent expression. Soundly put together with quality bone and a dark wire jacket. She was a sound and positive mover.

3 Kisdon Goldhill (Mrs P Edminson)

1 Sh Ch Enryb Tickled Pink JW (Ms D E Loynd) A Robust bitch with quality bone, typical head and correct expression. Well muscled neck into strong front, correct depth of chest, level topline and moderate rear angulation. She was in fine fettle and covered the ground with ease. (BCC)

2 Sh Ch Enryb Skye Blue (Miss J Elders) Another bitch who excels in good type from this kennel. Lovely head and expression. Well made all through with good coat, sufficient bone and moved positively on tight feet.

3 Sh Ch Tragus Flirty Fox (Mr S Richardson)

1 Redrafi Ol Tukai (Mrs J Lumasia) A 7 year old in great condition and an ideal size. Her tail never stopped wagging she moved round the ring like she owned it. Feminine head with correctly coloured eyes. Arched neck, balanced and moderately angulated with a good coat.(BV)

2 Brynffrwd Penarddun (Mrs J Le Mesurier) A bitch who was enjoying the day and moved at one with her handler.
