Many thanks to all exhibitors who entered Blackpool. I thoroughly enjoyed my day and had some lovely dogs to judge, and the sun shone. A big thank you to my two able stewards.

Class 2039. Minor Puppy Dog

1st Place 5367 - Dinahtron The Omen (Mrs M & Mrs S Mcguinness & Nelson-Mcguinness)

Well shaped puppy with good head piece, which is in a growing stage at present. Was very settled with his handler for one so young. Very promising. Best Puppy Dog

2nd Place 5368 - Anadain Dead Ringer for Love (Mrs A Mclellan)

Good make and shape to this puppy and looked well. Unfortunately on the day was unsettled on the move.

3rd Place 5361 - Roucandane Tempest Hebrus (Dr E & Mrs S Maganaris & Booth)

1st Place 5376 - Goldania's King of Drago (Ms N Pendleton-Watkins)

16 month old brindle with well chiselled head piece. Had good width throughout and moved well.

2nd Place 5375 - Adoreadane Charlton (ai) (Ms M Palmer)

Nicely marked Harlequin with good head piece. Stands four square and moved with drive.

3rd Place 5373 - Roucandane Stolen Kisses (Mrs G Munro)

1st Place 5327 - Nikami Papa Smurf Atelib (Mrs E P & Mr M V Bartley)

Brindle of good size. Well shaped head with good drop of lip. Head and neck flowed well into body. Moved well. I’ve subsequently discovered this dog as been tragically lost to bloat, please accept my sincere condolences.

Lovely make & shape to this dog. Correct head piece on long neck. Needs to body up but moved well.

2nd Place 5328 - Busdan Ziva's Terzo (Dr D M L Birch)

Well bodied blue dog, a little plain in head but with a good deep chest and enough width.

3rd Place 5344 - Belarosedane Satchmo Bowe (Mrs E Hitcham)

Class 2044. Mid Limit Dog

1st Place 5352 - Calchas Accord (ai) (Miss P Henshall)

Well marked Harlequin with a good front and deep chest. Impressive in size but a little overdone in head.

2nd Place 5345 - Dainoak Tempus Vincit at Chamith (Mrs E Hitcham)

Nicely marked dog. Correct head shape and well bodied. Not a lot of rear angulation and moved ok.

1st Place 5349 - Lomondane Chuffed Tae Bits (Mrs C Gilbert)

Lovely make and shape to this dog. Good chiselled head, not overdone in any way. Lovely long neck set into good shoulders. Well bodied and moved well. A very honest dog.

2nd Place 5359 - Rimor Aurelius (Mrs S & Mrs S Lipman & Booth)

Good solid brindle dog. Good head and body. On the day just preferred the overall qualities of the 1st.

3rd Place 5381 - Murrayvhayle My Main Man (Mrs S Searle)

1st Place 5330 - Ch Selmalda Jealous Guy (ai) (Ms L & Mr A Chappell)

Well known brindle dog. Difficult to fault when going over him. Stands four square and is well angulated front and rear. Well bodied and of good size. Dog CC Winner

2nd Place 5336 - Ch Zefather’s Ralph Lauren JW ShCEx OSW (Miss Cranfield)

My type of Dane – full of substance with a well shaped head and lovely expression. Well filled front and good drive on the move. Just lacked the stature of the 1st. Dog RCC Winner

3rd Place 5378 - Ch/lux/swiss Ch Tamzdane Empower Mint JW (Miss T & Mrs L Pocock)

7 year old Mantle dog, well bodied with correct head piece. Stood four square with nice width to front and good rear angulation. Looked well on the move.

1st Place 5380 - Kaallana Jawska Seraphina (Mrs Z & Mr P Prazak & Dickson)

A very excited 7 month old black bitch who was obviously very happy. She was difficult to access and needs time to grow on and develop. Moved ok.

1st Place 5385 - Primus Belle Starr (ai) (Mrs T & Mr R & Mr J & Mrs L Teese & Teese & Donnelly & Donnelly)

Smart bitch standing four square. Excels in head and body shape – looked the finished article. Eventually moved well, but I can forgive a puppy – Best Puppy Bitch & Best Puppy in Breed.

2nd Place 5347 - Renescent Too Hot to Handle for Chateaudain (Miss Ferguson)

Blue bitch shown in lovely condition and moved very well – was a little narrow and needs more all round.

1st Place 5379 - Tamzdane Oooey Gooey Cake (Miss T & Mrs L Pocock)

Well marked Harlequin with a good head shape. Well filled front with good depth and moved with drive. As with all this breeders stock shown in tip top condition.

Brindle bitch with good length to head. Good make and shape to body with good angulation helping her to move with ease around the ring.

Another brindle! Standing four square with a good head shape. Litter sister to Yearling winner and same remarks apply to both.

2nd Place 5339 - Jaemluk Roselle of Clunton (ai) (Ms R Draysey)

Well marked Harlequin, just needs a little more development, she moved well and deserved her placing.

3rd Place 5342 - Belarosedane Beany Babybel (Mrs R Evans)

1st Place 5372 - Rimor Boadixiya (Mr N Morgan)

Brindle bitch of quality. Correct head piece moving into a good body shape with good angulation. A well balanced bitch. Moved ok.

2nd Place 5333 - Culseandanes Janet Weiss (Mr M & Miss R Craig & Di Paolantonio)

Strong fawn bitch – one I have admired from the ring side. Correct chiselled head with good width and depth to chest. Well made bitch but today carrying a little too much weight but deserved her placing.

3rd Place 5331 - Garsak On Fire at Mintrex (Mr E & Mrs D Clark)

This was a very strong class

1st Place 5325 - Garsak Fire and Ice (Miss M & Mr G Armour & Hooker)

Lovely two and half year old fawn bitch. Strong bitch but maintains elegance. Good length to head and correct drop of lip – with good expression. Very well balanced and moved well. Showed very well in the line up and deserved her first CC and later adding BOB. I watched her give a good account of herself in the Working Group – Well Done.

2nd Place 5351 - Rioco My One and Only to Jasnettdanes JW (Mrs A Harrison)

Unlucky to meet the winner of this class. Good headed bitch with black mask giving her a lovely expression. Standing four square with a well covered body and great affinity with her handler moving well.

3rd Place 5362 - Keishant Athena (Mr J & Mrs C Martin)

Class 2055. Open Bitch

1st Place 5332 - Ch Garsak Summer Days at Mintrex (Mr E & Mrs D Clark)

Lovely bitch, so well balanced. Scores in head with a cracking expression and moved with ease around the ring. RCC today as the limit winner just had more about her on the day.

2nd Place 5348 - Ch Justinian Bea My Sweetheart (Miss S Fletcher)

Another lovely fawn bitch. Well balanced with correct head shape moving into a lovely long neck. Carrying just the right amount of weight and moved well around the ring. Shown so well by her breeder.

3rd Place 5363 - Keishant Venus (Mr J & Mrs C Martin)
