1: HALL, Miss M D & BELL, Mrs H M & ELLIS, Mrs S M Shenedene The Gambler With Vallena
Super gold/white parti, perfect for size and a lovely shape. Very pleasing head and expression with dark oval eye, very good pigmentation, good mouth and underjaw. Well arched neck, good depth of chest for his age, level topline, good ribcage and strong loin, and well carried tail, He is really nicely angulated at both ends so strode out well with good reach in front and drive from behind.
2: ADAM-SLOMKOWSKI, Mrs Marzena Frank Dreamed A Dream At Skylax (Imp Pol)
Another boy who is nice for size and balance with good head proportions, a dark well placed eye, good underjaw and pigmentation. Enough neck, and well bodied with level topline and correct tail set, his forehand and hind angulation is balanced so he moved soundly, but not with the profile action of 1st.

Close decision between these two. Gold with good head proportions with correct stop, bite and underjaw, dark eye, and good pigmentation. He has a well arched neck and good forehand angulation, enough depth of chest, level topline, good tail set, and well angulated hindquarters. As his construction would suggest, he moved soundly enough but not as freely as 1st on the longish grass.

1: WALKER, Mr P J & HATTRELL, Mrs Sarah Petwalk He's A Cracker At Khinjan CC & BOB
Gave this boy 1st in a puppy class 3 years ago and delighted to see he has fulfilled his early promise.
Pleasing head with dark well shaped eye, correct stop, good mouth and chin, and good pigmentation, all combining to give that typical Lhasa expression. Really liked his shape and balance with a beautiful well arched neck, level topline, good tail set, excellent front and well angulated hindquarters which showed in his free ground covering action. Shown in superb condition. Pleased to see him shortlisted in the group.
2: CONNETT, Mr L & CLUTTERBUCK, Mrs V Kutani Daredevil
Nicely balanced cream, another with a very pleasing outline. Liked his expression with good balance of skull to muzzle, good mouth and underjaw, correct eye shape but just preferred the darker eye of 1st. He too has a good reach of neck and is nicely angulated at both ends with a straight front, level topline and high tail set. He moved well from all angles.

Very feminine girl, similar in type to 1st, again nicely balanced with a pleasing head. Liked her outline with good reach of neck, level topline and well set and carried tail. She was only at her 2nd show and playing her handler up somewhat, but she did enough on the move to see she was sound and deserved this placing.

1: SCHUCKARDT, Miss Lina & SCHUCKARDT, Mrs Elizabeth Kutani Black Opal At Frenchlands JW
Black, not a glamour girl but all quality and so sound on the move. She pleased me for her breed type, shape, size and overall balance. Her head is of correct shape and proportions, dark well shaped eye, good mouth and underjaw, and she has a charming expression. Strong well arched neck, straight front, excellent angulation, level topline, good tail set and carriage. Presented in good coat and condition.
2: POOLE, Mr Terence & POOLE, Mrs Sheila & ROBERTS, M Domensa Perfect Timing
Close up, and I was really splitting hairs between these two, she presented a pleasing picture on the stack but 1st had the better tail carriage on the move. Similar remarks apply in terms of head and expression although this girl is as blonde as the other is dark! Another with a good reach of well arched neck, both girls excelled in length of upper arm which enabled them to move freely with good forward reach. Straight front, level topline and high set tail, well angulated and muscled hindquarters. I note I gave her dam a RCC previously and I hope she will go on to do as well as her mother.

Difficult decision between these two.
1: CONNETT, Mr L Corroll's To Hot To Handle CC
Stylish cream who stood out for her shape and breed type. Was amazed to hear she has a 4 month old litter at home, she was in immaculate coat and condition, a credit to her owner. Loved her head and expression, with correct balance of skull to muzzle, medium stop, dark oval eyes, good mouth and underjaw. Super neck, topline and tail set, and well constructed throughout, her movement was free and ground covering. Litter sister to my dog RCC winner and they are a well matched pair.
2: HALL, Miss M D Ch Shenedene Copy And Paste RCC
Stunning gold girl with all the same attributes as 1st. Classic head properties, and she has an air of arrogance that demands one’s attention. Super shape, well arched neck, well laid shoulders and length of upper arm, strong hindquarters, level topline, correct tail set and carriage. She too provided an object lesson in movement, free and jaunty as the standard asks for. A worthy champion, at 2:2: months I felt she just lacked the maturity of 1: and I think her best is yet to come.
