RICHMOND CHAMPIONSHIP DOG SHOW

6th SEPTEMBER 2024

SIBERIAN HUSKY

I would like to commend all the exhibitors who had to put up with the weather conditions. It wasn’t great, but Sibes are a working breed that can cope with inclement weather. They had to be moved outside to see their true movement. To try and keep them inside the tent, would not have worked, and I can’t judge them on a stack, we need to see the movement.

VD 2,0

1st: PATRICK’S Ch Tom Bombadil Of Poliarine Arktika At Coldasice

10yrs. Red. Nice overall balance with good angles front and rear. Lovely head plane, good eye and ears. Good length of neck, carried correctly both moving and in repose. Would have liked just a touch more length of leg, but moved effortlessly at correct gait. RDCC & BVIB

8yrs. Another nice dog with still a lot to like. Just a touch heavier all through than 1, including rib. Good topline. Shorter in muzzle but has good dentition. Moved well at correct pace.

1st: SPRATLEY’S Winterlumi Wolf Moon

6mths. Still very raw but showing promise. Ears need to firm up. Nice head proportions, strong neck. Pleasing angles front and rear. Super topline for a baby. Needs to settle on the move as tending to crab a little.
