English Toy Terrier (B&T)
Dogs
Veteran
1: Ch Witchstone Not Apache On Me for Peopleton VW (Mr J & Miss W Francis & Blatchford), 9-year-old dog in fine form and in superb condition. He won the class on his typical action in profile, using his front to advantage. Super head, decent expression and strong ears. Correct outline.
2: Lasagesse Starman (Mr D & Mrs C Howard), 7-year-old and not using himself to the best today. Decent head, good ears and correct topline, not the profile action of the winner.
Puppy
1: Witchstone Won’t Be Silent by Richpin (Mr R & Mr R & Mr A Forsythe & Pevy & Leonard), 9-month-old and superb for type and size, loved his head, expression and he has real candle flame ears. Excels for neck into topline and is already very much all of a piece. He is really good on the move where he uses himself so well. I thought him quite exceptional, and he has an assured future. CC and BP
2: Lasagesse Paint It Black (Ms A & Mr J Keylock & Collins), pleases for type and shape, not the precision on the out and back of the winner, in super condition and has a delightful head and expression.
3: Lasagesse Jumpin Jack Flash (Mr D & Mrs C Howard)
Junior
1: Moretonia Black and Decker (Mrs C Snell), 10-month-old good for size and a decent type, his head and expression are super, he has the correct outline and did enough on the move
2: Wykewoks Marvellous Murphy (Mrs K & Mr M Taylor), slightly different in type and a little proud of his tail, he pleases in head and is in good condition, not the front action of the winner today.
3: Valeast Dream of Dreams (Mr K & Mrs J Holley)
Yearling
1: Galvizach Royal Emerald (Mrs P Reeve) won the class on his outline when stood, where he had the rise from shoulder to loin. Moved ok and more typical in head.
2: Skin Deep Mint Condition (Imp Nor) (Mrs C Snell) lost his outline slightly today and seemed to rush around the ring, which spoilt his action. He will have better days.
Post Graduate
1: Etruria Say The Word (Mr H Wines), I really liked this super 10-month-old, excellent size and shape, beautiful for head and expression, moved out really well holding his outline. He was in excellent condition and was handled sympathetically. He too has a bright future, I’m sure and was worthy of the RCC.
2: Lokeren Abba Bjorn (Mr M J, Mrs K L & Miss F M Dixon), up to size, but he has a typical outline and a very pleasing head, super ear carriage too. He moved on the right track and held his outline, very well handled.
3: Neerodan Faithful Fergus (Mrs K & Mr M Taylor)
Limit
1: Kikuchi Hollywood (Mr R & Mr R Forsythe & Pevy), still just a junior but presents a very typical outline and has a super head and expression with super ears. Correct in topline and uses himself so well in profile on the move. Another in super condition with a real density to his coat.
2: Witchstone Who Dares Wins (Mr M J, Mrs K L & Miss F M Dixon), very typical in his outline and he too has a super head and ears. Correct in topline and in super condition. Handler gets the best out of him. Just slightly erratic going away today.
3: Pedara The World Is Mine (Mrs T & Mr J M L Warren)
Open
1: Ch Ettology Bounteous Barney JW (Mr K Dennison), fully mature and he won the class on type, action and outline. He has a typical expression, decent head and pleases in outline. Moved out well, holding his outline and using himself well. Worthy of his title.
2: Twowayshouse Tudor King for Dalmonde (Mr S & Mrs N Whitehouse), liked his head shape and has decent shaped eyes. Good ears. Correct topline and held it on the move, just could have a bit more reach in front.
3: Witchstone Follow The Dream with Tettoy (Mrs V Love)
Bitches
Veteran
1; Ch Witchstone Minnehaha (Mrs H & Mr J Haffenden & Wood), I have judged this delightful 7-year-old before and she is absolutely exquisite for type, her head is a delight, and she has a great expression. In super condition, she moves correctly and keeps her outline. Perfect size and could still trouble the youngsters. Credit to the breed. BV
Minor Puppy
1; Adargwn Geneva (Ms J E A Crowley), 7 month and decent for type and shape, she moved out well. Decent head and expression, just needs confidence on the table.
2: Gillings Chiffon Black (Mrs P Reeve), 6-month-old and time very much on her side, she is pleasing for size and is in good condition
Puppy
1: Witchstone Silent Prayer (Mr A Leonard). Sister to my DCC winner and a feminine version of him. A real Toy Terrier of perfect size. Stood, she epitomises the breed standard for her type, outline and coat. On the table, very little to change. On the move she has moments when you see an almost perfect extended trot, but her age and inexperience were evident as she tended to then rush at times which cost her in the challenge. She will, however, title with ease and some. RCC.
2: Gillings Chiffon Black (Mrs P Reeve)
3: Witchstone Silent Whisper (Miss L & Mr G Bailey & Hancocks)
Junior
1: Twowayshouse Touch of Class (Mrs Sj Dean-Armitt), decent for type, she presents a very pleasing outline and has a decent head and expression, moved out well using herself to best advantage. In super condition.
2: Three Times A Lady (Miss A Green), in excellent condition if not a tiny bit heavy. Ok for type and size and moved well in profile.
3: Ettology Cherry Bakewell at Troysel (Mr D R & Mrs L A Peters)
Yearling
1: Gillings Dark Angel Pendlethrine (Mrs C Pendlebury), reserve in the last class, she is a decent shape, and she is good for size, she just needs to finish and gain in confidence.
2: Galvizach Royal Amethyst of Regalriver (Mrs C Marsden), in good condition, she has a pleasing expression, fine boned, the cold was getting to her, and this showed in her movement, she will have better days.
Post Grad
1: Lady in Black at Witchstone (Miss A & Mr A Green & Leonard), 8 months old and very mature for her age, she pleases for head and expression and is sound on the move, perhaps could just lose a few pounds for benefit
2: Adargwn Geneva (Ms J E A Crowley)
3: Nasabe Royal Rose (Mrs M J Goodfellow)
Limit
1: Nasabe Play The Game JW (Mrs H & Mr J Haffenden & Wood), judged this beautiful bitch at 6 months old in a stakes class and loved her then. She has realised her potential and has really blossomed into a super example of the breed. She has a fabulous head and expression with superb eye shape and colour. Her size is perfect, and she has the correct outline. In excellent coat and condition too. On the move she is ultra sound with the correct action in profile. Handled to get the best out of her, today was her day and I hope that her deserved title is not far off. BCC & BOB.
2: Amalric Coco Chanel with Dalmonde JW (Mr S & Mrs N Whitehouse), decent type bitch, with pleasing head and expression. Moved well in profile, not the precision of the winner.
3: Neerodan Thyme Bomb (Mrs D A Dicker)
Open
1: Ch Witchstone Share The Dream with Vidra (Ms B & Mr I Wiles & Argint), another bitch who scores for type and kept her outline on the move where she was precise and typical in action. Liked her head and expression. In super condition
2: Ch Pallisandre Pocahontas (Miss C & Mr M Ramsden & Kagzi) liked her for type and stood she presented a very typical outline. Pleasing in head and expression. Just felt that she flattened out a little in profile on the move.
3: Witchstone Trouble Brewing at Peopleton JW (Mr Jw & Miss W & Mr A Francis & Blatchford & Leonard).
