AV Import Register Utility

Some good dogs here, but I do feel some of the breeds need to gain much more consistency of type.

Junior Dog (1,0)

1st: Cassidy’s Yrgalem Dream of Coffee at Chinaskys (Imp Pol). Xoloitzcuintle. I felt this was a very nice young dog. Wedge shaped head which was broad enough. Slight stop. Strong jaws. Almond shaped eyes. Ears correct for shape and size. Elegant neck flowing into well laid shoulders. Decent upper arm. Strong body and athletic in build. Long ribcage. Back firm and straight. Well bent stifles. Tail set on well and tapers to tip. Super mover in profile. Impressive.

Post Graduate Dog (3,1)

1st: Unwin & Winter’s Morningcalm Who’s The Daddy. Korean Jindo. Medium size. Flattish skull. Moderate stop. I’d prefer a slightly more refined head. Just a shade strong in muzzle for my preference. Good pigment. Eyes are almond shaped. Ears are ok for shape and set. Slight arch to neck. Moderate shoulder. Decent upper arm. Quite narrow in front at present. Firm topline. Ok for proportions. Moderate turn of stifles. Sound on the move.

2nd: Lord’s Sangrereal Criminal. Xoloitzcuintle. Quite nice for shape. Head is attractive and shows some good breed features. Moderate length to neck. Balanced angles. Good bone. Well set tail. Typical topline. Moves soundly. Well handled.

Open (5,1)

1st: Cunningham’s Hr Ch Yulyeong Rock Dee Jay. Korean Jindo. Super size, make and shape. I feel he has an excellent head. Blunt wedge. Masculine, but not overdone. Correct stop and slight furrow. Lovely almond shaped, dark eyes. Medium size ears which incline slightly forward. Neck could perhaps have slightly more arch, Shoulders are well laid back and upper arm returns nicely. Slightly longer than high. Level back and well sprung ribs. Moderate tuck up. Moderate turn of stifles. Tail set on high. Super mover with moderate length of stride. In super condition. If the breed had CC’s, he would surely be a Champion. Top quality. Loved him. BD & BOB

2nd Cassidy’s Ring Rider Teotihuacan at Chinaskys (Imp HRV). Xoloitzcuintle. A super elegant boy. Wedge shaped head. Slight stop. Good parallel head planes. Medium size eyes. Long, large ears. Slightly arched neck. Tight skin. Moderate angulation. Ok for bone. Long ribcage. Firm topline. Tail set on correctly. RBD

Puppy (1,0)

1st: Cassidy’s Chinasky’s Jessica Rabbit. Xoloitzcuintle. And a rabbit she certainly was when she started! Very pretty 6 month old bitch. Built along very nice lines with super attractive head which is well proportioned and presents a blunt wedge. Nice bone for size, Well set tail which tapers to tip. Moves soundly when settled.

Junior (1,0)

1st: Wright’s Alchez Swede but Psyco. Xoloitzcuintle. Wedge shaped head. Dark eyes of correct make and set. Very nice expression. Quite a nice shape. Moderate length of neck. Well laid shoulders. Upper arm a bit steep. Firm topline. Moderate turn of stifles. Good bone. Moved soundly when settled.

Post Graduate (2,1)

1stL Thurston & Watson’s Liubice Dahlia. Korean Jindo. A pretty bitch, but head doesn’t really form a blunt wedge. Quite ‘sharp’ features. Dark eyes which are almond in shape. Ears are correct for shape and size. Neck a tad short. Quite upright in angles. Narrow through the chest. Firm topline. Moves really well in profile. Well handled.

Open (5,1)

Tricky class.

1st: Cunningham’s Int/Ir Ch, Yuleyeong Warrior Princess Ir Jch. Korean Jindo. I felt this bitch had quite a nice head, It is a blunt wedge shape and in proportion to her body. Eyes are nice for shape and set. Keen and dignified expression. Ears were ok when she showed them off. Neck of moderate length. Quite straight in angulation - I would prefer a shade more for my personal preference. Good depth of chest and well spung ribs. Firm topline, Tail could perhaps be a tad higher set. In very good condition and super sound. BB

2nd: Unwin & Winters’ Liubice Diamante at Snowtreka (AI). Korean Jindo. Very different type to 1st. Not as feminine and not such a good wedge shape head or expression. Bit lippy. Great pigment. Neck of moderate length. Very well-balanced angulation. Very nice in body. Enough width of chest and well sprung ribs. Firm topline. Tail set on correctly. Moves soundly in profile. Very well handled. RBB

3rd: Cowie & Critcher’s Sangrereal China Girl at Itzdoble. Xoloitzcuintle.
