Puppy Dog (3,2)

1st: Miles’ Skyline’s Outlander at Lekkerbek (Imp USA). What a gorgeous puppy. Lovely wedge-shaped head. Dark muzzle of equal length to skull. Dark almond shaped eyes. Spectacles present. Ivy leaf shaped ears of ideal size. Fantastic expression. Moderate angles fore and aft. Square in outline. Nice and cobby. Firm topline. High set tail, curled over the back. In super coat. Good coat colour with no brown tinges. Super side gait when he chose to show me. Just my type and pushed hard in the challenge – just needed to settle on the move. RBD.

Junior Dog (1,0)

1st: Gardner’s Devonia’s Love Wil Find A Way For Manzanakees. Good wedge and great expression. Lovely dark almond shaped eyes. Spectacles evident. Small, ivy-shaped ears. Squareish in outline. Moderate length of neck. Balanced angles. Firm topline. Short muscular loins. High set tail. Moved well once settled. Typey boy.

1st: Gardner’s Devonia’s Love Wil Find A Way For Manzanakees. As above

Open Dog (4,1)

1st: Marshall’s Arabesque at Devonia (Imp Rus), A mature boy with good wedge-shaped head. Well defined stop. Dark muzzle which is shorter than skull. Dark, almond shaped eyes. Spectacles present. Ears are a little large for my preference but are well set. Moderate length to neck. Straight front with moderate angulation. Upper arm a tad upright. Good bone. Square in outline. Deep chest. Strong and cobby in body. Moderate turn of stifles. High set tail. In super coat and condition. Moves soundly with ease. BD.

2nd: Rose’s Dianakees Inspector Morse at Esorkees. A dog of quite nice square shape. Masculine head. Dark mask. Defined stop. Dark, almond shaped eyes. Ivy leaf shaped ears which are well set. Neck a tad short and a little upright in shoulder and upper arm. Deep chest. Muscular loins. Moderate turn of stifles. High set tail. Sound, but rather stilted in action. Preferred the gait of 1st. Magnificent coat and condition.

3rd: Gardner’s Keitakees Small Town Boy with Manzanakees

Puppy Bitch (2,0)

1st: Gregory’s Amikirs Pritti. A super young puppy. Wonderful head and expression with good wedge. Dark, almond shaped eyes. Small ivy leaf shaped ears. Dark mask which is well proportioned with skull. Spectacles present. Lovely neck and good angulation of shoulder and upper arm without being excessive. Square in outline. Deep chest. Firm topline. Moderate turn of stifles. High set tail. In good coat. Aloof. Super mover in profile and out and back. She needs to mature on, but she had everything I was looking for on the day. A great prospect. BB, BOB & BP

2nd: Watkins’ Silmoralbion Kiowa. Smaller bitch but super attractive. Dark mask. Well defined stop. Dark, almond shaped eyes. Spectacles present. Neat, ivy shaped ears. Nicely put together. Square in outline. High set tail and carriage. Just a slight browny tinge in her coat. Sound on the move.

Junior Bitch (1,0)

1st Marshall’s Devonia’s Hakuna Matata. Pretty bitch. Dark mask. Good wedge-shaped head. Moderate stop. Dark, almond shaped eyes. Spectacle present. Ears may be a tad pointed at the tips but are of a good size. Great neck. Moderate angulation all through. Bit longer through the body than ideal, but shows great strength. Coat just blowing. High set tail. Very well presented. Moves soundly.

Veteran Bitch (1,0)

1st: Marshall’s Torrikees Made In Heaven at Devonia VW. A typey bitch with much to like. Wedge shaped head. Dark mask. Well defined stop. Eyes are almond shape and dark in colour. Ivy leaf shaped ears of correct size. Moderate length of neck. Correct angulation for the breed fore and aft. Cobby body. High set tail. Correct bone. Great coat . Moved out well. Well presented. RBB
