Thank you to the committee for giving me the opportunity to judge this lovely breed. My interest in Lagottos started many years ago and judging them today was a judging highlight. Thank you to the exhibitors for the lovely entry.

1st Celise Nyah (Imp Svk) (Mrs J M Bates) Head moderately broad with good proportions of skull and muzzle. Eyes well set and of good colour. Good angulation front and rear with neat tight feet. Would prefer more length to legs but good curled coat and moved well.

1ST Vincenzino at Amadar (Imp Ita) (Mrs M E Allen) Balanced head of correct proportions, well set dark eyes. Short neck into well laid back shoulders. Good amount of bone with good straight front, deep chest and body to leg ratio correct, good width to thigh, good coat for age moved well

2nd - Foogel Candeloro at Onyxro NAF (Mr M W, Mrs M G, Miss C & Miss N Mangham) Good shaped head, set on short neck good height to body length ratio. Rear end needs to develop but has plenty of time moved okay

 3rd- Clamerkin Tawny Emperor (Mrs J Drake)

1st Arcticbreeze Now or Never (Mr K J & Mrs S C Tollerfield) Masculine head set on short strong neck. Straight front with good angulation front and rear I would prefer a slightly longer leg and heavier then I would like. In good coat Held his topline on the move

2nd- Clamerkin Brown Onyx (Mr C S James) Lighter bone throughout, Smaller head but has good proportions. Neck of good length but overall needs time to develop in body and muscle. Movement erratic at the moment

 3rd Rajo del Carpino Nero (Mr D H Lightfoot)

2ND - Shinfield Neroli (Mrs J M Bates) Lighter in bone and needs more depth to his chest. Good short neck straight front with neat feet. Could do with more development of rear moved oaky

1ST - Moonreed Drake (Mr D, Mrs A & Miss J Worrall)Loved this boy when he entered the ring. Head moderately broad with good proportions of skull and muzzle. Eyes well set and of good colour. Set on short strong neck. Good bone with straight front and well developed rear. Excellent coat not too much of it and correct texture. If I was being picky I would like a slightly shorter back. He moves so well with level topline driving from the rear. Pleased to award him Best dog & BOB

1st Truffalusa November Moon from Mizani (Mrs L Ferguson) Another lovely example of the breed. Masculine head with moderate skull and shorter muzzle. Well set dark eyes. Short neck of which I would like a tad more, good layback with deep chest excellent proportions of height to length. Level topline Excellent coat and texture moved out well. RBD

 2nd- Arcticbreeze Turbulence at Allsong (Mr S A & Mrs B L Whittick) I liked his overall proportions. Has a masculine head with good strong neck, Level topline. In good coat moved well

 3rd Foogel Roberto at Onyxro (Imp Fin) (Mr M W, Mrs M G, Miss C & Miss N Mangham)

1ST- Made Chianti for Timtaurn (Mrs A Stephenson) Beautiful bitch so balanced. Lovely feminine head moderately broad with good proportions of skull and muzzle. Eyes well set and of good colour. Strong neck into excellent layback. Body to leg height correct with the right amount of bone with straight front, deep chest. Correct length of thigh meaning she is correctly angulated. Lovely coat texture and curl for age, moved so smoothly and with drive Best Puppy and Best Bitch

2ND - Clamerkin Painted Lady (Mrs J Drake) Nicely proportioned head good length to neck. Good proportions, coat softer but beginning to curl. Developing nicely as a youngster Moved okay

3RD - Mikette Pumpkin Spice Girl (Mrs T Johnson)

1ST - Mizani Sebio Iola (Mrs L Lillicrap) A good outline. Feminine head with correct proportions. Good length of neck in to well laid shoulder. Deep chest and well up on leg. Good angulation front and rear moved well with level topline.

1ST - Mikette How Far I'll Go to Clamerkin (Mrs J Drake) Lovely shape overall. Feminine head good depth of chest to elbow. Short backed with good developed rear. Coat tending to be soft but has some curl. Moved okay

2ND - Moonreed Warbler at Allsong (Mr S A & Mrs B L Whittick) A slightly longer cast bitch with feminine head on strong neck. Deep chest with enough bone. Well-developed thigh and level topline on the move.

3RD - Shinfield Lagotto Sorel (Mrs J M Bates)

1ST - Allsong Nuova Luna (Mr S A & Mrs B L Whittick) Feminine bitch with lovely head. Short strong neck deep chest to elbows. just a tad long in back. Level topline. Good curl to coat moved well Res best bitch

2ND - Amadar Sweet Child'o'mine (Mrs M E Allen) Another feminine bitch nice shape and size. Good proportion head on strong neck chest deep to elbows. Short back level topline in good coat moved okay.

 3RD - Shinfield Flora (Mrs J M Bates)
