BEAUCERON

Lovely entry of 11 with no absentees.  Really enjoyed judging this breed, they now seem to be making their mark and the sporting exhibitors are to be congratulated for their perseverance.

JD (1)

1. Barnes' Uk Tallowah Only One Ommage Des Monts De Lac (Imp Fra). This sixteen month old black and tan is at the inbetween stage, he has a masculine head which is balanced, dark eyes, strong neck into a good topline, would prefer a bit more width to his front, enough bone, slightly more hind angulation than I would like, a steady mover and showing a lot of promise.

PGD (1) White's Overhills Double Trouble For Beauceanto. Five year old black and tan, balanced head with well placed ears, dark eyes, strong neck and good front, level topline, enough hind angulation, stands on good feet, rather deep in body but moves well.

OD (1)

1. Harrell & Branchflower's Titan Des Ramparts Castels With Beaukita (Imp Fra). Two year old black and tan, masculine head with good length of muzzle, dark eyes, well used ears, enough bone and a good front, lovely topline held on the move, decent rear angulation and moving well, shown in superb condition. Reserve Best Dog.

VD (1)

1. White's Overhills The Midas Touch For Beauceanto. Eight year old black and tan shown in excellent order. Lovely head proportions, well placed ears, neck strong and topline level at all times, good bone and stands on excellent feet. No exaggerations and moving easily in all directions. Best Dog, Best Veteran and Best of Breed.

PB (2, 1)

1. Phelps' Wy Malarkey Chez Pebbleena Des Feux Argentes (Imp Bel). At just seven months this harlequin impressed for her overall balance, good head proportions with a lovely expression and dark eye, decent front and level topline, rear end perhaps a little over angulated at this stage but time is on her side and sure she will grow into it, super coat and colour and moving very well for such a baby. Best Bitch and Best Puppy.

PGB (3)

1. Harrell & Branchflower's Beaukita's Mcrory Park. Three year old black and tan, full of enthusiasm! Nice head with dark eyes, good neck, enough bone and decent front, topline could perhaps be firmer, moves very well. 2. Throwers' Pebbleena's Cascabel Avec Tallowah. Six year old who is well balanced throughout, medium eyes, well used ears, good bone and level topline, although found her a tad longer cast than (1), decent rear angulation and moved well. 3. Barnes' Uisce Beatha Tallowah Du Regard Mordant (Imp Bel).

OB (2)

1. Preddy's Overhills Double Impact. Five year old attractive harlequin, with a lovely head and expression. Strong neck into a firm topline, excellent angulation front and rear, found her coat a tad soft, she was well handled to get the best out of her. Reserve Best Bitch. 2. Phelps' Strudel Avec Pebbleena Des Bergers Du Vent. This three year old harlequin was little unsettled, so not making the most of herself. She has a nice head, good front and decent topline, enough angulation, her coat is of good texture and she moved well.
