1ST Adams’ Tequesta Poldark JW – 13 month old medium sized dog who presented a pleasing outline and stood out, masculine head of correct proportions with gentle expression, slightly arched neck into correct front assembly, straight well boned forelegs leading to compact feet, deep chested, well sprung ribs, short back, well muscled rear end, in good coarse coat, moved out soundly at one with his handler. Considered in the challenge and one I shall watch his career with interest.

2ND Mcmurdo & Tierney’s Ceilloch Express – 14 months old larger framed dog who needs time to fill his frame, masculine head, clean slightly arched neck, straight forelegs leading to slightly arched toes, good spring of rib and depth of chest, short back, well bent stifle, moved ok but needs to settle on the move and tighten up.

1ST Russell’s Fraulynzway Lightning Bolt JW – Larger framed balanced dog who presented a pleasing outline, masculine head with intelligent expression and toning eye colour, moderately long neck into correct front assembly, good depth of chest, well sprung rib, short loin, correct topline and tailset, well muscled rear end, moved out with reach and drive.

 2ND Desombre’s Braneath Peregrine - Pleasing dog of good proportions, masculine head with correct length of muzzle, straight forelegs leading to compact feet, deep chested, well sprung ribs, short loin, well bent stifle, handler has a tendency to overstretch him, moved ok but personally I would prefer him on a looser lead.

1ST Stewart & Boyles’ Magregor Amourette avec Levagrad – This bitch is so feminine throughout, head of correct proportions with eye colour toning to coat, slightly arched moderately long neck into correct front assembly, straight forelegs leading to compact feet, deep chested, well sprung ribs, short loin, well muscled rear quarters, harsh coat, correct topline which you can see when this bitch moves, she covered the ground effortlessly with reach and drive. Pleased to award her the BCC & BOB which was her second I heard afterwards and thrilled she was shortlisted in a very strong Gundog Group.

 2ND Brown & Filby’ Sh Ch Winterwell Thatlldo for Desjiem JW – One again I have judged before and still like her a lot, appeals for her breed type and balance, feminine head with balanced proportions, straight forelegs leading to compact feet, well muscled neck into well placed shoulders although today she was carrying a tadge too much weight over them, deep chested, good spring of ribs, correct topline and tailset, moved effortlessly covering the ground with purpose and drive.
