I would like to thank all the exhibitors who entered their dogs for me to assess. I was thrilled with the wonderful entry and honoured to go over such beautiful and high standard Norfolk Terriers. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank my stewards who made my appointment run so smoothly.

1st Hilditch’s Watercroft Royal Mail, well bodied 13 year old with appealing expression and good ear placement. Showing well for his young handlers today.

MPD (3 Entries) Abs: 0

1st Jenkins’ Royal Osito Rebel Rouser at Kinsridge (IMP ESP), immature but promising puppy with very appealing head, nice dark eyes and correct bite. Good length of neck, well angulated quarters, short loin and correct tail set. Moved soundly when settled. BPD

2nd Owen’s Brickin A Wish A Way, Well presented puppy, making a balanced picture from the side. Preferred the movement of my winner today.

3rd Pont’s Jaeva The Cobbler of Ridsome, 6 month old black and tan looking very much the baby today. Full of spirit making it hard to assess on the move.

PD (3 Entries) Abs: 2

1st Thompson-Morgan’s Tinkave In The Grove with Belleville NAF, Lovely head and expression with dark eyes, correct ear placement and good bite. Moving well with level top line and good tail set but needs time to grow into himself and mature.

JD (2 Entries) Abs: 0

1st Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Infamous Colin, Masculine head with correct bite. Good length of neck into well laid shoulders. Well angulated quarters letting him stride out soundly. Good topline and tail set.

2nd Smith’s Javidel May You Never, Lovely expression with dark eye. Good spring of rib. In lovely coat and condition. Moving soundly front and back when settled.

YD (2 Entries) Abs: 0

1st Gee’s Watercroft Moon Dust JW, Showy Black and Tan in gorgeous coat. Appealing head and expression with neat ears and dark eyes. Moving well front and back.

2nd Haydon’s Earthtaw Patrick, Another happy chap with masculine expression, neat ears and correct bite. Moving and showing well.

ND (2 Entries) Abs: 0

1st Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Hope Alert, Just 12 months and full of spirit. Lovely coat. Correctly proportioned head with good bite. Well-made quarters moving soundly.

2nd Stockley’s Nordalset Destiny’s Child, Shown out of coat today. Keen expression with dark eye and good ear placement. Went well on the move.

PGD (4 Entries) Abs: 1

1st Davis’s Watercroft Cosmic Dust, Beautifully presented in lovely coat and condition. Nice head and expression, good length of neck and level top line. Nice bone and spring of rib. Striding out soundly with good drive.

2nd Haydon’s Earthtaw Patrick.

3rd Jones’s Jaeva Raising Hell, Appealing Black and Tan but not moving as well as the 2 above.

1st Gee’s Watercroft Chilli Bean, Very smart red dog in super coat. Lovely head and expression. Good length of neck leading into well laid shoulders. Well sprung ribs and short back. Moving and showing well.

2nd Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Wordsmith, another quality Norfolk coming a close second today.

3rd Haydon’s Earthtaw Lincoln, Another Norfolk with lots to like, Showing well and a sound mover.

1st Thompson-Morgan’s CH Belleville Playmate, What a pleasure to go over this beautiful Norfolk. Well-proportioned masculine head and expression. Dark eye, correct ear placement and good bite. Good length of neck, correctly angulated quarters. Correct amount of bone, good spring of rib and short loin. Moved around the ring soundly front and back with great style and drive. DCC, BIS.

2nd Gee’s CH Watercroft Tiger Feet JW, Short cobby Norfolk trimmed to his advantage. Lovely head and expression with dark eye and neat ears. Moving with good drive. RDCC.

1st Powell’s Watercroft Brown Boots, Lovely head and expression, in nice coat, moving and showing well.

2nd Wren’s Jaeva Strut Your Stuff, Lovely head with neat will placed ears and dark eye. Harsh dark red coat. Preferred movement of my winner.

1st Murtland’s Villassa Too Choosi, 9 year old in lovely condition. Pretty head and expression with dark eye. The best mover of the class obviously still enjoying her time in the ring. BVIS.

2nd Philip’s Nordalset Warm and Fuzzy, A little heavy in coat today. Moved well. Great dentition.

3rd Atkinson’s Moortop Clear Choice, Short on coat today. Moving and showing well.

MPB (3 Entries) Abs: 1

1st Phillips’s Blakens Party Trick, Promising young puppy that I will be watching with interest. Lovely balanced puppy for one so young, pretty correctly proportioned head. Good length of neck leading to well laid shoulders. Great topline and correct tail set. Using her well-made quarters with drive and reach. BPB, BPIS

2nd Stevenson’s Brickin One For You, Another appealing puppy with nice head and expression. Not as balanced as my winner.

PB (4 Entries) Abs: 0

1st Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Hold the Line, Appealing Black and Tan. Good width of skull with dark eye, neat ears and good bite. Well-made quarters moving soundly both ways. Will watch with interest as she matures.

2nd Tate’s Jaeva On The Run, Cobby puppy with good spring of rib. Well presented in good coat and showing well. Pretty, correctly proportioned head with good bite. Moving well.

3rd Gee’s Watercroft Toffee Nosed, Black and Tan with lovely head, dark eye, neat ears and good bite. Not as settled on the move as the two above today.

4th Brackner’s Brupurhat Spirit of Freedom

1st Smith’s Javidel May to December, Pretty head and expression, Nice reach of neck and good spring of rib. In good coat, well presented and showing confidently.

2nd Phillips’s Blakens Candy Bar Girl, Well-made bitch with very appealing head. Well angulated quarters moving soundly. Not showing herself off to advantage today.

YB (3 Entries) Abs: 1

1st Gee’s Watercroft Crafty Monkey, Good width of skull, correct bite. Nice length of neck leading to well laid shoulders. Good bone and spring of rib, level topline and correct tail set. Beautifully presented. Moving soundly both ways.

2nd Mullan’s Watercroft Maybellene at Tamodan, Lovely head with pretty expression. Presented well by her young handler but not as settled on the move as my winner.

NB (4 Entries) Abs: 1

1st Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Full of Hope, Well-made bitch with pretty head, dark eye and good bite. Happy shower moving soundly when settled. Only 12 months I look forward to seeing how she matures.

2nd Gee’s Watercroft Sparkles, could easily win on another day. Very appealing head with dark eye and good bite. Cobby with good spring of rib. Well angulated quarters. Not showing herself off to best advantage today.

1st Brackner’s Brupurhat Bumbles Legacy, Short cobby bitch with good spring of rib. In lovely coat and trim. Nice head with dark eye, neat ears and good bite. Good reach of neck. Moving well both ways on well angulated quarters.

2nd Jones’s Jaeva Runner Duck, Lovely head with appealing expression. Lovely deep red coat. Moved well.

3rd Hesford & Campbell’s Pipwell Bragail, Pretty expression with good bite. Not a balanced on the move as those above her.

4th Barrow’s Kinsridge Pink Diamond

LB (8 Entries) Abs: 0

1st Gee’s Watercroft Fairy Dust, Nicely proportioned Black and Tan with super topline and tail set. Pretty head with good bite. Good bone and spring of rib. Moved well front and back. Although she was spooked later in the class her quality couldn’t be ignored.

2nd Stevenson’s Brickin Dare to Dream, Another quality bitch with appealing head and eye. Well-made quarters front and back allowing her to stride out soundly. She was also spooked but I couldn’t deny her quality and sound movement.

3rd Brackner’s Brupurhat Spirits Gift, Well presented bitch in good coat and trim. Showed well. Very pretty expression with appealing eye and neat ears. Cobby with well sprung ribs. Preferred the movement of the 2 above.

4th Hurrion’s Villassa Catch a Star.

5th Dragon & Tate’s Noragad’s Royal Flush with Jaeva.

OB (6 Entries) Abs 1

1st Thompson-Morgan’s CH Belleville Hope Star, Gorgeous terrier head, with well-placed ears, dark eyes and good bite. Good coat trimmed to advantage. Correct amount of bone and spring of rib. Good reach of neck leading to well laid shoulders. Super topline and tail set. Well angulated quarters. Moved soundly both ways with plenty of drive. Showing herself off happily. BCC, BOS.

2nd Gee’s CH Watercroft Back in a Jiffy, Cobby Black and Tan in gorgeous coat and trim. Pretty head and expression with dark eye and neat ears. Well angulated quarters. Good bone and spring of ribs. Moving and showing well. RBCC

3rd Geary’s Watercroft Quick as a Flash to Germanus, Lovely head with pretty expression. Good length of neck, well angulated quarters. Lovely topline and tail set. Good coat texture. Moved well both ways.

JH 6-11yrs (1 Entry) Abs: 0

1st Chloe Hilditch, Smartly and practically dressed young lady. Handling her veteran calmly at a good pace. Be sure to use the full ring space when doing your patterns.

JH 12-16yrs (1 Entry) Abs: 0

1st Texas-Lee Dunstone, Confident yet sympathetic handler. Smartly dressed in a practical trouser suit. Coped well with her lively young charge with calm communication. Lovely table work. Used the full ring to her advantage when performing the requested patterns. Watch your lines as you walk away from the judge and try to stop a little further from the judge when presenting your dog at the end of the patterns. BJH
