Breed: Pomeranian

Border Union – 15/06/2024

MPD (1,0) 1) Vibrek Teddy Rose A Felt (Mrs P Charlton), 6 nearly 7 months. Will be a lovely rich orange when finished. Nice head although smaller ears would be preferred. He has a good lay of shoulder, nice angulations, slightly longer in body. Moves well in all directions, higher tail set would’ve been beneficial. BPD.

JD (4,0) 1) Norvanik Gold Smith at Bincombefarm (Mrs K & Mr N & Miss K P French). 16 months. He has a very sweet head with nice small ears and beautiful eye shape. He makes the ideal shape in stance and has a nice high tail set. Lovely coat of good texture. Moved well fore and aft, would like for his chest to deepen to improve his front slightly, holds his shape nicely from side on. RDCC.

2) Vibrek's Bring Me Sunshine (Mrs P Charlton). 14 months. Smaller overall male than 1. Another with a nice head although smaller ears would be preferred, 1 had the more desirable muzzle length. Nice size and moved well.

3) Yoshe The Wonder of You (Mr J Akelis)

4) William's Night Shadow (Mrs R Cadger)

YD (1,0) 1) Kazpom Don’t Let Go JW (Miss C & Mrs A Nixon). 19 months. Extremely handsome head with good eye, ear set and muzzle length. Nice coat of good texture. Found him to have a slightly longer neck than ideal. Moved Ok when settled although had a tendency to ‘poke’ out on side view.

PGD (1,0) 1) Kazpom No Doubt (Miss C & Mrs A Nixon). 19 months. Very similar qualities as YD1 although I didn’t feel his head was as attractive with his muzzle appearing shorter in length and he has a slightly higher lay of shoulder which causes some uplift to his front movement. He too has a slightly longer neck than I would prefer. Another with a lovely coat in good condition.

LD (1,0) 1) Yoshe It's Now or Never (Miss A K Ogilvie). 2 years. He has a typical head with good eye and nice ear set. Good coat in quality and condition. Another with a slightly higher lay of shoulder which caused the same issue as mentioned above when moving. Good tail set and sound rear.

OD (1,0) 1) Ir Ch Belliver The Lost Boy for Toybox (Messrs S & J Carroll & Newman). 2 years. There were times when he was not on his best behaviour however this did not detract from his quality. The most stunning of heads with beautiful proportions. He is top drawer for size, shape and with a coat that is in tip top condition. He moved out with style holding his shape and has an excellent front and rear. DCC.

MPB (1,0) 1) Petitpom Love by Design (Miss L G Simmons). 7 months. Beautiful young bitch. Prettiest of heads, with beautiful expression, eye shape and ear. She has a lovely coat for her age of good texture. She stands four square and moved well when settled. BPB & BPIB

PB (2,1) 1) Altina Wouldn't It Be Lovely (Miss L Mcalpine). 9 months. She didn’t want to cooperate with her handler at times today which was unfortunate. Feminine expression, nice eye, slightly larger ear and nice coat coming through. Moved Ok when settled.

JB (1,0) 1) Altina’s Hint of Brooklyn (Mr J Akelis). 17 months. She had a quite beautiful head and expression with good eye shape and set set. Nice sable coat of quality texture with a good tail set. She had a good lay of shoulder, good rear and moved well.

LB (4,0) 1) Amardica Walking On A Dream (Miss L Johnson). 3 years. She has quite an exquisite head, the most beautiful eye shape and neat ears that disappear into her coat. Excellent quality black coat with well set tail. As expected from her movement, she has a good lay of shoulder, moves well fore, aft and side.

2) Norvanik Rumour Has It at Bincombefarm JW (Mrs K & Mr N & Miss K P French). 2 years. Splitting hairs between 1 and 2. She also has a good head with lovely eye, slightly larger ear. She has a good coat with good tail set. Preferred the front movement and overall balance on 1.

3) Aacharmoe’s Heaven Sent for Ismirelle JW (Mrs M Emmerson)

4) Altinas What A Carry On (Mrs M Pastuszka)

OB (2,0) 1) Ch Altina's Tudor Rose (Miss C M Mcdowall). 5 years. Unsurprising that this bitch has won all that she has. In every way that you look at her she oozes ‘Pom’. She is unexaggerated with a stunning head piece and gorgeous expression to go with it. She has a to-die-for coat excelling in both quantity and quality. She is made soundly which shows in both her stance and movement. She was the standout winner today for me. BCC & BOB.

2) Sueacres Legend of The Fall for Petitpom JW (Mrs C Simmons). 2 years. Another with a stunning head and expression, different to 1 but everything where I would want it to be. She makes a beautiful shape when stood, has a quality coat and moves well but simply couldn’t match 1 in this area.
