1st) Zilcan Toy Story (Mr M & Miss C & Miss Fiona Selby & Allen & Whitehead), smart young R/S dog of 7 months or thereabouts, good head & eye, correct expression and facial features; good forehand & depth to chest, firm topline & well set and carried tail. Stands on good legs & feet and goes well when he puts his mind to it, just needs to settle a touch, but he has time and shows lots of promise.

1st) Zilcan Action Man (Mr M & Miss C & Miss Fiona Selby & Allen & Whitehead), this R/S caught my eye as soon as he came in the ring as he is so balanced & typically square and cobby; all male & full of youthful exuberance, but sheer class. Excellent head and eye, good size to skull & super expression; good turn-up & breadth to muzzle. Super forehand, excellent shoulder and upperarm, good depth to chest & well ribbed. Decidedly cobby throughout & maintains his topline both standing and moving; super on the move from any angle and presented in first class order. A pleasure to award him the CC & BOB, his second I am told & shortlisted in the Group.
2nd) Osthaen A Kind of Magic (G & P Mackay), B/T/S dog & with the most beautiful facial features; excellent head and eye, super ears and neat turn up with breadth and width; good in front & correct depth to chest; perhaps not quite so firm in topline as the winner or as advanced in body as yet; neatly carried tail & used himself well on the move, sound and shapely but just needs a little more time.

1st) Zilcan Helios avec Castafiore (Mr A & Mr L Moran & Prouve), full measure R/S dog & one I have judged before, good head and eye, ears are a touch too big for ideal, enough neck, firm topline & correctly set and carried tail. Accurate coming & going and used himself well in profile.
2nd Adreeam Secret Affair (Mr R & Mrs J Potts) R/R dog, good head and eye, not quite the expression of the winner however; very shapely standing and moving, good forehand & topline, neat hindquarters with good muscletone; used himself well on the move here which put him over 3. In fair coat & good condition.
3rd) Osthaen Thunder in The Night (G & P Mackay)

1st) Ch Zilcan Monkey Business (Mr M, Mrs C & Miss F Selby, Allen & Whithead), R/R dog who presents the most beautiful outline standing; square and cobby with an air of quality; beautiful expression; good forehand & depth to chest, well ribbed & cobby in body; firm topline & tail carried very well; very accurate in profile, just thought perhaps he could have been a little firmer when going away from me today, but his overall quality well deserved the RDCC.
2nd) Grajenco Oliver (Mr K & Mrs C Mackenzie), R/R who belies his years although his coat is beginning to show them! Very good head and eye, enough turnup & ears of good size; firm body & accurate carriage, well ribbed & cobby; could go better when moving up & back; but typical in profile. BVIB.

1st) Donzeata Royal Elite (Mr D Guy) R/R bitch who certainly loves life! Beautiful head, very good facial features, open & lending themselves to her expression; good shoulder & upperarm, firm topline & neat underline; on the table presents the most beautiful shape stood; uses herself well on the ground, sometimes with a touch too much exuberance, but at this age she should be enjoying herself; lots to like & shows lots of promise.
2nd) Osthaen Fire Will Reign (G & P Mackay) R/R bitch, close up to the winner & another with lots to like, beautiful head and expression; good ears; firm forequarters, well laid shoulders & good chest, firm topline & tailset is good for both set & carriage; not quite so stylish in profile as the winner but certainly one who shows a lot of promise for the future.
3rd) Osthaen I'm Your Fantasy (G & P Mackay)

1st) Donzeata Royal Etiquette (Mr D Guy), R/S bitch & I see she is sister to the winner of the previous class, noting also that I gave her dam the CC & BOB the last time I judged the breed, this bitch is like the proverbial ‘chip off the old block’, stands decidedly square & cobby which catches the eye immediately, beautiful head and eye, correct width and breadth to muzzle, good nosepad; excellent forehand, firm topline and neat underline; tail set & carried correctly; very eye catching on the move as the is both sound & stylish; using herself well & simply enjoying life. Despite her age, I thought her well worthy of the BCC, BOS, BPIB & pleased to see she ended the day with PG2.
2nd) Osthaen Cast A Spell (G & P Mackay), R/S, lots to like about this one too & she is very classy and stylish; good head and eye, beautiful expression so full of inquisitiveness; admirable sort for shape and type; cobby & well boned; very sound and accurate on the move; not quite the profile of the winner on the day when moving, but another with a future.

1st) Datrio Tiger Lily (Mr C Gullon), R/R bitch, stood alone here but would have been a good winner in any company, liked her head and eye, good expression with good breadth and width to muzzle; balanced angulation & firm topline; used herself well on the move, being both sound & stylish. Well presented and handled.

1st) Datiro Tigger Point (Mr D & Mrs L Hick), R/R bitch who is decidedly cobby & balanced when stood, lots to like about her head and expression, good eye & facial features; lovely forehand and chest, firm topline & neat underline; well set and carried tail; in excellent muscular condition which showed on the move, used herself well and from all angles was eye catching, free moving & sound and so she ended up with the RBCC.
2nd) Osthaen Hidden Obsession (G & P Mackay) R/R bitch & another with many qualities; admired her expression & open features, good neck and chest, firm in topline; whilst she went well on the move I thought on the day she was perhaps not in her best coat and could have done with a touch more confidence on the move; but has a lot of quality.

1st) Zilcan Fire Cracker (Miss F & Mr M Whitehead & Selby), R/R bitch & another from this kennel who consistently produce cobby & sound Griffons; liked her a lot all over, very good head and eye, well laid shoulder, good return of upperarm & depth to chest; in excellent body condition & put down in first class order, whilst she went well on the move I thought she could perhaps have gone with a touch more verve here & then again in the challenge. Would make a very worthy Ch.

1st) Ch Datiro Chickadee JW OSW (Mr C Gullon), R/S bitch & a good winner of this competitive class, not the instant winner for me & it is on going over her that she appeals most, very good head and eye, well knit body & balanced angulation; firm topline & in good muscular condition; perhaps not quite as ‘cobby’ as some but she has lots of quality, sound on the move & uses herself well from all angles.
2nd) Zilcan Blazing Away TAF (Mr M, Mrs C & Miss F Selby, Allen & Whithead), R/S bitch & I thought this bitch would be the winner on first glance as she is full of quality & is cobby and shapely; loved her head and eye, really good expression, beautiful body & in super condition; has a mind of her own on the move and did just about enough, she is sound & accurate, but could have put more in. Has Ch written all over her.
3rd) Ch Zilcan Blazinickers (Mr M & Miss C & Miss Fiona Selby & Allen & Whitehead)
