Thank you to the officers and committee for the invitation to judge at one of my favourite shows on the circuit, to my excellent steward who made sure the ring ran smoothly. I was delighted with the entry of 50 for my first set of CCs in this breed, thank you to the exhibitors for the support and accepting my decisions gracefully. It was great to see some well filled classes with some promising youngsters which bodes well for the future. One or two undershot mouths today.
VD (4) 1 Crow’s CH Estillinis Silver Surfer at Casacavallo JW (Imp SWE), 8 years shown in excellent condition. Well balanced throughout, lovely head and earset, eyes dark enough. Pleasing outline, he has a shapely body, excellent topline and tailset with a slightly rounded rump. Good front, deep chest, standing on fine bone and correct feet. Good rear angulation. Very sound mover showing good reach and drive. BV. 2 Bartlett’s Michadaine Crazy For You ShCM VW, PP, 10 years. Masculine, balanced head, dark eye and well set ears. In excellent coat for his age. Pleasing body. Moved out soundly. 3 Oliver’s Ynchreeno Boayl Fahrane at Sarelidan.
PD (1) Hampson’s Cefndaidi Emelia, PP, happy puppy, with pleasing head and ears. Dark eye. Correct front angulation and feet. Tail is set on well and carried high. Sound mover. BP
JD (9) Two excellent males here. 1 Koot and Van Oosten’s Concrete Clouds Seiger, 13 months H/L, eye-catching male who headed a nice class. I loved his head which had excellent ratios. Dark eyes giving an alert expression. Large ears which he uses well and correctly set with excellent furnishings. Long neck into excellent shoulder and correct, firm topline. Beautiful skin. Deep chest, tight elbows, standing on good bone and correct feet. Lovely rear angulation and slightly rounded rump. Excellent profile movement showing good reach and drive. RCC. 2 Moyes’, Shaw, and Hunter-Ryan’s Bryelis The Star Man, this PP gave Seiger a run for his money today. Shown in excellent coat and condition. Excellent head properties, good neck into long body and pleasing rear. Tail set correct and carried high. He was fighting his handler today, but when he did settle he showed pleasing reach and drive. 3 Bartlett’s Exotic Spirit Undercover Of The Darkness Avec Michadaine (imp Fra)
PGD (9,2) 1 Bartlett’s Exotic Spirit Undercover of The Darkness avec Michadaine (imp Fra), PP, 3rd in the previous class, he has good proportions and shown in excellent coat. Good head and eye, large firm ears set correctly. Good neck into well laid shoulders and firm topline. Straight front, and tight elbows. Well set tail and carried high over the back. Moved true fore and aft. 2 Panayiotis’ Ynchreenoo Masquerade, H/L elegant who has a nice outline. Head was well balanced, dark eye but slightly rounder than ideal. Large well set ears. Good for neck into decent length of body. Sound mover. 3 Peppett’s Way To Go Heybett.
LD (8,3) 1 Oliver’s Ynchreenoo Masterpiece at Sarelidan 4 years H/L well balanced throughout, pleasing head and dark eye, large well set ears with good fringing. Good for neck into long body, well rounded rump, correct feet. Tail well set, carried high on the move. Moved out with good reach and drive. 2 Mcfarlane Shranae Hebu, 4 yrs PP of good type. Pleasing head properties, good for neck, well laid shoulders into long body, firm topline, good rear angulation, correct tailset. Sound mover.
OD (6) Strong Open class. 1 Crow’s CH Kojiki’s The Look Of Love at Casacavallo JW, such a stylish young male, masculine yet retaining elegance. Excellent skin. Quality head of correct proportions, dark, almond shaped eyes, his ears are well furnished and set correctly giving him the desired expression for the breed. Excellent front, standing on fine bone, elbows close to chest, typical feet. Lean, long neck with excellent crest into firm topline. Excellent tailset carried high on the move. Well rounded rump, well let down hocks. A joy to watch on the move as he powered round the ring showing excellent reach and drive. CC. 2nd Crow’s CH Kojiki Love To Hate Me at Casacavallo JW, another out the top drawer and litter brother to 1. He is of a bigger frame than his brother. Handsome head, using his large ears to advantage. Dark, correct shape eye giving excellent expression. Long neck into well laid shoulder and body of good length. Well-rounded rump, tail correct for set and carriage. Correct feet. Covers the ground with ease. Considered for RCC. 3 Parker’s Ynchreenoo Black Magic at Khatira ShCEX.
SBD (2) 1 Edmonds’ Akdeniz Altair (imp POL) H/L, pleasing head and eye, giving typical expression, good neck. Straight front. Long in body. Loses topline slightly on the move. Tail set good for carriage and set. Moved OK 2 Palmer-Webb and Davies’ Zerachiel Rags To Riches with Cefndaidi. H/L Head OK with good ears. Typical feet, straight front. Slightly close behind today.
VB (3) 1 Mcfarlane’s Zeracheil Exotic Dancer ShCM, in amazing condition for her 13 years. Quality head with lovely dark eyes. Correct ears. Decent body and rear angulation. She moved out really well. 2 Hampson’s Zerachiel Keeping It Real JW ShCM VW, different type to 1, small but all in proportion. Head correct and nice dark eye. Ears could be bigger. Moved OK.
JB (2) 1 Moyes’, Shaw, Hunter-Ryan and Punton’s Bryelis Oh I Wanna Be Famous JW, gorgeous H/L who impressed me a lot. Beautiful type and so well balanced. Feminine head with excellent dark eye, large well-furnished ears and beautiful expression. Super outline, she has a long, lean neck into good shoulders, deep chest, standing on fine bone and excellent feet. Supple in body, well rounded rump, hocks well let down. Tail good for set and carriage. Lovely soft skin. Lovely free mover with excellent reach and drive. RCC, and a champion for the future. 2 Hampson’s Zerachiel Pretty In Pink, excellent temperament on this H/L. Good head with dark attentive eye. Ears of good size and carried well. Good length of body with good skin. Well rounded rear. Moved soundly.
PGB (5,2) 1 Parker’s Riveralca Tulla at Khatira JW, beautiful PP that I have judged before, presented in excellent condition. Correct veil coat. Loved her head, dark almond shaped eyes with an alert expression. Large ears set correctly. Straight front, elbows close to chest. Long body. Well angulated rear, tail correct for set and carriage. Excellent mover fore and aft. Another CC quality. 2 Kirkwood’s Bryelis Star A’traction JW, H/L another quality girl with good type and overall balance, excellent skin, with good furnishings. Feminine head with excellent expression. Long neck into long body, good ear angulation, correct tailset. Sound mover, just needs to step up a gear on the mover to complete the picture. 3 Mcguigan’s Annamac Black Tulip.
LB (6,1) 1 Koot and Van Oosten’s Happy Dancing Omg How Perfect, spotted H/L, feminine well balanced head, dark, almond shaped eyes, large ears which she uses well, giving the ideal expression. Excellent front, feet and tight elbows. Long, lean neck into good shoulders and firm topline, well musceled rear, tail set correct and carried well. Very sound mover covering the ground well with good reach and drive. Another CC quality. 2 Mcguigan’s Bryelis Maid In Scotland for Annamac, very pretty headed PP of excellent type. Correct veil coat. Large well set ears. Long neck into good body and firm topline. Good rear angulation. Tail carried high. Moved out well. 3 Panayiotis Ynchreenoo Kesmadyn Shee.
OB (3) 1 Dunlop’s CH Habiba Hold My Purse, I have admired her from the ringside and was delighted to go over her today. She has the most beautiful head and expression, with perfect ears and furnishings. Flawless skin. Excellent neck into strong shoulders and topline, lovely flowing crest, perfect tailset and slightly rounded rump. Front angulation is excellent, standing on fine bone, with correct feet, elbows close to chest. Pleasing rear angulation, hocks well let down. On the move, she is on another level, she flies round the ring effortlessly with excellent footfall, holding her head and tail high. One of those dogs that will give you goosebumps and you will remember. No hesitation in awarding her the CC and Best of Breed. Delighted to see her win the Toy Group under Jane Paradise and Reserve BIS under Gavin Roberston. 2nd Laws’ CH Karamouche Parti Frock, PP of the correct fine coat, excellently presented, she is a well balanced bitch who has a lovely head and expression, dark eye and large well set ears. Good neck into well laid shoulders and long body, holding her topline at all times. A very stylish mover and worthy champion. 3 Kempster and Rees Oolagha Kristol Ayla JW.
