Can I thank the Exhibitors who made the effort to enter their dogs under me and the sportsmanship with which they accepted my placings, also the Committee for inviting me to judge at your show. Unfortunately, the class’s where for both dog and bitch’s, which meant there were only BOB plus Best Puppy and Best Veteran to place.

Puppy 2

1st BOB & BP Allenby Mr R & Mrs H Rangaliu Pixier. Really smart puppy that I have watched since she was a baby, she didn’t disappoint today. Full of attitude she presents a well-balanced picture throughout, she has a beautiful head with good pigmentation and dark eye, well placed ears of good length. Short strong neck, deep chest with plenty of width strong legs and tight feet. Great topline well-rounded ribs and strong loin, well-muscled hind quarters with good angulation, excellent tail set which she carried correctly on the move, finished off with a harsh dense coat. I will watch this girl with interest in the future.

2nd Revens & Hyde Miss A C & Mr P G. Beabass Usher. A little younger than one, and not quiet as “together” as one at the moment, but she is a promising puppy. She presented a well balance outline and had a beautiful feminine head, strong neck with well placed shoulders, lovely topline and well-muscled hindquarters, in good coat, she moved very well.

1st Mochan Mrs V. Ir/Int Ch Basler Wisecrack JCH. Fully mature bitch that is well balanced and has a beautiful outline. Quality head with well placed ears and dark eye, strong neck, clean shoulders and level topline. Prominent sternum with good depth of brisket, well set tail, she moved well around the ring.

2nd Blevins Mrs L A & Miss K. Ir Ch Blevwil Now or Never Again. Masculine Hound that was balanced throughout and was very worthy of his title. Strong head but showing no coarseness well placed ears, muscular neck set into well placed shoulders, prominent sternum, excellent depth of brisket, strong hindquarters which he used well, level topline which he kept on the move.

3rd Revens & Hyde Miuss A C & Mr P G. Sofiya Do Cal Da Paderna at Beabass (Imp Esp).

Veteran 1.

1st & BV. Allenby Mr R & Mrs H Fairviews. Ch Rangali Tigger. Eight years old that completely knew his job. Well balance head with dark pigmentation, well placed ears and strong neck. Straight front legs with tight feet, prominent Sternum with deep chest, well rounded ribs and a great topline, high set tail he strode out well.

Puppy 1

1st Buchanan & Maclaren Mrs F & Mr M, Tarmachan Tre Valli. Beautiful well balanced puppy that was a joy to go over. Masculine head nicely domed, large dark eye with great pigmentation well folded ears with good head furnishings for a puppy. Strong neck with a slight arch, well laid-back shoulders well off for bone with straight forelegs, good length of back with level topline, moderate bend of stifle moved freely both ways, beaten by his brother for BP.

Junior 1.

1st and BP Buchanan & Maclaren Mrs F & Mr M Tarmachan Robiola. Tri colour litter brother to my Puppy winner and he is very similar in type and confirmation. Strong head, well cut away under eye, dark pigmentation with excellent facial furnishings for a puppy, well-shaped ears with correct fold. Long neck which led into well laid back shoulders, great topline and hind quarters, high tail set which he carried well, moved freely.

Post Graduate. 2

1st Cooper &O’BrianMisses C L, E R & K A. Jayanel Royal Affair at Katillien. Two hounds of different type. 18 month old male good head with dark eye well placed ears good lay of shoulder and straight topline moderate bend of stifle, would have liked a higher tail set and a little more bone, moved freely.

2nd Altman & Hamlyn Ms YN & Ms S J. Claela Bonnyat Morn with Soleildor. Bitch with dark eye and pigmentation well laid shoulder and straight topline, moderate bend of stifle moved well, just wished there had been a little more of her.

Open 11

1st & BOB Milton Mrs B. Ch Wilmit Jugeote. A beautiful well-presented hound, fully mature and well balanced throughout. Beautiful masculine head with no coarseness well domed with well placed ears and clearly defined stop, long strong neck with clean shoulders, straight forelegs with good bone. Strong top line with slight rise over loin, prominent fore chest with deep brisket extending well back, strong hindquarters with low hocks, high set tail he moved with drive around the ring.

2nd Buchanan & Maclaren Mrs F & Mr M. Tarmachan Tipsy Laird. Male, smaller cast than 1, but presented a balanced, well put together hound. Great head with domed scull, clearly defined stop and large eye, lovely head furnishing with well placed ears and strong neck, correct from assembly and level topline, strong hindquarters with well defined second thigh, moderate bent of stifle with high tail set Moved and showed really well.

3rd Makey Mr G & Mrs A. Gairside Special Edition.

Veteran 2 (Abs1)

1st & BV Buchanan & Maclaren Mrs F & Mr M. Ch/NLD/INT Ch Tarmachan Ice Diamond BW*BE 18 BW*NL 18. Very smart, well balanced 7yr that showed himself off from when he entered the ring until he left. Classic head, strong but not course in any way, well placed ears of good length and dark eye. Strong neck and deep chest, ribs carried well back, strong, well boned legs, straight topline with well placed tail. Moderate bend of stifle with well developed second thigh moved and showed well.
