My sincere thanks to the Clumber Spaniel Club for kindly inviting me to judge their friendly well run Championship Show and of course to all the exhibitors who brought along their dogs, I thoroughly enjoyed my day judging your lovely dogs.

Guy Dream Chaser To Jahanghir good head properties, expressive eyes and good square muzzle, shoulders well laid back, not as forward in body development as his sister at present but has time on his side for that to come, firm topline & good tail set, coat in good order, moved ok.

1 Nicolson & Risk, Knockhalon Spooktacular Of Taranstigh quality pup who has a lovely head & eye, 

balanced in length with good square muzzle and decent stop, strong neck into good shoulders, legs well boned & good feet, body well ribbed back, well made quarters, his movement was good in the class but he played his handler up in the challenge 

2 Tilston, Maursett Menelaus

Another quality youngster with good overall balance, liked his masculine square head shape & clean eyes, good flews, body muscular of good length and decent ribs, clean outline, shown in good coat condition, not as positive on the move as one.

1 RCC Bodens Suelynda Boom Bang a Bang lovely youngster coming into his prime & balanced throughout, typical head with lovely brow & good stop, ears well set, strong neck flows cleanly into good front angulation and topline, body deep and well ribbed back, strong quarters with good bend of stifle, coat in good order, moved soundly with drive

2 Blackburn, Suelynda Let Me Be The One Litter brother to one and lots to like just thought one was a bit more forward in maturity at present, pleasing head shape & eye colour, good size and balanced through the body, good bone and feet, steady mover

1 Fenwick Badgersmoon It Had To Be You mature dog, large head with good brows, body deep and well ribbed back, strong well boned limbs, firm topline, well rounded quarters, moved soundly with drive to take the class

upstanding dog, head is masculine good muzzle, strong bone & decent feet, body well ribbed back, muscular hindquarters, well presented coat

1 Nesbitt, Creeaark Austin Healey From Charbrouille upstanding dog of good type, head broad of medium length, good strong muzzle and good stop, body deep and well condition & strong loin, correct topline & good tail set, good turn of stifle & strong hocks moved soundly with drive

2 Fenwick, Badgersmoon The Most Wanted liked this dog & he was close up pushing one all the way, an overall well balanced male, clean outline, head is masculine with good brow and stop, clean eyes, strong neck into good shoulder placement, well muscled hindquarters moved well.

2 Fenwick, Badgersmoon Mr Branson Nice shape head with broad & medium length skull, clean eyes, body long heavy with deep chest with well sprung ribs, hindquarters powerful & well developed & strong hocks & well bent stifles, moved well.

1 Cox SHCH Vanitonia Soloist Dog CC & RBIS a dog more than worthy of his title who has great ring presence, lovely overall balance and clean in outline, super masculine head with good eye colour and expression, clean eyes, strong body & deep in brisket, good strong bone & lovely round feet, powerful well developed hindquarters, on the move he was sound and true with a fluent easy action, shown in lovely coat and condition

2 Whitehouse Sh Ch Maursett Mallachie At Molvonia 

Much to like about this dog, has good head shape, clean eyes and strong muzzle, good length of neck into good front assembly & deep body, not quite in the condition of one today, moved with drive.

2 Lovell, Abbyford Lady Merry Of Ivale another quality bitch and close up to one, overall a well balanced exhibit with good length and depth of body, appealing head and eyes, lovely bone and feet, shown in good coat & condition just couldn’t match one on the move today.

2 Kirkman & Kirkman Kikara Minerva Mcgonagall feminine head, clean expressive eyes, ears carried well, mature well conditioned body with good depth, bone on good legs, clean outline, she was shown in tip top coat & condition and did think she maybe my winner but just didn’t put all in on the move which was a shame

Wow! Another beauty from this breeder, shown in excellent coat & super condition, lovely head shape, clean expressive eyes of good colour, good square muzzle & heavy brows, good length of neck to sloping shoulders, super legs and feet, balanced in body with good depth ribs & strong in loin

Muscular quarters & well let down hocks, sound steady mover with good drive keeping her shape at all times had to pull out all the stops to beat the illustrious DCC two lovely examples of the breed, delighted to have the opportunity to judge them.

2 Crawford, Uk Abbeyford Brave New Day, almost 11 years but belies her years, shown in good coat and condition, good dentition, good head and has retained a lovely expression, muscular body, good bone & feet, clean outline moved ok
