PD 2(1) 1. Douglas/Moisi’s Winstead Follow My Heart. Well balanced black tri male of 8 months, lovely shape standing and moving, clean masculine head developing well, dark almond shaped eye, well set ears, lovely expression, excellent angulation front and rear, he was free and steady in his movement in all directions, presented in excellent coat, BPD & BPIB. JD 3(0) 1. Cowley’s Sparkaway Ladies Man. Really liked this black tri male of 14 months, so balanced in all departments, masculine and expressive head with lovely dark almond eye, well placed shoulder with good length of upper arm, good forechest, he had strong bone and good feet, he moved out well with a free gait and a strong rear which aided him well, I’m sure he has a bright future ahead, RDCC. 2. Zettin’s Follow Your Heart of Moon and Stars. Red male of just 12 months, would like a better bite but he had a lovely eye and a masculine, expressive head, good neck leading into a sound shoulder placement, he had a strong top-line that he held well standing and moving, good reach and drive, presented and handled in excellent coat and condition. 3. Garside’s Triforce Ragnar at Mistyholly. GD 2(1) 1. Richards’ Accra Incendio Fire. Red male of 18 months, would prefer more balance overall in his head and muzzle, good neck but a little upright in shoulder, proportions were ok and he held a firm top-line, showed some decent movement in profile but untidy on the out and back, presented in good coat. PGD 3(1) 1. Jarram/Whittingham’s Chalksville Strike A Deal with Kashaella JW. Black tri male of 22 months, balanced all through, lovely masculine head with dark almond shaped eye, good length of neck leading into a well laid shoulder, he had good bone with correct feet, sound in top-line, he moved out freely with excellent reach and drive, well muscled and in lovely condition. 2. Hunt’s Shepwood Grey Knight. Blue merle of 3½ years, a little too much in head for my preference, decent neck and satisfactory angulation but not the attributes of the class winner, he moved out ok in profile and was presented in a quality coat. LD 4(1) 1. Jarram/Whittingham’s Chalksville Azrael at Kashaella. Red merle of 3 years, masculine head with well set ears and lovely expression, correct bone and feet, good forechest, he had a pleasing length of neck set into a well laid shoulder, sound rear angulation, level and strong top-line, short muscular loin, he moved out well with a free, effortless gait, in excellent coat and condition. 2. Burt’s Save The Tears For Another Day with Aussiame (imp ITA). Black tri of nice quality, masculine head with lovely expression, expressive eye, good bone and feet, sound top-line, clean neck flowing into a well laid shoulder, strong muscular rear, he had lovely angles and moved freely in profile, a pleasing type presented in excellent condition. 3. Fort’s Shulune Never Say Never. OD 7(1) A really lovely class to judge. 1. Bothwell’s Ch. Norcis Slippery Jack JW. 2 year old red merle full of quality and I still think he has his best to come, he is honest and unexaggerated, strong masculine head with such expressive eyes, well set ears, correct neck leading into a super front assembly, his proportions are correct, he carries a strong top-line standing and moving and is well muscled all through, he was presented in tip top condition, not a hair out of place, delighted to award him the DCC & BOB and see him later awarded G3 in a strong Pastoral Group. 2. Hellewell’s Franmar The Thriller ShCEx. Blue merle of 5½ years old who had some lovely qualities and was handled well to bring out his best, masculine head, broad skull and well set ears, dark eye, good forechest and pleasing angles in front and rear, he had a firm top-line and was in excellent coat and condition, handled correctly and he moved well in all directions. 3. Wray-Ramsden’s Caronlea Celtic Fire Starter for Takhisis (AI) JW. VD 3(0) 1. Cowley’s Sparkaway Supernatural. Young blue merle veteran of just 7 years, good bone and feet, masculine head which could be slightly broader but he had a lovely expression with well set ears, good angles throughout, strong loin and well muscled rear, he moved out well and was presented in excellent coat. 2. Richards’ Accra Mystical Man. Black tri of 9 years looking really well for his age, would have liked a slightly better ear set and eye shape but he was masculine with a good shoulder which was well set and overall his angles were satisfactory, he moved out ok when settled and was presented in lovely coat and condition, would have preferred to see no white on his ear which spoilt the overall picture. 3. Fitches’ Lamintone Epic Inferno (AI). PB 4(0) Promising puppies. 1. Hodges’ Jopium Dark and Demure. Raw black tri baby of just 7 months but of lovely quality, she had the most feminine head with dark expressive eye, good stop, good neck leading into a pleasing shoulder, sound in top-line, lovely angles front and rear, she was free and steady on the move, presented and handled sympathetically to bring out her best qualities, good luck with her, BPB. 2. Wray-Ramsden’s Arohahills A Star Is Born for Takhisis (imp ZAF). Another lovely black tri puppy of 9½ months who ticked many boxes for me, she had the most feminine head and dark eye, well set ears and endearing expression, her angles were good throughout and she had correct bone and feet, she was balanced and free on the move and presented in excellent coat. 3. Mackenzie’s Shepherds of Paradise U’r My Gal NAF (imp FRA). JB 1(0) 1. Brown’s Shepwood Gazing at Klouds. Heavily marked blue merle of 17 months, feminine expressive head with dark eye, well set ears, she had a good reach of neck into a pleasing front assembly, good forechest, bone and feet, sound in top-line, she had a well muscled rear which she used to good effect, lovely in profile, just a little close going away. GB 2(0) 1. Brown’s Shepwood Gazing at Klouds. Moved so much better in this class. Repeat. 2. Summerley’s Accra The Triwizard. Black tri bitch of 18 months with feminine head and expression, well set ears, good neck and a well placed shoulder, pasterns could be a little stronger, firm top-line but would have preferred slightly better proportions, she had satisfactory angulation but was quite unsettled on the move today. PGB 2(0) 1. Killilea’s Louiston Suzie Do You Copy Majesixs. Well presented black tri of nearly 2 years, lovely feminine expressive head with well set ears and lovely eye, good neck and well placed shoulder, could be a little longer on leg for my preference, sound top-line with good angles, a little fond of her tail on the move which spoilt the overall outline although she covered the ground well with a free easy gait. 2. Brown’s Shepwood Gazing at Klouds. Repeat. LB 9(3) Some beautiful bitches in this class. 1. Beard’s Try Again De L’aussie Happy at Boskenna (imp FRA). Red bitch of just 18 months, she had appeal in abundance, lovely feminine and expressive head, she had good bone and feet with well set ears, excellent neck, shoulders and so sound in top-line, her proportions were lovely, correct ribbing and depth, hocks were well let down and she used her well muscled rear to drive well around the ring, nothing to dislike about this girl and another youngster who still has her best to come, pleased to award her the BCC and wasn’t surprised to later learn that this was her 4th. 2. Bridges’ Liskarn’s It’s In The Bag. Another young bitch of just 18 months with lots of quality and unlucky to meet with the class winner today, she had femininity in excess and loved her expression and eye, excellent neck and angles, she had a sound top-line with good body proportions, good depth and correct ribbing with strong muscular loin, she moved out freely with a lovely steady gait and was handled perfectly to bring out her best attributes. 3. Such’s Soloyal Kiss My Assets JW. OB 9(3) Another lovely class where I was spoilt for choice. 1. Bothwell’s Norcis Summer Truffle JW. Blyton/Gibbons’ Wispafete Light My Fire. Another lovely red merle bitch of 4 years, she had a balanced feminine head and lovely expression, good bone and correct feet, she was soundly made all through, a little shorter on the leg than 1 but she still moved out beautifully in profile and was tidy on the out and back, she was handled beautifully to bring out her best and was in excellent coat. 3.
