What a great start, this class shows that there is a lot to look forward to in the future.
1. Silkridge Black Caviar (Mrs C Perkins)
What a beautiful puppy. Excellent balance and overall look. Excellent size, type and proportions. Beautiful curves and generous lines. Excellent angulation front and rear, very attractive frontfill. Moves really well from all angles, free easy stride. One to watch in the future.
2. Starceylon Bella Notte at Tigsisle (Mrs K H Williams)
Lots in common to first, but looks younger. Still, well developed for age. Beautiful type built on generous curves and lines. Excellent angulation front and rear. Balanced, beautiful mover.

Well developed for age, would have liked him to be a bit more generous in outline. Good curves and depth of brisket. Extremely parallel and stabile down and back. Excellent frontfill and angulation. Would like better pastern, too straight. Excellent muscle condition, well handled.

Very eyecatching, beautiful corves and lines. Covers a lot of ground. Beautiful, masculine head. Long, well shaped neck, good topline that could have some more rise over the loin. Excellent angulation front and rear, moves well from the side. Excellent muscle condition.
2. Longmire The Lark Ascending to Arjuna (Miss H V Russell)
A bit more moderate type. Would like a better head. Attractive curves, balanced angulation front and rear. Upper arm slightly too straight. Good depth of brisket. Moves well, excellent muscle condition.

Maximum as for strength for my taste. Excellent curves and lines. Covers a lot of ground. Well developed front, could be slightly more elegant over the shoulders. Excellent angulation both ends. Moves well, could do with some more reach and drive.
2. Supeta’s Jammie Dodger for Almakaeala (Mrs Km & Miss Fs & Mrs Sm Powell & Mycroft & Mycroft)
Attractive type and overall look. Adequate lines and length of body. Slightly too much fall away. Strong head, expression could be better. Excellent forechest. Maximum angulated rear. Attractive on the move.

Up to size, and too strong. Lacks elegance. Covers a lot of ground. Good head, would like some more strength in the muzzle. Excellent angulation front and rear. Moves with lots of power, but without any elasticity. Excellent muscle condition.

A Whippet male that ticks of all the boxes in the standard. He is everything one is looking for in a Whippet. Excellent type, proportions and size. And of course generous curves, lines and a very attractive smooth outline. Masculine, well shaped head. Excellent ears. Beautiful neckline continuing into a gentle and curvy topline. Excellent depth of brisket, very attractive underline and length of brisket. Excellent front and rear angulation. Moves really well from all angles keeping his beautiful outline at all times. A true Whippet all the way through. Excellent curves and lines, covers a lot of ground. Excellent masculine whippet head. Smooth neck and topline. Excellent underline with excellent depth of brisket. Well angulated both ends. Moves really well from all angles.

Oner to look at twice, really eyecatching and with lots of quality. Has a very racey and curvy outline, generous lines. Feminine head. Long, slightly sharp set neck. Very attractive top- and underline, excellent frontfill. Maximum as for rear angulation. Moves balanced and with good reach and drive.

Classical type, very attractive in many ways. Quite strong, stands really well on her legs covering a lot of ground. Beautiful neck and neckline, excellent forechest. Excellent top- and underline. Slightly too steep in croup disturbing her outline. Balanced on the move, but not as smooth as number one.

She is a bit dull when standing. Classical and curvy. Beautiful typical whippet head with width in the scull. Excellent small ears. Alert expression. Adequate length of neck. Excellent top- and underline, excellent depth of brisket as well as forechest. Balanced angulation both ends. She is definite not dull on the move, she is total opposite. From the side she is faboulus and she is sound coming and going. A joy to watch on the move.

Up to size, very generous outline. Lots of drama. Beautiful neck, top- and underline. Would like to see more frontfill. Ears could be smaller. Moves really well from the side with lots of energy, reach and drive. She is able to use her rear that is maximum angulated. Lovely coat.

This is a top class Whippet for me. She is very, very beautiful. Her outline, curves and the ideal combination of substance and elegance is optimal. Excellent size, very racy. Details is always important, but sometimes it is not what counts the most. It is the overall quality and being an excellent representative of the breed that counts the most.
