Firstly I would like to start by thanking the Society for offering me this wonderful judging appointment of several toy breeds and the handling classes. Much thanks given to my 2 stewards on the day, who did rather well in keeping good ring order. Lastly I must thank all of you, the exhibitors and their beautiful dogs. Your trust in me as a judge, makes me feel very proud to be given such opportunities. I must also give thanks to you all for holding such good ring presence as well as excellent sportsmanship supporting each other on any placements given.

Handling Classes

Class A 6-11 yrs old (5/1abs)

1st Eliza Darwesh 9 years old, Smart in appearance, Showing her Labrador retriever. Wonderful relationship together throughout. Eliza showed good attention to where I as the judge were, manoeuvring around as to not come between myself and her dog. She demonstrated good knowledge of details given when asked about her dog, she gave clear straight lines when moving keeping her dog in check at all times. Keep up the good work together.

2nd Freya Harris 8 years old showing her Australian Shepherd Puppy. Really showed off beautifully together keeping good contact where I was and handling her dog. Although just a puppy Freya made sure she kept her dog in check and correcting where needed to. Movement went very well together listened to instructions I gave and was politely spoken with. Very well done.

Class B 12-18 yrs old (9/3abs)

1st Kaitlyn Collier 13 years old very polite young lady. Dressed very smartly. She gave great eye contact when spoken to. Whilst handling her dog, she kept good positioning as to not get in my way. Politely gave me her dogs details when asked. On the move she listened to my instructions and she never came between me and her dog. Very attentive to each other, with a very calm nature. They worked excellent together throughout.

2nd Hannah Whittingham Another young lady of 16 years old, smartly dressed in appearance. Maintained good eye contact throughout. Listened to clear instructions on what I asked of her. Clearly give me her dogs details. Being a puppy of seven months old, he was full of self importance and wanted to do his own thing, However Hannah managed to keep her dog reasonably calm enough for me to assess them. On moving they maintained a good level of speed and balanced movement.

Class C 17 yrs +(12/6abs)

1st sophie wildig Very smart young lady, 21 years old, Showing high quality ring presence. Very politely spoken, answering my questions when asked clearly. Handled her dog very well and carefully. Perfect table manners, making sure she never got in my way as I assessed her dog. I gave clear instructions as she moved well round the ring. She maintained good eye contact and was aware of where I was standing at all times. She never once made any hiccups.

2nd Ellen Higginbottom Another smart Lady handling a beautiful greyhound male. Very politely spoken, keeping good eye contact and made sure to not come between me and her dog. While I assessed her dog, She clearly gave me her dogs details. On movement she listened to my instructions as they moved off, keeping straight parallel lines together. A wonderful pair being very attentive to each other.

1st White Mrs V – Sticmaze Dipstick Confident well balanced young man of eight naughty months old. very alert and full off look at me attitude. Black and tan in colour with super rich tan markings. Typical in head, Skull flat and narrow. Eyes sparkling fitting well into face. Ears high set on head with fully alertness. Strong in jaw with complete scissor bite. slightly arched in neck fitting well into shoulders, Straight with medium bone in front. Square and compact in body with straight level top line and slight slope towards the rear, well sprung in rib. Straight in rear with good sweep of Stifle and well muscled. Feet tight and cat like. Tail high set with good length to give balance. On the move he was true coming and going, super attentive equipped with the typical hackneyed action. This boy has a lot to like at such a young age. Pleased to award him best puppy in breed.

2nd Billington Mrs T – Aquepins Phryne Fisher Beautiful sturdy And alert female. nine months old and full of playfulness. nice in overall outline, with a lovely feminine head. elongated and narrow with school flat between high set ears. Fairly strong in muscle With strong jaws and complete scissor bite. sparkling eyes fitting well into face. slightly arched in neck Leading to a square body with a straight top line sloping slightly towards the rear. Tail set a little high And carried with positivity. Hind legs straight and parallel with good muscle tone for a youngster. In front, legs straight of medium born moderately broad in for chest. On the move She was full of drive and confidence. I’m sure these two puppies may switch placings In future classes.

1st White Mrs V – Sticmaze Carrot Stick A strikingly rich red Coated young male of eight months old, little brother to previous class winner. Another full of himself youngster having a great time. Well balanced and sturdy in outline with a fearless and alert temperament. Fairly masculine in head with skull flat, Elongated and narrow. Strong in muzzle with well formed nostrils to nose, strong jaw, with a complete scissor bite. Beautiful eyes fitting well into face and full of alertness. Strong in neck, slightly arched leading to a level back line fitting well into shoulders. Square in body with ribs well sprung. Tail set a little high and carried with self importance. Parallel and straight behind with enough width between. Muscular with a good sweep of Stifle, Hocks straight with cat like feet. In front well developed in forchest with legs of medium bone and elbows close to body. Moved with plenty rear drive, with hackneyed action in front. Full of fearless animation.

2Nd Billington Mrs T – Aquepins Jessica Fletcher Another beautiful puppy, little sister to previous class second placing. Black and tan with wonderful shining coat. Lovely compact and elegant female of nine months old. Very pretty in head, narrow with skull flat when viewed from front. Sparkling eyes fitting well into face, fairly strong in muzzle with black nose. Nicely strong in jaw with complete scissor bite. Small ears set high. Gracefully, slightly arched in neck fitting well into shoulders and of Moderate angulation. Square and compact in body with straight top line and slight slope toward the rear with tail continuing on from top line, set a little high and carried with confidence. Parallel in rear legs with enough width between. Fairly muscular with good sweep of Stifle, straight in Hocks leading to cat like feet. Developing well in forchest plenty heart room. Legs straight of medium bone with elbows held close to body. On the move she pushed with drive from behind with a nice proud hackneyed action in front showing a spirited presence as she went round.

1st Santoriello Mrs S & Mr D – Pinicio Twist And Shout Super attentive, rich red male of 13 months old. Typically wild with fearless animation. On outline he is well balanced, sturdy and compact very smart young man. Masculine head rather elongated and narrow skull flat between small high set ears. Rather strong in muzzle with nostrils well formed and black pigment to nose. Alert expressive eyes fitting well into face. Strong jaws with a complete scissor bite. Slightly arched in neck fitting well into shoulders clean sloping with moderate angulation. square body straight in top line sloping towards the rear. Moderately tucked up belly, deep well sprung ribs. Tail set a little high giving enough length of overall balance. Coat smooth and short covering body closely. Straight in legs of medium bone with good width to hindquarters, well developed and muscular. Moderately broad in forchest with straight legs and elbows held close to body. On the move he showed natural elegance and balance yet alert and fearless. His movement displayed true hackneyed action with sharp and quick steps.

2nd Billington Mrs T – Aquepins Agatha Raisin Another wonderful black and tan puppy, female 9 months old littermate to previous class second placing and puppy class second placing. I must say I admire this handler having three quality litter mates to show, Holding their own in some of the higher classes. Super body condition, closely coated with smooth short hair. feminine head, narrow and elongated with skull flat between high set ears, small and erect. Rather strong in muzzle with nostrils well formed and jet black nose. Sparkling eyes full of alertness, fitting well into face. Strong jaws with a regular scissor bite. slightly arched neck fitted well into shoulders, sloping with moderate angulation. Square in body with a straight top line, slightly sloping towards rear. Ribs well sprung and have good depth. Tail set and carried a little high and of good length. Parallel in hindquarters with enough width behind, well developed and muscular legs of medium bone and straight. Cat like feet, forward facing with nails dark. Well developed in forchest, moderately broad. Legs of medium bone and straight keeping elbows close to her body. She moved very well showing her true hackney action coming and going.

1st Santoriello Mrs S & Mr D – Pinicio Red Rebellion JW Truly captivating male of 20 months old stunningly rich red in colour of smooth short coat closely covering body. As soon as he entered the ring, he was full of attitude, fearless animation but showing a well balanced compact sturdy little dog. Fairly masculine head, elongated and narrow yet in proportion to body. Muzzle rather strong, Black nose with well formed nostrils. Ears set high and small between the flat skull when viewed from in front. Beautifully sparkling dark eyes fitting nicely into face. Complete scissor bite with jaws strong. Slightly arched neck, graceful but strong fitting well into shoulders. Well developed forchest moderately broad good heart room. Medium bone straight legs with elbows held close to body. Compact and square body with a straight back line sloping towards the rear, moderately tucked up belly with deep well sprung ribs. Tail of enough length giving overall balance carried and set a little higher than top line. Muscular and well developed in hindquarters with a good sweep of Stifle. legs being straight and of medium bone, feet cat like with dark nails forward facing. He coordinated a true hackneyed action coming and going every step was in unison and he knew how to hold himself confidently. Very pleased to award this guy Best Of Breed.

2Nd White Mrs V – Alcum Skyfall Another red male with super attitude full of his self importance yet remained sturdy and alert. Red male of even covering short and smooth hair. Scull flat when viewed from front, elongated and narrow. Rather strong in muzzle with well formed nostrils and jet black nose. High set ears erect and forward facing. Nearly black eyes fitting well into face giving an alert, spirited expression. Complete scissor bite. Strong neck slightly arched fitting nicely into shoulders. Square in body with a straight topline and slight slope towards the rear, well sprung in ribs rather deep. Tail set a little high and carried confidently. Legs straight and of medium bone, well developed behind with good width between legs. Well developed in forchest, moderately broad good heart room with straight legs and elbows held close to body. Cat like feet forward facing. Showing off his hackneyed action on the move. Very attentive to handler throughout.

1st Whitehouse Mrs N – Amalric Coco Chanel With Dalmonde Beautiful black and tan 11 month old female. such a lovely youngster appearing well balanced compact and full of fun. wedge shaped in head with flat skull. Slight stop And black nose. very dark in eyes of almond shape and relatively small. Erect ears placed high up on back of head.long I’m slightly arched in neck with well led back shoulder placement With fall legs falling straight. Compact in body with a very slight curve to back line Falling again to sick tail root. Deep with well sprung ribs and buttocks gently rounded. Nice muscle tone two line area leading to a good turn of stifle. Loss at tail tapering to a point. In front, narrow in for chest with elbows held claws And straight front. on the move Good drive from high induction with a nice extended trot in front.

2nd Allsop Miss L – Peluglas Naughty Dreams Another lovely puppy of 10 months old Mail,black and tan in colour with a super glossy court. Head narrow and long with a slight stop As for face tapers gently. strong jaws with a complete scissor bite. dark relatively small eyes. erect ears placed high on back of head.Long and graceful neck flowing into shoulders. Compact body with very slight curve back falling too thick tail root. Deep a narrow in fall chest with ribs well sprung. Tell set law tapering to point. rounded loin with a good turn of stifle and straight fine born in front. On the move showing ideal for movement of the extended trot and smooth drive from behind.

1st Goodfellow Mrs M – Nasabe Royal Rose Lovely 14 month old female, black and tan in colour with a close and glossy coat. Lovely outline, flowing. Narrow in head With flat skull typical wedge shaped and well filled up under eyes.slight and stop with jaws held tightly together housing regular complete scissor bite. beautifully dark eyes almond shaped an obliquely set. High set erect ears placed upon back of Skull. Slightly arched in neck with neckline flowing into well laid back shoulders. Slender in body with a very slight curve from behind shoulders down to well cut up lines. Tail law set tapering to point. compact hind feet With well let down Hawks behind. narrow undipe for chest with elbows held close to chest giving a straight front legs of fine born. flowing movement showing balance And elegance with ideal for movement back into the extended trot. she moved round gracefully delighted to award her best of breed.

2nd Love Mrs V – Tettoy A Whole New World Another lovely youngster of 14 months old, female black and tan in colour. elegant and compact on first view and fairly alert. feminine head typical narrow wedge shaped. slight stop with tapering for face, Jaws held tightly Housing a complete scissor bite. Long neck gracefully slight arched to a gently curved top line. Compact in body, well cut up loins, slightly rounded buttocks, Tail placed low. Good rear muscle tone well rounded in loin. Straight with dainty feet. In forelegs, straight fine bone with elbows close to deep narrow chest. On the move she glided smoothly.

2nd Clarke Mrs Z – Roseofpern Starman A lovely black and tan male of 5 and a half years old. A very pleasant male lovely natured. Good in head proportions true wedge shaped. Very dark eyes relatively small but sparkling. Ears placed high open back of skull. Scissor bite with jaws held tightly within compressed lips. Long in neck, slightly arched flowing to a gently curved top line. Narrow and deep in chest with well sprung ribs. Tail set low. Nicely rounded in loin area, straight in legs with feet dainty, cat like. In front straight in fine boned legs with well arched toes. Moved well with good relationship to handler.

1st Oakden Mr A & Conway Mr P – Neerodan Thyme To Shine Beautiful 23 months old female, feminine, elegant and well balanced girl. Alert and attentive to handler. Typical wedge shaped in skull, well filled up under small dark and sparkling eyes. Slight stop with foreface tapering very slightly. Scissor bite with strong jaws. Candle flame ears placed high upon back of head. Slightly arched in neck flowing into well laid back shoulders. Compact in body, slightly curved back, narrow and deep in chest with ribs well sprung. Low set tail tapering to point. Straight in rear with well rounded loin leading to a good turn of stifle. In forlegs, straight fall from shoulders with elbows held closely to chest. On movement another who glided lovely. Very attentive throughout. Delighted to award her Reserve Best Of Breed

2nd Love Mrs V – Witchstone Follow The Dream With Tettoy 3 yrs and 9 months old male, shiny black and tan coat. Lovely outline sleek in proportions. Typical wedge shaped head eyes dark and sparkling. Ears set high upon back of skull erect. Scissor bite with strong jaws. Slightly arched in neck with gentle curve to back topline. Tail thick at root tapering to point. Compact in body, Well sprung in ribs. Good muscle tone to buttocks well rounded in loin, straight in leg with hocks well let down. Fine bone in front legs being straight and close to chest showing a nice front. Moving he was very attentive to handler throughout and moved very well.

1st Morley Miss E & Hitchcock Mr R Lizlanmor Blonde Primrose Well balanced female of 14 months old. Head fairly large with a skull being moderately broad, flat between the ears which are set level with the skull and Profusely feathered. Eyes round and sparkling giving a soft gentle expression. Short in muzzle and of good width with nostrils being large and open. Firm under jaw with well defined chin, beautiful black pigmentation. Relatively short in neck and body with a level top line, well sprung ribs with distinctive waistline. High set tail slightly curved over back with beautiful long feathering. Strong and well muscled in hind legs. Good depth of forchest with legs being heavily boned with short shoulders laid back fitting smoothly into body. Feet large and flat. On movement she was typically slow and dignified and her coat being moderately long and straight with the coarse outer coat sat on a softer undercoat.

2nd Clifton Mrs K – Hemmingways Marley Male 15 months old profusely well coated and silver in colour. Large male fairly thick set with an alert and intelligent expression. Fairly large in head of good width, moderately broad in skull, flat between his ears. Broad in nose with the nostrils large and open and a slight wrinkle over the bridge with defined stop. Black pigment throughout. Round, dark lustrous eyes with ears set level to skull with long profuse feathering. Firm underjaw with level lips. Short yet thick in neck with a relatively short body and a distinct waist. level top line with tail set high Carried tightly over his back with long profuse feathering. Moderate angulation to hindquarters with firm low hocks. In front heavily boned with elbows kept close to the body, shoulders fitting smoothly into body and standing well up on large and flat feet. On the move he showed great confidence with his handler. typically slow, Yet dignified.

Lizlanmor King Of Hearts Nearly three years old well coated male, well balanced in appearance Showing an alert and intelligent expression. Fairly large head, skull moderately broad with width between ears and flat. width between dark round eyes, broad in nose with large open nostrils, a slight wrinkle over the bridge of nose. firm underjaw with level lips, black pigmentation throughout. Long profusely feathered ears set level with skull. Fairly short and thick neck with shoulders laid back fitting smoothly into body. Relatively short body with a distinct waistline well sprung ribs slung between his forlegs. Level top line remained throughout with his tail carried tightly and set high curving over his back beautifully long feathering. Well muscled in hind quarters yet surprisingly lighter than in front, Strong rear pasterns and parallel when viewed from behind. Heavily boned in forlegs with elbows held close to his body, large Flat feet. Dignified and typically slow on the move showing a rolling gait in front. Moderately long in coat, course on top and thick softer under coat. beautifully feathered to all correct places, mane to form a cape around his neck. Pleased to award him Reserve Best Of Breed.

2nd Morley Miss E & Hitchcock Mr R – Klerkshof Trinket At Lizlanmor Beautiful female of 1 1/2 years old. Dainty in stature yet well balanced. Fawn in colour with coat straight, moderate length with the mane forming a cape around her neck. Leonine in appearance showing her handler loyalty, whilst maintaining an intelligent expression. Feminine in head all be it fairly large skull. Moderately broad with good width and flat between ears, width between eyes and nose broad, nostrils large and open, a slight wrinkle broken over the bridge of nose. Black pigmentation throughout. Level lips with a firm underjaw. Clear yet dark and lustrous eyes. Ears set level with the skull, long profuse feathering. Relatively short in body with good width to fore chest and well sprung ribs slung between forelegs. Level top line and a distinct waistline. Tail carried slightly curved over her back with beautiful long feathering. Strong in hind legs with well defined stifles, firm legs and strong Rear pastens. straight and parallel when viewed from behind with large flat feet and pointing straight ahead. Shoulders laid back, smoothly fitting into body. Strong relatively short, heavily boned forelegs with some width between them. Moved dignified and typically slow showing her handler attention as she glided round the ring.

1st Morley Miss E & Hitchcock Mr R CH Lizlanmor Gentleman Jim Wow how lucky was I to get my hands on this peke today. On first view as he entered the ring, he presented well balanced, alert and such a happy temperament. Head fairly large with skull being moderately broad, Between ears. Muzzle evident with a firm under jaw, well defined chin and black pigment all round. Dark lustrous eyes with her captivating expression. ear Leathers heart-shaped carried close to head with long profuse feathering. Relatively short in neck, Leading to level back and shoulders which fit smoothly into body. Relatively short in body with a level top line. Distinct waistline and well sprung ribs, slung between fore legs. high set tail carried tightly and gently curved over back with beautiful long feathering. In the rear hindquarters very well muscled but moderately lighter than in front. Well defined stifles, strong rear pasterns On large and flat feet. In front, forelegs heavily boned and relatively short with elbows sitting close to body to accommodate ribs. Standing well up on feet showing great strength. On the move, well I’d say pretty textbook being typically slow with a very dignified rolling gait. He had such a glint in his eyes as he kept focus on his handler as he moved around the ring. Beautiful relationship between then. I was delighted to stay and watch this male take Toy Group 1 and if that wasn’t enough, He then went on to win Reserve Best In Show. A very proud moment. Super well done.

2nd Clifton Mrs K – Hemmingways Marley Another lovely well presented male of three years old. Silver fawn in colour with moderately long, straight coat. Moderately thick set yet small in stature. Expression of intelligence. Moderately broad in skull, flat between level, highset ears with long profuse feathering. Clear in eyes, lustrous and dark. Relatively short and wide in muzzle with a good firm under jaw, black pigment in all correct places. A slight wrinkle Extending from cheeks to the bridge of his nose, Large open nostrils. Relatively short neck and body with the level top line leading to a distinct waistline and well sprung ribs slung between front legs. Strong in hind quarters and well muscled but much lighter than in front. Moderate angulations with strong rear pastens. Tail set high, Carried tightly and gently curved over the back of long feathering. Heavily strong forlegs and relatively short, broad in chest with elbows close to body accommodating ribs. Stood well up on large flat feet. Again another beautiful partnership between handler and dog. Moving out together typically slow and dignified rolling gate in front. moving parallel throughout another delightful male.

1st Mumby Mrs C – Yorcrechi Has A Dream With Carmichan Beautiful young male of nine months old, small and sturdy in appearance and full of self-confidence. Lovely headpiece fairly small with broad brow and marked stop. Blunt muzzle with black nose and wide open nostrils. Prominent chin with good turn up, Broad lower jaw. sparkling round eyes of medium size. Ears set high forward facing and small. Short in neck and straight leading to a level back, with a slight fall at croup. Well sprung ribs with a slight tuck up at the loin. High set tail carried high, gently curving over back. Rear legs set well underbody with small round and compact feet. In front legs nice and straight and carried close to sides of body. On the move he showed true lively and loyal characteristics towards his handler strutting his stuff, lifting feet high when on the move and really showing himself off. Delight to award him Best Puppy In Breed.

 Wildig Miss S – Affentude One In A Minion Another beautiful youngster a female of 11 months old. Small dainty outline. Feminine head being fairly small with a domed forehead, marked stop and muzzle blunt and short. Black nose with wide open nostrils with prominent chin and good turn up. Beautifully bright round eyes. Ears small, set high and forward facing. Short in neck leading to a short and straight back with a very slight fall away from croup to a high set tail. Well sprung ribs with a very slight tuck up at loin giving a nice sturdy appearance. Legs straight with rear set underbody and front legs straight, carried close to body sides. Small compact feet with dark nails. Moved out well lifting feet high when in motion Showing great loyalty to her handler.

1st Oakden Mr A – Carmichan Black Orchard Another youngster of 17 months old female with beautiful feminine expression. Sturdy in build small boat carrying herself with a true comic seriousness. Fairly small in head with broad brow area, marked stop with short and blunt muzzle black Knowles with wide open nostrils. Very dark sparkling round eyes of medium size with high set ears small and forward facing. Brought in lower jaw with prominent chin and good turn up. Short and straight in neck,continuing along back. Well sprung rips combined with a very slight took up at line. Croup falling away slightly too high set tail Of a natural length gently curving over back on the move. straight in lakes with just enough angulation, Depth two for chest with front legs straight and elbows carried close. on the move she pushed with drive from behind lifting her feet high when in motion. A lively cheeky girl,Showing self-confidence with a mischievous monkey like expression. pleased to award her reserve best of breed.

2nd Clifton Plaice M – Coutureabull Mucho Loco Male of 16 months old, nice in outline Showing he is sturdy in build. Fairy small in head with domed forehead, blunt muzzle with black nose and wide open nostrils. Round medium sparkling eyes, very dark. Small ears, set high and forward facing. Slightly undershot with broad lower jaw, prominent chin with good turn up. Short and straight in back with well sprung ribs, fore chest with just enough depth. High set tail carried up and over on the move. Nice and straight in legs with small round feet and black nails and pads. On the move he showed the true cheeky self confident side showing much loyalty to his handler. Moved out parallel in legs lifting feet high.

1st Clifton Plaice M – Coutureabull My Precious Beautiful female who will be two in June. Very cheeky with true monkey like expression. Sturdy and compact in build. Fairly small head with marked stop, muzzle blunt and short with black nose and wide open nostrils. Chin prominent with good turn up , broad lower jaw and slightly undershot. Medium sparkling round eyes and ears small high set and forward facing. Short in neck continuing to body with back being short and straight. Well sprung ribs with just enough depth to fore chest. A very slight tuck up at loin, giving a nice sturdy appearance. Croup falls away very slightly to high set tail, carried high. Straight in legs with hind legs well set underbody and front legs straight, carried close to body. Feet small and compact with black pads and nails. A lively boy, lifting his feet high when on the move showing great loyalty to his handler.

1st Dowsett Ms D & Jackson Mr B – CH Avantgarde Italys Secret With Tieswood JW Absolutely delightful male of 4 years old. Compact and sturdy in outline with a lively and self confident Personality. Fairly small headpiece, with very expressive Features, showing the typical monkey like expression. Very dark round eyes which sparkled, Forward facing high set small ears. Broad lower jaw, slightly undershot, with chin being prominent and good turn up. Short in neck leading to a short and straight back. Equal proportions to body well sprung ribs with enough depth to fore chest. Slight fall away from croup to a high set tail, carried up on the move, gently curving over back. Straight legs with just enough bone with small round compact feet. On the move he showed true lively strutting movement, lifting his feet high on the move pushing off from behind maintaining good balance as he showed great loyalty to his handler. Delighted to award him Best Of Breed.

Relatively large in head with muzzle short and square, wide open nostrils and nose black. Eyes relatively large dark and round in shape, masculine yet soft in expression. Small in Ears like velvet to the touch. wide in lower jaw very slightly under shot snd strong. Slightly arched in neck, thick yet enough length for head to be carried proudly. Short in body with ribs well sprung and carried well back. Tail set high tightly curled over hip. Very strong in hind quarters, being moderate length and a good turn of stifle, strong and well under body. Broad in forchest with legs very strong and straight carried well underbody. Moving freely from behind, Pushing off maintaining steady movement. In front, forelegs strongly used, reaching well forward. Very confident young man showing great charm.

2nd Mantell Miss K – Ivollyoca Pretty Pinion Fawn female just nine months old. square and cobby in outline. Fairly dainty in structure with a cheeky happy temperament. Relatively large in head, rounded with relatively short muzzle, square with wide lower jaw. Dark, rounded eyes very lustrious. Small thin ears of a button ear. Clearly defined wrinkles on forehead. Strong but slightly arched in neck, fitting to well sloped shoulders. Straight in back, short body with ribs well sprung. High set tail curled tightly over hip. Strong in rear legs of moderate length and enough turn off Stifle, straight with forward facing feet with well split up toes. Fairly broad in forechest again with strong legs, nice and straight well under body. On the move she pushed off freely from behind using forelegs strongly reaching well forward.

1st Turnbull Mrs N – Nicobri’s Gotta Have Faith JW A very feminine compact and cobby outline. female of 15 months old fawn in colour. Head relatively large and round with muzzle short and square, fairly large nose with open nostrils and black pigmentation. Nicely wrinkled on forehead. Beautiful large, dark rounded eyes with a soft expression, very lustrous. Strong and slightly arched in neck of good length to carry head proudly. Level in back on a cobby body, ribs well sprung and carriage well back. Tail set high and tightly curled over hip. Strong in rear with legs of moderate length and good turn of stifle. In front, Legs of moderate length and well underbody with shoulders well sloped. on the move, she reached out using forelegs strongly, moving freely from behind Keeping feet forward facing maintaining steady, purposeful movement. Delighted to award her best of breed.

2nd Ellis Lady A – Eastonite Blackis Cloudy Solid female of 15 months old, lovely outline Showing square and cobby. Intelligent happy and lively disposition full of fun. Relatively large in head, rounded with good wrinkling to forehead. Small and soft like velvet ears. Relatively large rounded eyes very lustrous, yet soft in expression, very feminine. Relatively short in muzzle, square with nose having large wide open nostrils. Strong in neck with enough length for her to carry her head proudly. Level in topline on a short and cobby body with ribs well sprung and carried well back. High set tail, tightly curled over hip. Leg very strong of moderate length with good turn of Stifle in the rear and placed well underbody. In front broad in chest, with plenty heart room. On the move when viewed coming and going she had the typical rise and fall Forelegs well under shoulders keeping her feet directly forward. From behind just as true keeping a steady movement yet freely and using stifles well.

Even tempered with great charm with a cheeky glint in his eyes. Masculine head relatively large in proportion to body. Muzzle relatively short and square with a jet black nose and large wide open nostrils. Nice wrinkling on forehead. Eyes dark, relatively large very lustrous expression. Strong wide lower jaw. Slightly arched in neck, thick yet enough length to carry his head proudly. Level in top line with ribs well sprung and carried well back. High set tail curled tightly over hip. On the move he used his stifles well pushing freely maintaining steady movement, In front broad in for-chest, with legs well under shoulders. Strong and straight reaching well forward.

2nd Burrows Mrs A – Twirlytops Lest We Forget Fawn male of 17 months old. Nice in general outline, compact and square. Relatively large in head in proportion to body. Beautiful sparkling eyes giving a soft expression, dark and lustrous. Good width to muzzle, relatively short with black nose and fairly large wide open nostrils. Nice wrinkling to forehead with ears small and soft to the touch. Slightly under shot in mouth with a strong wide lower jaw. Neck resembling a crest strong of enough length to carry his head proudly. Straight level back on a short and cobby body, ribs sprung well and carried well back. High set tail tightly curled over hip. Strong in legs all of moderate length, straight and placed well underbody. Feet forward facing with toes well split up. On the move I could see the typical roll from his hind quarters maintaining steady, free movement with a nice rise and fall in front.

1st Horward Mrs G – Casa Tentola Lovely Jubbly An older male of six years old, he really caught my eye. Square, compact with well knit proportions. He had wonderful temperament showing great charm and dignity. Relatively large in head with a muzzle short and square. Jet black nose with fairly large open nostrils. lovely wrinkling to forehead between small button ears. Relatively large and round dark eyes strong yet a soft expression. broad in for-chest and slightly arched in neck. Compact in body, short maintaining a level top line, ribs well sprung and carried back. Very strong in legs of moderate length placed well underbody, good turn of stifle in hind quarters. Moving freely with good push off. True rise and fall in front with feet kept straight using his forelegs strongly pushing well forward. Despite this lads tail being shorter in length, Everything else fit correctly.

2nd Vurgest Mrs & Mr – Nicobri Hudson River At Hunterspug Another male of two years old, largely built and solid he was full of himself today.Relatively large head with muzzle blunt and square, jet black nose with large wide open nostrils, good wrinkling on forehead clearly defined. Dark relatively large round eyes very lustrous and full of devilment in expression. Very soft small ears. Neck to resemble a Crest strong and thick of enough length. Level in top line remained throughout, longer in body, but ribs well sprung. Strong in legs of moderate length placed well underbody straight with feet forward facing, well split up toes and jet black nails. High set tail curled tightly over his hip. On the move he was full of self importance to care about anything else. So cheeky and full of it today, Pushed well from behind with strong reach in front.
