Dalmatians

Thank you to the Dalmatian community for supporting my first Dalmatian appointment with such a fantastic entry

Class 186 puppy 3/0

1st - Miss J M Kaal- Schunikka Ifor Dream

B/w 6 month old male

What a striking lad in the making

Giving off a strong yet elegant appearance

A promising head, flat skull and reasonably broad between ears, pleasing length of muzzle seldom seen. Well set ears of correct size, good length of neck into well laid shoulders, correct forechest with equal length of shoulder and upper arm. Height to length ratio correct, however slightly bum high at this stage. Movement rhythmic and showing promise however at present still rather loose

Pleased to award him BPIB and I just could not deny him RBOB

One to watch

2nd - Mrs E L Williamson - Shydally Ultimate Edition

10 month old B/w male

Nice head would prefer slightly longer muzzle.

Shorter in neck than one into well defined withers, nice straight forelegs with strong round bone. Hindquaters were impressive, fantastic muscle and well-developed second thigh. Nice bend of stifle and well defined hocks. These were used to his advantage on the move and displayed plenty of drive.

Class 187 junior 3/0

1st - Miss P & Dr D Edens - Steyndal Diamond White at Dalens JW

16 month b/w b!tch

Well schooled and handled to her advantage

Femine head with good length of muzzle. Elegant neck into a level top line and correct tail set and carriage. Good depth of chest and reasonable angulation. Moved out well.

Slightly out of coat today

2nd - Mrs H J Howard- Decoda's Crackerjack

14 month old L/W male

Large Masculine boy with the sweetest of demeanors. Solid body in muscle and bone.

Good length of neck into well laid shoulders, pleasing front angles into strong front legs with good spring of pastern. Good topline with good length of rib and loin. Good bend of stifle with well defined hocks

On the stand looks full of power yet today just didn't have the same attitude on the move

Class 188 postgraduate (5/0)

1st - Mr P Hipkiss- Dalkiss Whole Lotta Rosie FR JUN CH

19month B/ W b!tch

This honest girl caught my eye when she entered the ring and then quietly kept tapping away for my attention.

Lighter spotted with a window that played with my eye somewhat, her spots where beautiful and round in shape and were free from merging, something that is becoming less common.

I loved her femine head and her expressive ears, if I'm being picky I would like a slightly longer ear.

Her elegance continued down her neck into a level top line, her tail set correctly flowed freely off her back and was of correct length.

Her body length and height ratio was correct

Close decision for top awards today, would of liked to see more from her on her movement

2nd - Miss T T Davies - Maddidalli River Song

3 year old B/W bitch

Femine head with well broken decoration, slightly lazy with her ear carriage and could use them more positively. She has super concentration on her handler.

Shorter neck into well laid shoulders held a level top line at all times.

Very balanced, would prefer a slightly longer loin.

Stood solidly at all times holding a good posture and moved out well

Well decorated however coat not in top condition today

Class 189 open (10/1)

1st Ms M England & Miss P Edens - Dalens Queen Of The Seas at Silverspot

2 1/2 year old B/w bitch

This girl just demands attention and oozes elegance

Superb head of correct proportions, well broken ears that frame her face which she uses to her advantage. Her elegance flowed down her super neck into well defined withers. Her level top line was held at all times. Her frame is light but correct for a bitch, with super angles and proportions, everything is where it should be.

Moved out well in all directions, showing off her reach and drive covering the ground effortlessly.

She simply owned BOB today and I was pleased to award it to her

2nd Mrs H L Davies- Maddidalli Embers Glow

6 1/2 year old B/s bitch

I have admired this girl for a while and I was pleased to see her in the ring.

Shares many of the same qualities as one, she possess a slightly cleaner background with well displayed decoration. Today she was a little frilly and was inconsistent in showing her movement, being outmoved by 1
