I would like to thank the committee for my invitation to judge Golden Retrievers at this well run show. I would also like to thank my lovely steward Sue for keeping the ring running smoothly.

Quality balanced boy who stood out in this class for me. Lovely head with melting expression. Good angulation front and rear. Moved well for one so young. BEST PUPPY DOG

2nd Fleet & Webb’s Waterbabies Sonic Boom To Eastbury And Hectson (IMP ITA).

Nice head shape with good proportions. Larger framed pale dog of 9 months covered the ground well.

Attractive pale coated dog. Longer cast will need time to fill his frame. Gentle head with dark pigment lovely lay back of shoulder & upper arm. Neat feet and moved freely.

1st Maynards’s Chinnordale Grand Finale.

Well up to size dark gold dog. Such a kind expression and good pigment, straight forelegs well set under body. Good top line with well muscled, strong angulated rear quarters. Moved with ease.

2nd Dean’s Pearlbarn Pasha At Rugglestone.

Gave his handler a bit of a hard time close up to one. Quality boy who displayed soundness and substance. Excellent length of neck leading into a well-made front. Good rear quarters and neat hocks. Kept a level top on the move.

3rd Wheeldon & Hurry Catnnels Greatest Dancer.

More work man like with a super reach of neck and front assembly. Strong deep body with a well angulated rear. Covered the ground well. RES BEST DOG

2nd Wells Pearlbarn Peroni .

Nice head expression with a good length of neck. Well laidback shoulders and a good depth of chest.

What a smashing dog. Full of quality with soundness and substance. Super condition, beautiful head with a gentle expression and dark pigment. So balanced with a level top line whilst on the move and covering plenty of ground. BEST DOG, BEST OF BREED, BEST IN SHOW Well done.

2nd Kinchella’s Honeymill Warrior.

Another lovely type, slightly longer cast than one. Nice reach of neck into well made front. Strong top line with well muscled hindquarters. Covered the ground well.

3rd Wheeldon & Hurry’s Catnnels Greatest Dancer.

2nd Fleet’s Waterbabies Kalakuta To Eastbury (IMP ITA).

A lot to like about this compact girl. Good shoulder lay, level top line with nice angled hindquarters. A free mover.

Mid gold bitch, not over done in any way. Balanced outline with a pleasing head. Good front and rear. Moved steadily.

What a beautifully made bitch. Good outline with a lovely front and good shoulder placement. Kept a level top line while on the move. A super bend of stifle and moved with drive.

Pretty feminine head with a lovely expression. Good depth of body with good front and rear angulation. Moved effortlessly.

A quality mid gold girl with a pretty head. Well laid back shoulders with a good front. Well developed body, shown in good coat and condition.

Presented in good condition. A larger framed bitch, with a well developed body. Soundly constructed throughout.
