Miniature Smooth Haired - Kirsty Evan (Feorlig/Cavallibrook)

Puppy Dog (4,2)

1st Melbourne, Paget & Carroll's Bronia Lucien at Marvale, beautiful puppy with a lot going for him, super head and eye, excellent forehand, topline and hindquarters, much to admire - and a real class act presented in first class order. Really beautiful on the move, much to admire in terms of his soundness and freedom, still needs a touch more confidence but I thought he was a real star. Pleased to award him, BD, BOB, BP & BPIS

2nd Scott's Allerbach One More Time at Rothadax, another nice puppy with much to admire, good head and eye if not the houndy expression there of the winner. Well ribbed with good keel. Sound and free on the move.

Puppy Bitch (2)

1st - Muggleton's Sweet Creature, very good shape and type, lots to like and most promising; good head and eye, very sound and free on the move. A little proud of her tail when moving yet but a promising puppy.

2nd - Herald's Winterfield Lucky Star, close up to the winner and another with a lot to like, very sound and free on the move, not quite the head or expression of the winner but most admirable. Excellent keel and well ribbed into a short loin.

Junior Dog (1)

1st - Herald's Winterfield Take a Bow, a very promising 6 month puppy that just needs to drop into himself a little more. Good head and eye, very good forehand and keel, firm topline and well set tail. Used himself well on the move and he has a lot to like overall.

Junior Bitch (2,1)

1st - Corominas's Ruichango Eva Luna, red, stood alone but I thought she was a very admirable bitch. Super for make and shape. Good head and eye, firm topline, neat underline and she is sound and free on the move.

Post Graduate Dog or Bitch (4,1)

1st - Corominas's Luna Nueva De Los Olivos Quinto (Imp), very good head and eye, firm topline, neat underline, and in super muscle. Lots to like and gave a super account stood and on the move. Beautifully put down.

2nd - Walker's Donnadoon Little Dreamer at Dorenian, another of good type and shape but unfortunately not making the most of herself here today. Super head & eye. Lovely to go over and moved well and soundly.

3rd- Bullingham's Stoweytop Treacle

Limit Dog or Bitch (3)

1st - Kent's Lokmadi Oh What a Circus, very good head and eye, super shape and type and so houndy throughout; much to admire and a real class act especially on the move. Pleased to award her Best Bitch

2nd- Melbourne, Paget & Carroll's Bronia Gustave of Melriding, close up to the winner with a lot to like, not quite as free on the move today I thought but another good one & shows a lot of promise.

3rd - Herald's Winterfield's June of Arabia

Open Dog (1)

1st - Francis's Stargang Hay Bob at Feebrick nice prospect when standing with a decent make and shape. Needs to body up and carry a bit more weight. Decent head and houndy expression. Ribbing set well back. Good keel. Well muscled rear. Moved out soundly.

Open Bitch (5,3)

1st - Melbourne, Paget & Carroll's Marvale Austerliltz this bitch is such a little pocket rocket and a joy to watch in the ring. Excellent make and shape. Super head and eye. Strong, well muscled forequarters with excellent keel. Well ribbed and nicely bodied however can sometimes be a bit lazy with her topline. Excellent rear which she used to advantage on the move being ever so sound.

2nd - Herald's Stargang Zebra Finch at Winterfield another nice bitch but lacks the front construction on 1. Super head and eye. Excellent ribbing and short loin. Well muscled hindquarters. Very sound on the move.

1st Brown's Sunkissed Candy from Garbosa - 7 month bitch of an excellent make and shape. Super head and eye with excellent expression. Good neck and shoulders. Elbows could be tighter. Firm level topline. Well muscled rear which enabled her to move out soundly. BP

Junior Dog (2,1)

1st - Francis & Kent's Lokmadi Gabriel at Feebrick a lovely headed dog with a super expression. A little on the big side overall and his front could be neater. Well ribbed with good keel. Topline firm. Well muscled rear. Moved out well, could be a little tidier in rear.

Junior Bitch (3,3)

Post Graduate Dog or Bitch (5,3)

1st - Shutt's Donnadoon Oh My Diana lovely for size and shape. Good head of the correct proportions and houndy expression. Well laid shoulders and elbows tight to chest. Well ribbed and firm topline. Moved out well.

2nd - May's Custard and Jelly larger size than the winner but presents a decent shape when standing. Good head and expressive eye. Well made forequarters. God firm topline, a little longer in back than i prefer. Moved out soundly.

Open Bitch (1)

1st - Carey's Honeysuckle Scent to Me Via Debbiejay JW Very nice bitch of an excellent make and shape. Excellent head with correctly shaped eye and super expression. Enough neck and well laid shoulders. Lovely front with elbows tight to chest. Ribbed well back with a firm topline. Muscled rear. Moved soundly and with confidence. BOB

Miniature Wire Haired - Kirsty Evan (Feorlig/Cavallibrook)

1st - Dance's Emem Hazel Sunshine a nice bitch who was the most together in the class and gave the best account of herself here today. Good shape and outline. Lovely head and eye. Well constructed forehand with good keel and elbows close to chest. Well ribbed back with good strong loin and firm topline. Moved out with style and very soundly. Harsh jacket presented in first class order.

2nd - Kent's Barratini Du Beke at Lokmadi another nice puppy but at just 6 months needs time to firm up. Another with a lovely shape and outline. Masculine head with good expression. Well ribbed and firm topline. Moved out well just needs a bit extra time to firm up.

3rd - Corominas's Almarxils Diego for Ruichango

Junior Dog or Bitch (3,2)

1st - Walker's Stargang Fantasy nicely sized bitch with a good overall shape. Lovely head and houndy expression. Well off for neck and nicely constructed forehand. Excellent ribbing and firm topline. Well muscled rear. Moved out well and soundly. Coat a little too soft.

1st Dance's Ch Emem Letty Bee Sunshine JW quality bitch who is very eager to please and it is clear to see she loves every minute in the ring. Super make and shape. Good head and expressive eye. Enough neck leading into a well laid shoulder. Super ribbing and firm topline. Moves out a treat and very sound. Pleased to award her BOB & RBIS.

Best In Show - Melbourne, Paget & Carroll's Marvale Coalition wit Melriding

B/T Standard Smooth bitch that oozes quality. Excellent for make and shape with everything flowing into place. Super head and eye with excellent expression. Excellent, well constructed front with good keel and elbows tight to chest. Well ribbed with a firm topline. Super, well muscled rear - moved out with style and very soundly.

Standard Wire with a lot of promise and so much to like. Really liked her typical shape and outline. Super head and eye. Harsh. well presented jacket. Firm topline with excellent ribbing. Well muscled rear which she used to power around the ring soundly and with style.

AV Special Veteran Dog/Bitch

1st) CH Kireton Beau Diddly Standard Smooth dog of an excellent make and shape. Masculine head of the correct proportions with good expression. Well made throughout with good body and substance. Super rear and moved out a treat being ever so sound.

2) Baltic Legacy via Amberteckle Standard Long with good overall shape and typical outline. Super head and eye. Very nice to go over with everything flowing into place. Moved out well and presented in 1st class order.

AV Special Vintage D/B

1st) Ch Carpaccio Jasper for Harmoura ShCM VW 12 year old B/T SS who still really shows the young ones how to do it! Excellent type and so well made with a typical outline. Gorgeous head, with expressive eye. Impressive to go over with excellent forehand and hindquaters. Well ribbed and firm topline. Lovely muscled rear. Moved out with style and so sound. BVIS.

2nd) Deepdax Perrie, Min Wire that presents a decent shape standing. Good head and eye. Well ribbed. Lovely front and rear. Moved out well and soundly.
