WOOLWICH & DCS 03/12/23

My thanks to the Society and exhibits. We unfortunately had to suddenly move inside the venue due to inclement weather today which often disturbs handlers and exhibits.

PUPPY 3/1

1ST Johnson CREMINO CELEBRITY Super black dog. 9 and ½ months all his proportions were right for age and so mature in his demeanour. Beautiful expression eye of good colour not too dark, very pleasing head with good reach of neck to well placed shoulders. Enough bone and super length of leg. Carried a level topline on the move, striding out and totally at ease with handler. He stood so freely in a natural position looking effortless wearing a glorious coat, and otter tail. Delighted to award BOB to this youngster and will watch with interest.

2nd Welford RICHBOURNE LEGALLY BLONDE AT ANKARI Yellow bitch, a super sweet expression on a petite feminine head, eye colour was good and pigment. Another youngster with a good coat today, topline not as strong at times, however good spring of rib for her age not carrying excess weight and moved very well with handler carrying her tail gaily.

1ST Boundy MEGREZ LUCIDA Once settled this yellow girl moved really well. Good length of leg not overdone in any way. Eye colour is slightly light, however lovely shape head with ears well set and flowing topline. My notes said ‘one-piece dog’ which she was. RBOB

1st Wagstaff & Venables KIMBAJAK PRECIOUS METAL JW This happy boy had a pleasing head be it quite strong and lacked the clean flow through the neck. He has good pigment this yellow dog with a level topline and a constant thrashing otter tail! He had a shorter leg than the other exhibits today. Coat was ok but carrying to much weight and struggled with movement around the indoor ring today.
