PENZANCE AND DISTRICT CANINE SOCIETY LIMITED SHOW

SATURDAY 8TH JULY 2023

JUDGE-MRS.JULIET COOPER

It was an honour and a privilege to be asked to judge BIS at this lovely friendly show.

These shows are great training grounds for young dogs and new people, back to grass roots.

The dogs I saw were without exception excellent quality and would not be out of place in top level competition.

The line ups for BIS, BPIS and Veterans was exceptional, I was spoilt for choice.

I thank you all for the entries.

Best In Show

Cocker Spaniel – Salmons Crimicar Indigo Eclipse

Admired this two-and-a-half-year-old blue roan boy as he entered the ring. To go over he didn't disappoint. Quality masculine head that is so well balanced and without a hint of coarseness. Lovely soft appealing eye and expression. Excellent forehand construction, legs and feet. Short, cobby and compact body but with the strength and angulation to his hindquarters that allows him to power around the ring so soundly. He maintains not only a perfect topline but also a perfectly carried ever wagging tail. shown in the very best coat and condition. I was delighted to award him BIS. From a quality line up, very well deserved.
