Thank you to the Committee for inviting me to judge at your show and to my stewards for excellent running of the ring.

PD (2, 1a) 1 Foreman’s Ambersun Summer Son. This lovely mid gold boy was just 6 months old and full of character. He has a well chiseled masculine head, just right for his age. Good lay back of shoulder and nice reach of neck. Nice spring of rib and well angulated rear quarters. Once settled he moved soundly. Delighted to award him BPIB.

PB (4, 2a) 1 Ward’s Wild Rose to Laurenley of Sunshine’s Valley (Imp Bel). 11 month old cream bitch, lovely feminine head with super pigment and correct dentition. Straight front with well laid back shoulders, good reach of neck leading to a level topline. Good bend of stifle leading to well let down hocks. Moved well with a nice long stride.

2 Smith’s Rosgar Spicy Romance. 8 month old, mid gold bitch. Nice defined head with kind expression. Good bone and straight front. Deep, well spring ribs and short coupled. Lovely coat in great condition. Moved well.

J (5, 1a) 1 Gayler’s Carolake X’Marks the Spot JW. 15 month old bitch. Really liked this young lady. She has a lovely feminine head with a gentle expression. Straight front, lovely tight catlike feet, well laid back shoulders. Excellent depth of body with well sprung ribs and short coupled. In good muscular condition, with long and free movement. RBOB

2 Todd’s Van Gogh of Sunshine’s Valley with Toddrosa. 14 month old cream boy. Masculine head with well defined stop and good pigment. Good bone with well angulated shoulders, level topline leading to a well angulated rear. Moved soundly.

G (5,0) 1 Henson’s Cinderbank Move It JW. 19 month old, mid golden boy. Nice masculine head with good width of skull and correct dentition. Good reach of neck with well laid back shoulders. Well sprung ribs and good hindquarters. Moved well, although had a tendency to carry his tail high on the day.

2 Foreman’s Ambersun I’ll Fly For You. At just 18 months, he still has some maturing to do but a lot to like about him. Rich golden coat in lovely condition. Masculine head and gentle expression. Straight front with well angulated shoulders and nice deep chest. Well angulated stifle with hocks well let down. Seemed a little unsettled on the move today which was unfortunate.

PG (2,0) 1 Pounds-Longhurst’s Mossburn Golly Miss Molly JW. 3 year old dark golden bitch. Gorgeous feminine head with kind expression. Loved her reach of neck, leading onto well laid back shoulders, a good spring of rib and short coupled. Good bend of stifle and hocks well let down. Happy, confident girl on the move. Held her topline and moved straight and true.

 2 Williams’s Berrymeade Kilternan Of Busheyhall SGWC. 2 year old mid golden boy. Nice head with no sign of coarseness. Straight front with nice tight feet. Muscular loin and good spring of rib. Good hindquarters. Moved well.

OD (3,0) 1 Foreman’s Ambersun Heart and Soul. Loved the presence of this 3 year old boy. Super, rich golden coat in great condition. Masculine, well balanced head with well defined stop and no sign of coarseness. Great front assembly with good bone and plenty of heart room. Well sprung ribs, muscular loin and short coupled. Good hindquarters. Continued to show his presence on the move, driving around the ring straight and true. Delighted to award him BOB.

2 Pounds-Longhurst’s Mossburn Galloping Major JW. 3 year old mid golden boy. Really nice, balanced, well chiseled head. Straight in the front, good level toping with well sprung ribs. Correct tail set leading to good hindquarters. Moved well.

OB (4, 1) Phipps-Baker & Baker’s Maddouse Tail Spinner SGWC. 6 year old cream bitch. Coat in full bloom and great condition. Lovely, well balanced feminine head with correct dentition. Straight front, well laid back shoulders with good reach of neck. Good rear angulation with good second thighs and well bent stifles. Moved straight and true with drive.

2 Woronecki’s Lumavicz Amazing Grace. 2 year old mid golden bitch. Nice feminine head with good pigment. Good front, nice cat like feet. Deep, well sprung ribs and a level topline. Not quite settled on the move but looked to enjoy her time in the ring.

V (8,3) Stallard’s Maplerose All Tuckered Out. 7 year old boy. Just loved his gentle expression, with a masculine head. Good front, well angulated shoulders and good reach of neck. Well sprung ribs, strong loin and level topline leading to a well angulated rear. Moved well with drive.

2 Jolly’s Leititia Angeiolina JW. 8 year old mid golden bitch. Was pleasantly surprised to see that this lady shares the same sire as 1. Nice feminine head with dark pigment. Well angulated shoulders leading to a level topline. Good bend of stifle and hocks well let down. Moved well.
