1ST Moskowitz’s Ravenho Mochara Cadeaux – 7 1/2months old balanced bitch who presented a pleasing outline and appealed for breed type.Femine head with correct wedge shape, correct ear set and shape, slightly arched neck into correct forequarters, straight front leading to tight feet, deep chested, well sprung ribs, level topline, correct coat, moderate bend of stifle moved well. 2ND Mckenzie’s Ravenho Toulouse Latresco at Beddgelert – I see this is the litter sister to my winner. Once again feminine head with correct proportions, medium length neck into well back shoulders, straight front leading to tight feet, well sprung ribs, deep chested, moderate turn of stile, moved soundly. She was just a bit unsure of the environment today.

Moved soundly.

2ND Byrne’s Aldozovolgyi-Drotos Csermely at Enryb (Imp Hun) – Lots to like about this bitch but she just would not stand still. Appealed for breed type and balance, feminine head with correct head furnishings and proportions, well muscled neck into well laid lack shoulders,, deep chested, tight elblows, well sprung ribs, well muscled rear end, in good harsh coat, on the move she just wanted to go out of the ring which was a shame.

2ND Sladden’s Khyannes Villette at Canemamans (Imp Hun) – Braque D’Auvergne – Balanced bitch who presented a pleasing outline but just was not happy being gone over. Moved well.

2ND Capille’s Zorrazo Kind Regards at Lendever – SWD – 8 ½ months dog who appealed for breed type, correct head and body proportions, clean neck into well laid back shoulders, moderate rear end, in correct coat, moved out well with drive. Should have a bright future.

2ND Sladden’s Canemamans Primo Al Fine – Bracco Italiano – 15 months old well balanced dog who presented a pleasing picture. Correct head proportions with clean cheeks and a soft expression, deep chested, well sprung ribs, well muscled loin, good bend of stifle, move true with a powerful drive.

3RD Loverock’s Palmonas Glitterball – Golden Retriever

2ND Donnelly’s Sh Ch Beechillawn Oooh Betty – GWP – One I have judged before and she still appeals, such a feminine head and expression with correct head furnishings, correct length of neck into well laid back shoulders, deep chested, well spung ribs, well muscled rear end was in hard condition, covered the ground with ease.

It was a lovely line up of dogs and along with my final 4 I shortlisted the Bracco Italiano, GWP, Irish Red & White Setter, Cocker Spaniel, English Springer Spaniel and Sussex Spaniel

Wow this girl is beautiful with everything in the right place. She is so feminine, clean neck into correct shoulder placement, well sprung ribs, muscular loin, gently sloping topline, powerful rear end which she used to advantage to flow around the ring, with perfect co-ordination.

Balanced dog with a masculine head with correct proportions, short neck into well laid back shoulders, straight deep chested, well sprung ribs, correct rear angulation, good coat, moved well.

3Rd Graham & Yarrow’s Sh Ch Bonapartist Pickpocket – Brittany

Workmanlike dog who presented a square, balanced outline. Masculine head with correct proportions when viewed from any angle, medium length neck into shoulders, deep chested well rounded ribs, strong short loin, moderate bend of stifle, short striding brisk movement.

4th Gilder, Blunden & Van Gemert’s Rozebottel’s Porthos (Imp NLD) – Lagotto Romagnolo

Another dog that I have judged before and he has just got better, lovely wedged shaped head and expression good depth of chest, loin short, good bend of stifle with broad hocks, moved well around the ring with reach and drive.

Some lovely puppies in this line up and I also shortlisted along with my final four the HWHV, Pointer, SWD and Weimaraner.

Clifford’s Tomarisroan Shining Star Of Chamford – Cocker Spaniel – 9 months old bitch who is so together for her age and could not be denied top honours. Appealed for overall shape and breed type, feminine head and expression with correct chiselling to her head, moderate length of neck into well laid back shoulders, short loin, moved so well for one so young.

RBPIS – Savell’s Petranella Tipping The Wink – ESS – 9 months old bitch who I have judged before and I love her, she appeals for breed type with a feminine head, correct front and rear quarters, body proportions just right for her age, presented well and moved out with the typical movement.

Gardner’s Mariglen Midnight Muse of Danwish – English Setter – Just 6 months old medium sized bitch who presented a clean outline and is so elegant, correct body proportions for her age, well bent stifle, moved gracefully around the ring, one I am sure have a bright future.
