Critique GSP Bitches

My thanks to the Officers and Committee of the Northern HPR Club for the invitation to judge at this lovely show, and to the lovely people who brought some absolutely super girls for me to judge. Also huge thanks to my lovely efficient steward Carolyn . Really pleased with my entry and some difficult decisions. Absolutely thrilled to learn on arriving home after 5 hours driving, that my BOB Bitch had gone BIS, and my BPIB had gone BPIS - definitely the icing on the cake of a super day out.

1 E Hinchcliff's Goosepoint Zsazsa Gabor

Pretty 11 month puppy of excellent type, of good size, with correct proportions and confirmation, Good shoulder with elbows set well, good reach of neck free and easy ground-covering gait beautifully held topline at all time. Lovely depth of chest and well sprung ribs. Delighted to award her BP with my fellow judge Max Munday and thrilled to learn she later went BPIS

 Good outline and body proportions, well balanced head with lovely eye with gentle expression, Slightly smaller than 1, Bit of a handful for her plucky young handler today.

 Nice build and outline, typical head, good eye with gentle expression, maturing well in body, good reach neck, spring of rib, held very pleasing outline on the move

2 P Tait's Benboee Beelieve

11 month bitch with good outline and body proportions, beautiful head of nice shape and appearance, kind dark eye with gentle expression, would prefer slightly more substance to her

Lovely head of good shape and proportions, flat skull and wide between the ears, dark expressive eye, nice reach of neck and good top-line, well ribbed, correct ear set and lift. Nice tight elbows, level topline, well muscled quarters and good bend of stifle, correct tail set and carried well on the move. Lovely coat

Lovely head and eye with great expression. Well laid shoulders and tight elbows.Deep well sprung rib cage. Good bone and feet. Sound easy mover.

Another absolute delight. Lovely head with dark expressive eye and kind expression, good neck, deep chest, back firm and short, well made with great hindquarters and good angulation, plenty of bone, tight feet, good coat.
