PG 5(2) 

1. Esposito/Yates’ Dalewood Sparks Will Fly. 2 year old male, kind head and dark eye, nice overall shape standing in profile and showed some free, effortless movement in profile, sound in top-line, good depth of chest, nicely angulated and well muscled, presented in good coat.

2. Clayforth’s Haradwaithe Gracie Fields. 20 months, bitch, feminine head and expression, not as good in stop as 1st, sound top-line with good tail set, not as free in movement as class winner, coat presentation could be improved.

1. Metcalfe’s Pippalata Overtime Magic. 3 year old bitch presented in beautiful condition, feminine head and expression, well placed ears and dark eye, pleasing shape standing and moving, sound in top-line and well muscled, she moved out with good reach and drive, BOB & G4.

2. Taylor’s Layoli Sea Of Secrets at Billkenstar. Male rising 5 years, very unsettled today, nice shape standing but would like a sounder top-line, moved ok once settled into his stride, presented in good coat and condition.

1. Thomson’s Tibbiestars Time Lord. Beautifully presented male of 15 months, liked his expression and melting dark eye, blunt muzzle, balanced skull, well set ears, good proportions and well set tail, he moved out well with confidence, in excellent coat and well muscled condition.

PG 1(0) 

1. Thomson’s Tibbiestars Storm Lord. 4 year old male who wasn’t happy with his surroundings today, beautiful dark eye, lovely expression, not so good in front as previous class winner, nice proportions, sound top-line, lovely temperament, out of coat.

1. Thomson’s Tibbiestars Shady Lady. Very pretty bitch of 4 years, who I now see is litter sister to PG winner, nice proportions, very vocal and opinionated! good feet, sound top-line, excellent temperament, nicely angulated all through and moved out well when settled into her stride.

1. Sherlock’s Tigerrock Hopes and Dreams for Crimicar. 9 months, feminine head and expression, well set ears, dark eye, would like a tidier mouth, good feet and bone, nicely angulated with strong top-line, moved with purpose, presented in lovely condition, BP & PG4.

1. Casey’s Tigerrock Amazing Grace with Willowmeeana. Very feminine bitch of 17 months, balanced skull and dark eye, strong muzzle, good neck leading into a nice shoulder placement, sound in top-line, very unsettled today and wasn’t moving as well as her construction would suggest.

1. Philipson’s Menstonia Meteor. Well bodied male of 5 years, masculine head with good eye of nice colour and set, well set ears, nicely angulated front and rear, good feet and bone, strong top-line, well ribbed back with short muscular loin, lovely presentation, he moved out well with purpose when settled, BOB.

2. Casey’s Tigerrock Lit De Roses. Bitch of 2½ years, very feminine in head and expression, dark eye, good proportions and nicely angulated, strong top-line and when she settled showed sound movement both in profile and coming and going, in good coat and well muscled.

Bitch of just 6 months but she took the day all in her stride, lovely feminine head and expression with excellent pigment, dark eye, good bone and feet, good proportions and sound in top-line, nicely angulated, just needs to mature on and tighten all through, very confident on the move, BOB & BP.

1. Horsman-Phoenix/Horsman’s Snow Legend Zenith of Fame Nordicwinds JW (imp RUS). Handsome male of 2 years who I have judged before, really starting to mature now, strong masculine head with lovely expression, strong muzzle, well set ears, liked his proportions, good depth of chest, well ribbed, good set and carriage of tail, he moved with a powerful easy stride with good drive from the rear, BOB & G1.

1. Horsman-Phoenix/Horsman’s Nordicwinds Grtest Showman JW. 2½ year old male who I like very much but he was really ‘giddy’ today, masculine head and expression, good bone and feet, well let down chest, good body proportions, good tail carriage, he moved out well when settled covering the ground with an easy, powerful gait, out of coat today but still in well muscled condition.

1. Kent/Sutton’s Korifey Reckless. Promising Dobermann puppy of 10 months ably shown by his young handler who knows how to get the best out of him, masculine head and expression, good eye, good bone and feet, top-line, tail set and carriage, presented in beautiful condition, moved out well when he settled into his stride, Best AVNSC, Best AVNSC Puppy, G2 and PG1.

G3 Kent’s Lyfearon Off With Her Head. Siberian Husky. 3 year old bitch, very feminine all through and in immaculate condition, pretty head, good arch to neck, would like her more up on the leg for balance, she moved out well with good reach and drive.

G4 Read’s Bavaruki Suba Swish at Onaway. Leonberger. Bitch of 18 months, strong head, fair angulation front and rear, would like a cleaner front and tidier rear when moving away, strong top-line and well muscled, presented in clean coat of good quality.

PG2 Harwood’s Lendevers Spring Tide. Leonberger. 11 months old, masculine head, needs to body up and fill out, found him quite straight in front and rear making him look quite unbalanced, stifle could be better, bone ok, he moved steadily.

1. Allen-Davern’s Siberiadrift Adrian’s Star of Zimavolk. Siberian Husky. 7 years and very mischievous, always nice to see, lovely eye, feminine head and expression, well arched neck and nice proportions, moved out well with purpose.

2. Bolsover’s Charmedkelz All Seein Angel. Siberian Husky. 9 year old bitch where I preferred length of leg, feminine head and expression, good top-line, nice proportions, well set tail, moved well enough in profile but untidy going away.

1. Westcott-Smith/Smith’s Vivienne De L’Arene Noire at Rozimba. Beautifully presented bitch of 14 months, lovely feminine head and expression, dark eye, good pigment, strong muzzle, good neck leading into a nice shoulder placement, liked her proportions, moved out well, unfortunately she seemed to lose her concentration in the line-up for BIS, Briard. Best AVNSC.

2. Smith’s Ceranda Gower Diamond. Welsh Corgi (Cardigan). Beautifully presented bitch of 16 months, lovely feminine head and expression, nice eye, good ears, sound top-line and proportions, nicely angulated all through, presented in excellent coat.

1. Smith’s Ryslip Jaffa Cake. Welsh Corgi (Pembroke). 4½ years, bitch, feminine head and expression, round dark eye, good pigment, good neck and front assembly, liked her proportions, good feet and bone, nicely angulated, she moved out well with confidence, in lovely coat and condition.

2. Bird/Caden’s Hawksflight Paparazzi at Domburg** BSD (Groenendael). 5 year old dog, nicely chiselled head with masculinity, alert expression, dark eye, good bone, lovely shape standing and moving, a little close in the rear going away but moved out with a brisk, active stride, presented in excellent coat.

G2 Salter’s Irisaddition Love Actually JW. Bearded Collie. 2 year old bitch, maturing well and in good coat, feminine head and expression, sound in top-line with good proportions, she moved out well with confidence.

G3 McKinnon’s Dialynne Enzo Ferrari. Australian Shepherd. 6 year old male, very masculine with strong head, good neck, good front and rear angulation but tends to drop his top-line, lacked animation on the move.

G4 Jacobs/Johnson’s Willowthorn Dream Gazer JW ShCM ShCEx OSW. Shetland Sheepdog. Male of 6 years in full profuse coat which tended to obscure his outline, masculine head and expression, balanced and confident on the move.

PASTORAL PUPPY GROUP 

PG1 Brown’s Shepwood Gazing at Klouds. Australian Shepherd. Bitch of 7 months old, very feminine head and expression, really coming together, in excellent coat, lovely proportions, good depth and shape of rib, short loin, well angulated front and rear, liked her whole persona, moved out with style and confidence, she has, I am sure, a bright future, RBPIS.

PG2 Walker’s Tooralie Mossyfox My Trinity. Shetland Sheepdog. Bitch of 8½ months, would like a more balanced skull but she was feminine, she moved out well with purpose and confidence.

PG3 Woolley’s Aratika Dust From A Distant Sun. Bearded Collie. Male of 11 months, masculine head, dark eye, good balance to skull, would like more length of leg, he tended to lose his top-line standing, moved out ok.

Bearded Collie. 11 years old, bitch, in amazing condition for her age, she had the most feminine head and expression, lovely shoulder placement, still sound in her top-line and very fit, liked her proportions, she moved out well with good reach and drive, RBVIS.

2. Woolley’s Malandex Xpressly Sweet with Aratika. Bearded Collie. 7 years old, bitch, lovely deep brown colour, feminine head and expression, good front and rear angulation, moved out steadily with good reach and drive.

3. Perkins’ Saskyadu Your So Magical. Bearded Collie.

1. Jenkinson’s Irisaddition Victorious with Ellishar. Bearded Collie. 11 months, presented in beautiful condition, feminine head, dark eye, pleasing proportions with good front and rear angulation, a little over-marked with white over the stifle, moved out with purpose and confidence, lovely new coat coming through.

2. Bird/Caden’s Hawksflight Paparazzi at Domburg** BSD (Groenendael). Repeat.

3. Smith’s Ceranda Gower Diamond. Welsh Corgi (Cardigan).

BEST IN SHOW 

Chandler’s Elazlan Tribal Craft JW. Spaniel (English Springer). Lovely black and white male of just 20 months, stood out for balance and quality, have judged him before but he is only getting better as he matures, masculine head and expression with lovely dark eye, good length of neck leading into pleasing shoulder placement, straight front with good bone and feet, sound top-line, well ribbed back with short loin, he moved around the ring with an easy, ground covering gait, presented in beautiful condition without a hair out of place, good luck with him.

RESERVE BEST IN SHOW 

Head’s Demerlay Ebony Eyes. (Whippet). A really eye-catching bitch of just 12 months, just out of puppy, brindle and white particolour, never put a paw out of place, beautiful feminine head and expression, lovely eye, loved her overall proportions, she was nicely angulated front and rear, straight front with good bone and feet, she was elegant all through, moved out steadily with grace, in excellent well muscled condition.

BEST PUPPY IN SHOW

O’Doherty’s Autumnspell Heaven Sent. Lhasa Apso. Bitch of nearly 9 months with naughtiness and arrogance written all over her! Most feminine head with dark eye, good bite, balanced skull, good neck, nicely angulated all through with good proportions, in excellent coat and condition, loved her, she knew she had won BPIS before I had even handed out the award! I’m sure she has a bright future ahead of her.
