GORDON SETTERS.

Puppy no entries.

Junior D/B (2, 1A) 1st Morgans Caradillis sky rocket , Handsome lad, needs time to mature but promising.liked his head and expression, correct proportions and markings, long neck, good front and depth of chest, held correct outline on move, well handled. In good coat and condition.

Open D/B (4, 1A) 1st and BOB Ashley Turners Hernwood the botanist jw, Headed a lovely trio. Moved the best in class. Has correct head and markings, well off for bone, good through front and hindquarters, long neck,holds good profile, well handled and in lovely bloom. 2nd and res BOB, Reids Diersett Irridum JW, classy girl, close upto 1 but didn’t quite match the movement. Also has lovely head and expression, with strength through body and holding good outline. Shown in good condition. 3rd Smith Glenkinchie soul star, 11 years old , credit to her owner as she is in great form for her age and Im sure does well in veteran classes.

ENGLISH SETTERS.

Puppy D/B (2) 1st and BPIB Reids Hunterblue mystique at Diersett. Just 6 months old. Both very promising pups, just slightly preferred the outline and head of 1st but am sure these will change places many times. Feminine in head, lovely expression,low set ears, good neck, once settled moved well for age. 2nd Gardners Mariglen midnight muse of Danwish close up to 1. Low ears, Elegant neck and well set shoulders,in good coat and condition.

Junior D/B (2). 1st Williamson Hawktown sultan of swing and 2nd Hawktown Jazzella, 2 litter mates and very similar in type, 1 moved better on the day although both did tend to pace at times, the disadvantage of being in same class. Both had nice heads, lean necks and good shoulders, tight feet and nice outlines.

Post grad D/B (2) 1st and Res BOB Wales Chinina golden rose JW o/r, pretty headed girl, nice lean neck and good shoulders, good rear, held good outline on move, in good coat and condition, nicely handled.

2nd KempTaylor Quensha Strawberry swing, not as mature as 1 in body. Lots to like, feminine all through with good fore and rear. In nice coat. Close up for BOB.

Open D/B (5, 3a) 1st and BOB Mccabes Rochdale ribbons of pearls. Feminine o/w. Could be a little more animated on move but did come better in challenge. Good breed type all through, lovely head and expression. Lean neck, well muscled rear, in lovely bloom. 2nd Arkely Hartsett last waltz, nice lad, carrying a bit of extra weight today, liked his outline, moved well, lovely coat and condition.

CURLY COAT RETRIEVERS.

Puppy D/B (2) 2 smashing pups here. 1st and BPIB Sutton & Whitehead Foxriever Grey ghost, clinched this class on the move. Correct wedge shape head, with good eye and high ear set, good rib and body proportions, correct curly coat and moved well for age. 2nd Whitehead Foxriever ritual flame. Close up to 1st not as settled on the move today. Similar remarks apply as liked her head and body and tight coat. Am sure these 2 will swap places many times. Both well muscled up.

Junior D/B (3 1A) Repeat of Puppy class.

Post grad D/B (5 3A) 1st & Res BOB Killick Overbores double or stick. Headed a nice class of 2 handsome lads, capable of a days work. Correct head and eye, strong neck, deep chest and good rear, well muscled up and shown in good condition, correct coat. 2nd Suttons Hopeall and aats bed spencer, another handsome lad, just preferred the front and rib of 1st dog. Holds good outline stacked and moving, correct coat type.

Open D/B ( 5, 2A) 1st and BOB Stubbs Brightmeadow take your time at Densdale, took my eye on entering ring, quality dog with correct head and eye, good body proportions, good chest and rear well muscled up, moved well, good coat. Well handled and heard he was group shortlisted. 2nd Hopeall and aats bud spencer, from previous class. 3rd Karmawalowy drink z basifory. Completed a trio of workmanlike dogs.
