Class A- The Jill Christie Memorial Special Award Junior.

Really enjoyed judging this class. All entries were at different stages of development and maturity which made it very interesting. 

1st - Gardner's Mariglen Midnight Muse Of Danwish, This very pretty 10mth old Light Tri bitch caught my eye immediately, such a pretty head with good proportions, the kindest expression and eye. Good reach of neck into well laid back shoulders, good straight front, deep chest and good spring of rib, short coupled, level topline and tail set. She moved very steady. She really is one to watch. 

2nd - Owen's Sharnyx Sparklin Starlight at Cornsett, 14mth old O/B bitch. Lovely balanced head with an expression that melts you. Reachy neck, good lay back of shoulders, sweeping stifle, good topline held well on the move. Lovely coat and condition. 

Class B- The Madge Pearson Memorial Special Award Open

This was a lovely class with some beautiful dogs, I was spoilt for choice, it was a close call between 1st & 2nd they could easily swap places any other day.

1st Lawson's Wensleydale Dorian Gray JW ShCEx OSW. Handsome Tri, Very appealing head with nice dark eye and kind expression. Clean flowing neck into well laid back shoulders. Good bone and tidy tight feet. Good turn stifle, well let down hocks, level topline and tail set. Shown in lovely coat and well muscled. Moves straight and true, good drive using his slashing tail well.

2nd Wilson’s Ravensett Giovanni – Striking O/B dog of ample size, wonderfully balanced head, correct dentition, lovely eye and sweetest expression. Good length of neck, correct lay back shoulder, deep chest, good topline and tail set. Good turn of stifle, move well. Overall a very lovely boy who worked well for his handler.
