Masculine lad who was well balanced both front and rear. Attractive head with excellent chiselling and dark eye. Good depth of brisket. Correct well-angulated front. Moved well and with drive. BOB

2nd Cassidy Taylor & Gallaghers Chalksville Evander

This lad was built on a smaller finer frame than 1st , and when he moved was a little loose coming and going. Needs to drop through his brisket.

This girl was quite nicely made throughout. I would like to see her carrying a little less weight. It may have altered my placings. Pleasant feminine head with nice chiselling. Her coat was beautifully presented.

11 Month old puppy Dog. Quite mature for his age. Upstanding and masculine. With a good length of neck going into a well placed shoulders. Good length to his tail which was well set on. Nice feet. Moved soundly and with drive. BPIB & HPG 1

2nd Cyprien Porter & Willunats Honeybush Clouds Novel Proncess Zola with Jocerik (Imp Deu)

This baby was a little short of eight months and still very immature, of course. She had a lovely long neck and a well placed shoulder and upper arm. Rear quarters to match. She still has to drop through her brisket. Made a good account of herself today.

My dictaphone says “I really loved this beautifully balanced, quality girl” and, although she stood alone in her class, she was definitely my find of the day. At just 14 months old she has just about everything in the right place already. A beautifully strong, but feminine head. The best of necks let into well angulated shoulder and upper arm. Excellent ribbing and a strong loin. Well angulated rear quarters. Good bone and correct feet. Put down in excellent condition and when she moved, she used everything to make it as effortless and as sound as they come. Absolutely certain that she could do a day’s work. Easily won BOB and HG1 and then later, to my delight, took top honours under the BIS judge. Well done! One I will watch with interest.

I have judged this girl before as a puppy and liked her very much then. Today she stood alone. Well balanced feminine girl. Correct eye shape. Strong neck. Nice feet and good pasterns. Well sprung ribbing with reasonable depth. Good first and second thigh. Well let down hocks. Was not comfortable on the move which was disappointing.

This pretty girl was just short of 16 months. Nice head and expression. Good neck and well placed shoulder. Excellent rear angulation. With short hocks. Nice feet. Fine bone. Moved well in profile and sound behind.

I loved the head on this feminine girl. So well balanced, with good wrinkle, well set ears and with a lovely almond shape to her dark eyes. She was a little longer than 1st . Well let down hocks. Preferred the movement of the winner.

Pretty Brindle girl. Well balanced with a good length to her neck. Excellent topline and correct spring of rib.Good rear quarters and short hocks. Soundest mover in the class.

2nd Stones Memetuka Secret Smile

This girl was shorter coupled than 1st and I preferred her rear quarters and the best of hocks but she didn’t use herself to best advantage on the move and had to pay the price. Good ribbing and excellent loin. Would like to see her on a better day.

Quality 10 months old male who is looking very nice. Strong, elegant well balanced head with dark eye. Good neck set into well laid back shoulders, leading into excellent topline which he kept on the move. Correct length to his loin and well ribbed back. Moved true and with good drive from behind. Cracking puppy. Should do well.

This ‘mature’ girl was carrying a little too much weight and it affected both her topline and her movement. Good feet and well let down hocks. She would benefit (as would many of us) from a few less groceries.

I think the grass affected some of the movement in these classes and perhaps things would change on a smoother surface..

A pretty shaded red girl with lovely head and eye. Correct length. Excellent topline. Good keel. Moved well in profile with good reach.

Red female who was stood alone in this class. She is well balanced and of correct length to height ratio. Good bone and feet. Good angulation front and rear. She moved well, particularly in front.

Litter sister to the previous class winner and has many of the same attributes. Moved well coming and going. Long neck leading into excellent shoulders. Moved well in profile and was sound coming and going.

Attractive head with dark eye and correct ear placement. Was a little disappointing on the move and had to pay the price.

Attractive head on this young black and tan lad who is just starting to go through that ‘teenage’ stage. Once off the table and on the move, he used his conformation well and covered the ground. Looked well in profile and was sound.

2nd Gillespie-Wrens Dachalunes Big Me

This girl was well presented with a lovely coat but didn’t use herself well at all and had to pay the price today.

Nicely put together cream boy who was well balanced with good angulation front and rear. Attractive head shape. Good length of neck let into well laid shoulders. Nice bone and feet. Moved well coming and going and in profile. An easy BOB winner.

Another attractive Mini Long, feminine and quite nice all through. Good neck let into well placed shoulder. Well ribbed back with correct loin. I just thought the dog had a slightly better prosternum. Moved well.

This girl was very pretty, well balanced and of correct height to length ratio and I though she had a great deal to like about her. It was a shame that she carried more weight than I would like as I think it spoiled her outline and affected her movement.

This pretty girl was built a shade longer than the winner but she moved very sound coming and going. With some more experience, 1st and 2nd could change places on another day.

This lad had a masculine head and was balanced throughout. Bu today he was moving a little croup high and had to make way for the better topline on 1st.

I have judged this attractive and elegant girl before and I believe she won a hound group under me. She has matured into a lovely, sound, typey, mature adult. Racy and dignified with a lovely head and expression and she is a great ambassador for her breed.

Shapely saluki boy with a lovely outline. Very pleasing head with correct eye. Long neck let into well laid shoulders, Correct topline. Moved sound with good drive from behind. Would have just preferred a shade more fill in, in front.

Black, just a little short of 10 years old and greying through her muzzle a little. She still has a good length of neck set into a well laid back shoulder and holds her topline on the move. Looks good in profile and sound coming and going.
