for turning your Shiba out in excellent order. 

Mouths have improved significantly over the decades, coat texture has also improved. Sadly being badly out of coat, sometimes means loss of body condition too and so can have a huge affect on the overall impression of your dog; Often, when up close, these dogs can have beautiful characteristics but when viewed from ring centre, they fail to deliver the desired balance of outline to be as competitive in a class of really good quality. Out of coat with good type should always place ahead of fully coated, poorer type; this is common sense, but 

showing a naked dog in a strongly contested arena can be a huge disadvantage.

My critiques can appear repetitive, I make no apology for this, as it is a measure of the quality in this entire entry, please take this as a compliment to you all. i merely list the virtues I personally require to fit the breed standard.

 I feel, at this time, based on today’s entry; the breed is well on track and in good hands. Thank you all!

Red well marked urajiro, correct texture to jacket. Good eye shape, set and colour, neat, thick ear, placed and carried well.

Correct fill under eye and plump cheek. Crested neck, good shoulder and width of front on tight feet. Good topline, moderate rear, moved well in all directions and excellent rapport with his handler.

Excellent sickle tail, he was certainly giving his all.

Gorgeous Red baby with defined urajiro, beautiful head qualities. Neat ear, set on and carried well, good eye shape, 

oblique set, correct fill under eye and plump cheek. Crested neck into a good shoulder, standing on 

good feet with decent leg length and nice width of front. Good topline and underline, firm loin to a

moderate rear, nicely set and carried tail. Moved very well in all directions, excellent rapport with handler. He

upped his game in the challenge

Another gorgeous red baby with beautiful head qualities. Correct in eye and ear, plump cheek, crested neck 

To a good shoulder. Good feet and width of front. Good topline, firm loin and a moderate rear. Good tail set 

And carriage, moved well in all directions. Excellent rapport with handler

1st 4466 - Ch Vormund Xmas Bonus (Miss M Dunhill-Hall)

Upstanding red with correct urajiro, Excellent head properties, Dark eye of good shape and oblique set, 

neat ear set on and carried correctly. Correctly filled under the eye with plump cheek, his expression is

beautiful. Well crested neck into a good shoulder, correct width of front and stood squarely at all times

on lovely tight feet. Strong topline and correct underline, strong coupling and a well muscled, moderate 

rear, crowned with a high set, single curled tail not too tightly wound. Good texture to his coat..

Moved excellent when viewed in any direction and gave his all the entire time he was in the ring.

Excellent rapport with handler, he literally did not put a foot wrong any time he entered the arena, he

Appeared to step up the intensity of his beautiful expression, which saw him rise to the very top.

DCC & BOB and delighted to see him awarded 2nd in a strong group.

Lovely red lad with good eye shape and set, neat ears set on and carried well, plump cheek, crested neck

To a good front assembly, standing on tight feet. Cobby body with strong topline, good texture to coat.

Moderate angles and well muscled, high set well carried tail. Moved well in all directions and excellent 

Rapport with handler.

Beautiful red lady who was determined to do things her way, and she did it well. Lovely head proportions,

Dark eye of good shape and set, neat ear set on and carried well. Plump cheek, crested neck. 

Good front assembly and feet, good topline and a moderate rear. Nice tail set and carriage, moved really 

well in all directions, she had her handler wrapped around her little toe and milked every minute to 

charm her audience. Her expression was priceless, a girl with true character who loved every minute. B.VET.

Plump cheek. Crested neck to a good front assembly on tight feet. Nice topline and a moderate

Rear. Good set on of tail and carriage. Moved very well in all directions and working so well with 

her handler the entire time.

ear set on and carried well, filled under the eye and plump cheek. Exquisite expression that simply 

locks on to you and doesn’t release. Crested neck into a solid front assembly, on nice tight feet. Good 

topline with strong coupling propelled by a well muscled, moderate rear. Her balance of outline is 

amazing and her coat texture is excellent. She moves very well in all directions, has an excellent 

rapport with her handler and stands squarely without effort. Her incredible expression saw her winning BCC

Another gorgeous girl out of the top drawer. Beautiful head proportions, dark eye of correct shape and set

Neat ear set on and carried well. Plump cheek, crested neck, good front assembly on tight feet. Good

Topline, moderate rear nice tail set and carriage. Nice balance of outline and moved well in all directions

Excellent rapport with handler.
