Irish Wolfhound

My first CC appointment for the breed and I thoroughly enjoyed my assignment. Some one asked me if this was a breed I had been “fast-tracked” for. I first judged the breed in 2009 and passed the KC JDP in 2014 so I don’t think it was that fast! Temperaments were excellent as one would expect and all of the hounds coped well with the intense heat. I was blessed with two excellent stewards.

1ST 3896 - Ch Sade Paris (Mr C & Mrs J Amoo). A dog I have admired before (he was my Reserve BIS winner at WELKS last year!). Ample depth and breadth of chest and strong back with slight arch over the loin. Strong hindquarters with hocks well let down. Impressed on the move as he is free and active. CC, BOB and delighted to see him take a well-deserved 3rd place in the strong Hound group.
