I would like to thank my exhibitors for bringing some wonderfully presented & fit Samoyed’s under me. The dog entry was a little lighter in numbers, but this did not take away any quality in the overall winners. In bitches I could start to judge through the classes with them being higher in numbers. I was very pleased to learn that my BOB went on to take the Pastoral Group. I appreciated her free flowing movement, that had both reach & drive. My dog CC also stood away, but needs a little more time to fully mature & come into his own.

To have one of your exhibit’s win the group was good. To then have your Best Puppy also win the Puppy Group is just the icing on the cake & very well deserved - To gain these high awards not only takes breeding & owning them, but also the ability to make the most of them - so a very well done to you both.

This 7 yr old was well presented, although not in full coat, had a pleasing outline with correct length of neck. Nice eye, with correct shape & colour. This veteran out moved the class to take the top spot.

2nd: WILSON, Mrs M Ch Samnouska Chase The Ace

Nice outline with correct ear & tail placement, out moved & headed for me by 1st.

1st: BALLANTINE, Mrs Elizabeth & BALLANTINE, Mr Alan Whitespirit Boogie Woogie

This excited 6 month old was a little playful & unsettled on the move to start with. He has a pleasing expression, was well but not over bodied & in nice coat with a good length of tail

A 14 month old that was little playful on the move & as a result could appear loose, but this should come together with age & maturity. Good pigment, eye shape & a nice dark eye. Has a good tail that helps frame the outline - should come into his own with time.

1st: ELDER, Mrs Tracey & ELDER, Mr Cameron Khorobroi Man of Mayhem

A 2 yr old with pleasing head piece from the feathering around it to the good correctly sized & well set ears, to a pleasing eye, although the snow nose, slightly detracted. Would have liked a more compact frame & outline & a little more bone, but he still has time on his side.

1st: TARASINSKA, Miss K Siberianmist Odin

This 2 yr old has a good body & pleasing overall outline, finished with a good length of tail what was well set. Another that should befit from maturing as moving a little loosely & not showing to his best.

1st: GRAINGER, Miss A SAMHAVEN DRIFTIN THROUGH

This ones no “Drifter” & should come into his own with a little more time & maturity. He’s well proportioned & stands four square, with a correct length of neck which is well set. Good bite with pleasing head & expression. For me, being a little picky I would have liked a slightly shorter coupling & a little more width in chest, but this should come with age. In full & well presented coat. Neither 1st nor 2nd moved to full advantage during this class, but this male was overall a little more tighter. CC

2nd: MOODY, Mrs E & HAFFENDEN, Miss A Ch Novaskaya Xander Lefay JW

Another quality male, with a good head & expressions in good coat & showing well, but again not settled on the move. RCC

1st: SHORT, Ms Mikaela Ch Zeelukzak Ice'n Glorious At Zakaytia JW VW

A pretty older girl of 11 yrs, well coated & presented. Has correct spring of rib & well bodied. Good overall head with a nice eye expression, although would have preferred a slightly smaller ear. Moved, showed & handled to advantage. BV

1st: KIRKWOOD, Mrs Andrea & JEBSON, Mrs Amanda & JEBSON Lovely Snow Diamonds Karma To Vandreem (NAF/TAF)

A very pleasing pup overall, well bodied for age in full coat & presented to her advantage. Well constructed & put together, which showed as she stands four square very time. The out line was completed with a very correct & pleasing head with well covered & set ears, correct eye shape, size & dark, which has been an issue with some of the entry. She had a correct bite, with clean dentition & a Sammy smile to finish the picture. A long tail to hock set high in full plume to finish the overall picture. Moved & handled to advantage - a clear winner. Almost forgot to mention the well feathered feet. BP

1st: OWEN, MR AND MRS H & M Svetllen's Barn Owl

A real mixed bag of a class, but 1st out moved the rest to take the class. She had a correct bite with pleasing expression, correct length of neck, correctly set proudly arched. Good tail & placement to finish the picture.

2nd: MCGREADE, Mrs DENISE & MCGREADE, MR PAUL TARONAKITS IT'S KABOO FOR FROSTIA

Although on the smaller side for me this bitch has a lot to like, but the bite was a little worn.

3rd: KIRKWOOD, Mrs Andrea & CARRUTHERS, Miss Nicola & R Vandreem Imperial Brooklyn

1st: MOODY, Mrs E & HAFFENDEN, Miss A Taronakits It's Kayanova JW

A well put together bitch with a nice head & expression with a good bite & pigmentation. She out showed & moved the class to take the top spot. To be picky I would have liked a little bit more of her, but what she did have was well proportioned.

2nd: CATTERALL, Mr Paul & SWEENEY, Ms Gillian Cocosamel Dramatique

A pleasing old fashioned style of bitch, with a lovely biscuit tipping to the ear. Soundly constructed. She played her owner up & was giving a little away in terms of coat.

3rd: LEPLEY, Mrs Patricia Sarnoushka Silver Spirit

1st: OWEN, MR AND MRS H & M Vandreem Imperial Minerva for Svetllen

An up to size girl in good well presented coat, with correct length of tail to finish the the overall outline on the stand. A little finer in head than I would prefer & sporting a snow nose. Moved & showed well to take the class.

2nd: TARASINSKA, Miss K Siberianmist Lagertha

Another that was presented & moving well, her eye could have been a little darker for me. On another day 1st & 2nd could have changed places, but she was not showing at her best today & gave the 1st spot away.

1st: BRANDENBERG, Mrs Sandra & SMITH, Miss Sue Ch Taronakits It's Karman JW

Pleasing head & expression with a good dark eye. All in this class moved well with purpose & drive, but 1st had that little extra. Soundly constructed, in good body & correctly proportioned, with firm muscle tone. Giving a little away in terms of coat, but this did not detract from the overall picture which was finished with a tail of correct length & set which gently curled to the side on the stand. This was a fantastic day for this girl , upping her game again on the move to take BOB & then the Pastoral Group. CC BOB

2nd: COLLINSON, Mr & Mrs Norman & Jacquelyn Ch NIKARA SECRET LOVE BY NORJACK JW

Another well put together quality bitch, with so much quality. Very well presented & showed to advantage. Not quite the purpose on the move as 1 today, hence losing out to 1st place. RCC
