Bracco Italiano

PD (2,1a) 1 Beecham’s Gunsyn Hotrod at Rydonmis, white with orange baby who is nearly a year old & at present is still unco-ordinated which is not surprising as this breed has so much growing to do & it takes time for them to get their back legs to catch up with the rest of their body but he has so much promise. Head is just right for age with a good eye & expression & well set & carried ears, good neck & shoulders, well boned legs & feet, good ribcage coming & a good strength in loin, good topline & well set & carried tail, in good coat & was put down in lovely condition. Alone today but must have a good future. BPD & BP. JD (3)1 Bell & Maddox’s Whitgun Renegade Master at Owlspoint, chestnut youngster who was sired by the BOB & has the balance I look for, he is masculine in outlook with a good head which still needs to finish but has lots to like, good neck & shoulders, correct topline & a well set tail, in good coat & condition, when he moves in profile he keeps a correct head carriage & good footfalls giving the correct movement for the breed, he is quality & has lots of potential; 2 Steel’s Braccorion's Xpelliarmus to Juhua, white & orange youngster who has a lovely head & expression, good neck & shoulders, correct topline to a well set docked tail, good ribcage & strong loin, put down in excellent well muscled condition, still needs to finish in movement but a lovely ring gave the dogs plenty of room to get into a good trot; 3 Beecham’s Titano Della Casa Di Lombardo at Rydonmist. PGD (3) 1 Steel’s Sazmallin Beijing Boy to Juhua, chestnut dog with excellent profile movement & balance which gave him the class, excellent hindquarters & tailset, masculine head & expression with well placed ears, good neck, enough forequarters & good bone & feet, correct topline, loin & tailset, good hindquarters, set up he give a good picture which is enhanced when he moves; 2 Dodd’s Silvestre Golden Dragon, white & orange dog who is very masculine in outlook, good mover particularly in profile but would prefer a lower tail carriage for he has a good topline, loin & forequarters, nice coat & condition & well boned legs & feet; 3 Beecham’s Keks Canero Bass, I must thank you all for your tolerance & patience & particularly for your clapping for this young handler who certainly tried his hardest. Good luck & I will watch your progress. Put down in excellent coat & condition, when he moves in profile he certainly covers the ground with the correct action & head carriage, this took him to RBD, as he is quality & can only improve with age & finish a very typical Bracco; 2 Forbes & Sladden’s Canemamans Primo Al Fine, loved his type but just beaten today on the balance of his head over 1. From the front gives a masculine expression from good eyes which are the correct shape & well set ears, movement particularly in profile was good with correct footfall & covering the ground with ease, in good coat & condition, just carrying his tail a tad high today; 3 Beecham’s Allegro Nord Bohemia Sheram at Rydonmist. OD (3) 1 Beecham’s Grafskoe Gnezdo Arlo, stallion of a dog with a masculine head with a good expression with the correct stop & occiput, well set ears & lean cheeks to complete a masculine outlook, good topline & tailset with good ribcage reach his elbows, correct hindquarters & tailset, in good coat & condition, when he moved he utilised his well boned legs & feet to cover the ground with ease & purpose; 2 Sladden’s Bushwacker Dangerous Dave at Canemamans, slightly smaller than 1 but obviously still within the Standard & he is still balanced, he looks masculine in profile set up & moving really covers the ground with ease, masculine head & expression with correct proportions & well set ears, good neck & shoulders with a good ribcage reaching his elbows, strong loin & well set & carried tail, he is quality & has lots to appeal about him; 3 Bell& Maddox’s Tolriver Enzo at Owlspoint. I think the strength of this breed at present lies in the dogs, they were full of quality & are so typical of my impression of the breed. VD (1) 1 Bell & Maddox’s Sh Ch Owlspoint Master of Trouble, alone but could still win anywhere. I can’t believe the last time I judged this dog he took BPD under me! How time flies & I am so pleased to see how he has grown into a typical example of the breed. This o/w is excellent for age & an good type put down in lovely coat & condition, he is well made & masculine in outlook, excellent head & expression & when he moves he comes alive. Showed his socks off to take BD over the young pretenders & eventually went on to BOB, looked a picture in the group & thank you for bringing under me again. Special BD (1) 1 S Beijing Boy to J.

PB (2) 1 Thomas & Taylor’s Gunsyn Hotpants, o/w mature puppy with lots of promise, she moved so well for one so young particularly in profile where you can see proper head carriage, her head is very feminine with the correct width & length, good expression from correct eyes, well set & good ear carriage, excellent neck & shoulders, correct topline & well set tail, her strong loin & correct length of ribcage ensured that she held her topline set up & moving, in lovely coat & condition, with well boned legs & feet & good hindquarters, well handled to win BPB, beaten for BP by her litter brother on maturity & BB; 2 Webber & Sladden’s Valcor Killer Queen, half sister to RBD & similar quality, absolute baby who has time on her side, she is a lovely type who moved so well, feminine head & expression with good width & depth, good neck & shoulders, gives a good profile both set up & moving, put down in excellent coat & condition. JB (2) 1 V Killer Queen; 2 Lawrence’s Braccorions Xclusive, well bone bitch, this o/w just needs practice, if you relax, she will see that you are enjoying yourself & she will relax & enjoy it too. She is worth it & you should have lots of fun with her for she is a nice type with a feminine head & expression & when she settled, she moved well. PGB (2) 1 Savage’s Silvestre Sword of Destiny, mature o/w who was well made, moved well on well boned legs & good feet, she gives a lovely expression from her feminine head with the correct width & depth, good neck & shoulders, correct depth & length of ribcage, strong loin, well set tail & good hindquarters, she is in good coat & condition & showed well particularly moving well in profile; 2 Dubois’ Withamfriary Veni Vidi Vici, interesting bitch who is a good size & a different type to my usual like, feminine head & expression, good length of neck, slightly straight in front but she had a good depth & width of chest & a good loin & well set & carried tail, moved ok but I think the heat was affecting her movement as she wasn’t going with the verve you expect from the breed. LB (2,1) 1 Kelsey’s Elfrindew Kinky Reggae, set up she make a picture of a typical Bracco for she is a good size & balance but it is when she moves that she really comes alive, she shows the correct footfall & head carriage & moves round the ring with such ease & purpose, she is so feminine in outlook with a lovely head & expression, like her topline & shoulder placement, seeing her sire, I can now see why she appealed, her sire won a round of the Pup of the Year under me a few years ago & he has passed on his good points.
