Breed: Dachshund (Long Haired)

P (1,0) 1st Loggeta Faire Daire (Mr S J & Mr S R Reid & Mcmaster). What an exciting young red bitch who will be sure to have a very bright show career ahead of her. She was in immaculate condition with her soft, straight coat gleaming and feathering very well developed for her age. The most beautiful head and expression but such a powerful jaw with strong teeth and scissor bite. She is so well-proportioned height at withers to overall length. Hold her top line and low tail carriage. Well angulated fore quarters and bend of stifle to match. Real strength to her hocks resulting in effortless free flowing movement. BPIB & BB

J (1,0) 1st Abydachs Hot Patootie (Mrs J F Geeson). Another beautiful 13 month old red youngster who like the puppy has a fabulous head and expression and strength to her jaw. Loved her prominent breast bone, the depth to her keel and her length of rib. Lovely straight front and great front feet; ideal for digging. Just found her a little taller on leg than ideal and today losing her topline compared to BB and her Champion kennel mate.

PG (1,0) 1st The Marquis Mansion's Atlantic C to Abydachs (Imp Nld) (Miss E H Geeson). Only 12 months old and not cooperating with her very patient junior handler. Once we got her moving on a loose lead she was sound away and back and has a super long stride. Beautiful head and expression with the darkest almond eyes and high set, well feathered ears. Straight front but a little narrower at present which I’m sure will come as her chest fills out. Ideal body proportions overall. Shiny, soft black coat of good length for age and rich tans.

OD (2,0) 1st Ch Abydachs Return of The Night (Miss E H Geeson). Such a majestic looking hound who strode in as if he owned the place. 2 year old red dog with such presence and a bomb-proof temperament. Immaculate in coat; straight, soft and shiny with plenty of feathering in all the right places. Wonderful expression and perfect head proportions. Well-developed fore chest with length to his rib cage and short loin. As such he holds his top line perfectly stood and on the move. His tail is carried low. Good bend of stifle and strength to his well let down hocks. He cannot stand wrong and is equally impressive on the move. BD & BOB. 2nd Swansford Archerdor at Sharnor (Mrs S.j. Ames). A well balanced dog with correct proportions to his body overall. High set ears and almond eyes with strong healthy teeth. A faction short in neck compared to the winner. Straight front legs and well angulated fore quarters. Good turn of stifle and low hocks. Would like slightly longer rib cage. Has a lovely long stride but moving a little close behind today. RBD.

OB Two very nice bitches and both worthy of their titles (2,0) 1st Ch Abydachs Fire in Her Soul (Miss E H Geeson). Makes a perfect overall shape both stood and on the move with proud head carriage, level top line and low set tail. Such a beautiful head and expression. Long neck into well laid shoulders. Chest well developed and rib cage long to short loin. Powerful hind quarters which reflected in the drive from her low hocks. Super long stride in profile but a little narrowing coming towards . In super coat and condition. RBB. 2nd Ch Cavallibrook Final Tango with Ryhars Jun Ch, Jd (Mrs L Egan). Only a young bitch and coat still to fully develop but shiny, soft and straight with good feathering. Loved her head carriage. Beautiful head and expression. High set ears. Large teeth and perfect scissor bite. Long neck into well laid shoulders. Well balanced overall but winner has a fraction longer rib. Front feet turn very slightly stood but sound coming towards and super low hocks with well developed second thigh so really drives going away.
