King Charles Spaniel

Not the largest of entries but delighted with my main winners who were very typical examples of the breed.

Dogs

Junior

1: GOODWIN, Mr J Baldragon Tailor Made For Diggle JW, tri boy with a decent head and expression, good for size and moved well in profile, pleasing outline and carries his tail well

2`; SMITH, Mr Stephen & SMITH, Mrs Gillian Justacharma Just Magical, Blenheim who is all male, sound on the move but could just use himself a little better for advantage.

Limit

1: SMITH, Mr Stephen & SMITH, Mrs Gillian JUSTACHARMA SO MAGIC J W, tri dog of obvious quality, he is pleasing for size and shape, and is indeed all Charlie. I loved his head and expression and he is cobby all through. In the class he moved well but in the challenge he didn’t move as soundly and so sadly couldn’t be considered further. He will have better days.

2: MADDISON, Miss Sarah Justacharma Northern Magic, tri boy , slightly smaller and more refined, pleasing expression, a tad narrow on the out and back

Open

1: RYAN, Mrs K F Ch Cavallibrook Blimey O Riley, absolutely beautiful tri dog, super sound and in superb condition. Really eye-catching on the move and presented to perfection. His head and expression are a delight and there is little to change on the table. Real star quality and, for me, a stand out today CC & BOB

2: SMITH, Mr Stephen & SMITH, Mrs Gillian CH JUSTACHARMA MAGIC GOES ON, all male tri boy of substance and type, he pleases in head, and is good to go over, just not using himself on the move today which cost him, but a very typical and worthy champion RCC

3: GILLHESPY, Mrs Lorraine & KIRSCHBAUM, Mr. Marcus Bonitos Companeros Deluxe Chardonnay

Bitches

Limit

1: GILLHESPY, Mrs Lorraine Lorphil Lady's Mantle (re import), 9 year old tri who moves like a youngster, in wonderful condition and a delightful temperament. Pleases in head and expression.

Open

1: RIX, Mr Brian Ch Baldragon Fame Game at Ricksbury JW, superb tri bitch, full of type and sound on the move. Lovely outline and delightful in profile. She carries all the attributes of the breed and what is more, there is no denying her sex. CC with some to spare.

2: TUESLEY, Mrs Marilyn & SWAINE, Mr James AM Ch Marsward Black Magic Woman, b/t of real old fashioned type with a super head and expression. In full coat and moved with a steady stride. RCC
