I would like to thank my stewards Anne Defaye and Sophie Parsons who kept the ring running smoothly, also the society for inviting me to judge the breed. We were in the end ring of the tenting with a bitter wind blowing on the exhibits all through the judging. I would like to thank the exhibitors for sportsmanship today, I really enjoyed my judging it was interesting to read the catalogue to see so many of my winners today sired my by previous CC & Res CC winners.

Class 1213. Puppy Dog

1st - Sticmaze Dipstick (Mrs V & Mr B White) – I really liked this 10 month old B/T he is an ideal size, he has a lovely attitude. He has the correct elongated skull, correct well positioned eyes of the correct colour, he has well placed ears which he uses at all times. He is balanced with the correct shoulders he has a nice front with a good front action, he has the correct topline with good ribs with a nice tuck up, he has the correct rear angulation good tail set and carriage. He moves with attitude and maintains a lovely shape on the move, he stands four square at all times. Best Puppy In Breed

1st - Hawksflight Hot Pursuit (Ms T & Miss J Watkins & Bugden) – This Red male is 13 months old he has a lot of beautiful qualities. He took my eye when he entered the ring he is a joy to go over, He has a lovely head and expression with nice correct eyes, well placed ears, he has a lovely front and correct shoulder placement. He profile he certainly makes a lovey picture, he has the correct topline and tailset and carriage, he has lovely rear angulation, on the move he is very precise in his movement, would just prefer a better hackney in front, for me it was just in the challenge that he lost out as I felt he lost animation to eventual winner. Res CC & Best Junior

2nd - Kaypin Happy and You Know It (Mr S Parker) – This red male is 15 months old he has the correct head with elongated skull, he has the correct dark eye with good ear placement, he needs to develop in chest as he stands a little wide in front and this affected his front action, he has a good topline on the move, he has good rear angulation and good muscletone for age. Just needs a bit more time to develop throughout.

Class 1215. Graduate Dog

1st - Pincio Twist and Shout (Mr D & Mrs S Santoriello) – A very smart Red he is 14 months old, he is handled to perfection, he has such a lovely disposition and is very alert. He is an ideal size, he has a lovely head with correct skull with nice dark eye, he has lovely ear placement which he uses to his advantage., he has a nice front and correct shoulders, good chest he has the correct topline with good tail set and carriage he has lovely rear angulation with good muscle for his age, on the move he maintains a lovely shape at all times and moves parallel, he has a good front action.

At 15 months old he is nicely balanced in body shape, square in outline, straight in back which gently slopes to a high set tail, both of which he held on the move. He has a good spring of rib and is strong in the loin, he has a good sweep to his stifles and straight forelegs, his movement was true both coming and going. He is balanced in his head which is carried on a good reach of neck which flowed into a good lay of shoulders, he has dark eyes and nose pigment.

1st - Pinicio Red Rebellion JW (Mr D & Mrs S Santoriello) – This Red male is coming up to 2 years of age, for me if you want to see the best hackney action in the ring today this male is one to watch in profile. He is an ideal size, he is so well balanced, on the stance you can see that he has that alertness the breed requires. He has y=the correct head and expression, with a lovely dark eye, wellplaced ears which he used at all times, he has a good neck leading into well placed shoulders , he has a straight front, correct body good tuck up , lovely rear angulation, he stands four square at all times, in profile he is a joy to watch move around the ring.

2nd - Gold Dgger at Tubize (Mr D R & Mrs H A Smith) – This red male is 3.5 years old he is a nice sized male, wasn’t at his best today with the cold, on the table, he has a nice head and expression with correct dark eye, he has well placed ears which today weren’t used to his advantage, he has a good chest and body, he has a nice topline, with correct tailset and carriage, he has good rear angulation, he moved well in profile and was handled well.

1st - Ch Collypins Supersonic (Mrs C & Mrs S Collinson & Dare) – B/T male he is 3.5 year sold is the finished article, he has that true outgoing ness that is required in the breed, he has a lovely head with correct elongated skull, lovely dark eye, well placed ears which he uses he has a lovely graceful arched neck good shoulder placement with nice front action, he has a good body with correct tuck up he has a lovely tailset and carriage good rear angulation with good muscletone, on the move in profile he is a joy to watch, he is in immaculate condition, for me today it was his attitude in the challenge that gave him the edge for me today Dog CC (I was told after that I had previously awarded his sire a CC)

2nd - Ch Hamilton Arrow at Tubize (Mr D R & Mrs H A Smith) – Beautiful B/T male who at 3.5 is the fully mature, he has a lovely head and expression with well placed ears which he uses at all time, he has the correct graceful arched neck, well placed shouders good front, correct well developed chest with good tuck up he has lovely rear angulation, with the correct tailset and carriage, he moves well in profile when he gets into his stride, just at times lost his front action. (it was nice to see that he is sired by my BOB from the National in 2019)

3rd - Ch Collypins Klickety Klick ShCEx (Mrs C & Mrs S Collinson & Dare)

1st - Ch Tubize Manhattan by Pinicio JW ShCM (Mr D & Mrs S Santoriello) – A really superb Veteran I believe that when I last judged I awarded her the Bitch CC at the national in 2019. She certainly doesn’t look her age she is in immaculate condition, for me she has so many beautiful qualities, she is so alert and for me never gave up at any time, she certainly challenged hard for top honours today I awarded her the Res CC today, she is a beautiful specimen to go over, she is an ideal size, she has the most exquisite head and expresson with the correct dark eye wellplaced ears, with a good arched neck, leading into a good straight front, she has enough chest, with the correct topline, she has good rear angulation with good muscle ]tone, in profile on the move she is a joy to watch, on the stance she stand four square at all times.

2nd - Vardenais C'est Moi (Mrs W Eyles) -This 9 year old red bitch has a really feminine head and expression with correct elongated skull, she has a lovely eye with well placed ears which she uses at all times. She has a good arched neck, correct shoulders, nice straight front, good topline she moved well was just outclassed today.

1st - Hawksflight Island Fox On Ulani (Mrs K & Mr R Neasby) – This 6 year old red male he is a bit rangier than some exhibited here today, he has a pleasing head with correct proportion well place ears which he uses well, he is a little longer in neck he has a good straight front, correct topline he has a good chest and tuck up well angulated on the rear with good tail carriage.

1st - Vickstock Wow Aneeva (Mr J J & Mrs W T Urwin) – A very smart 7.5 year old red bitch she is a lovely size for her age, she has a lovely head and feminine expression, she has a lovely dark eye correct wellplaced ears which she uses at all time, nice neck, leading into well placed shoulders, she has correct chest for her age with nice tuck up, correct tailset and carriage , on the move she just needs a bit of time to settle into her stride as at times she was a little erratic but she shows promise, handled extremely well.

2nd - Starpins Frozen for Ulani (Mrs K & Mr R Neasby) – A real baby she was just 6 months old this red bitch has a nice head which is balanced with a nice dark eye , she has wellplaced ears, she has a good length of neck leading into wellplaced shoulders, she has a good chest and body correct rear angulation, she moved ok, just needs time.

1st - Aquepins Phryne Fisher (Mrs T Billington) – This B/T bitch is ultra feminine, she is on the smaller side of the standard, she has a feminine head and expression with a lovely dark eye well placed ears which she uses at all time, nice arched neck leading in wellplaced shoulders she has a good topline with correct tailset and carriage, when she got into her stride she looked good in profile, handler needs to let her have a bit of fun.

2nd - Starpins Frozen for Ulani (Mrs K & Mr R Neasby)

1st Aquepins Jessica Fletcher (Mrs T Billington) – Litter sister to puppy winner B/T bitch who is a ideal size, with a lovely head and expression with nice eye wellplaced ears which she uses at all times, she has a good length of neck leading not well placed shoulders with good front, shr has a good topline with good rear angulation she has a good chest and tuck up just needs time to fully mature, on the move she is really nice to watch once she gets into her stride.

2nd - Hawksflight Hotta Than Hell (Miss Jess & Mr Isaac Bugden & Preddy) A nice sized red bitch who wasn’t at her best today she is a nice size, with a lovely head of the correct proportion, she has a ice eye with well placed ears, she has a lovely arched neck leading into well placed shoulders she has a lovely straight front, with good topline tailset and carriage. On the move she carries herself well just let down on the stance.

1st - Vardenais Apple Jade (Miss A Lewis) – This B/T bitch is 4.5 years, she was a little rushed into the ring and is took her a while to settle, she is a lovely sized bitch in immaculate condition, she has a good head with correct elongated skull with well placed ears which she uses at all times, she has a loveky dark eye she has a nice arched neck leading into nice straight front good topline and tailset she moves around the ring with purpose and is well handled.

1st Ch Galkerah’s Antonia to Krieger JW (Miss R Stracey) – I loved this naught lady, she is so well balanced with the sweetest of expression, she has the correct head proportions with a lovely eye, she has that naughty gene I am sure, she has a lovely arched neck., correct shoulder placement leading into straightest front, she has a lovely chest with nice ribs, good tuck up, good topline with well placed tailset and carriage, she has good rear angulation with correct muscle tone, on the move she is a joy to watch, expertly handled to get the most out of her, today I was pleased to award her the CC & BOB

2nd - Collypins Don't Do It Daphne (Mrs C & Mrs S Collinson & Dare) – Red bitch who was a little late into the ring and never really settled, she is an ideal size with a feminine head with good head proportions, nice dark eye with well placed ears, good arched neck leading into well placed shoulders with correct topline, good tailset, nice rear angulation with good muscle on the move she carries herself so well.

3rd - Vardenais Limini with Kirbsea (Mr & Mrs H C Kirby)
