I would like to thank the officers and committee for inviting me to judge today as Windsor is such a lovely show ideally located with amazing scenery to see from the showground. I would just like to draw attention to the standard for general appearance, they are a small, active and graceful dog, medium to well boned, either smooth hairless body with hair on the feet head and tail only or covered with a soft veil of hair on the body.

I would like to thank my very capable stewards Mr & Mrs Collins who kept the ring running smoothly and on time. The venue was set out in lovely in out ring it was unfortunate that it had rained heavily the morning of the show and as part of the grass area needed reseeding after the horse show. The society had put so much hard work into providing a lovely in out ring which gave us plenty of room.

Class VD/B (1 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: BARTLETT, Ms LORRAINE Michadaine Crazy for You Schm VW – This veteran is in immaculate condition. He was rushed into the ring as the exhibitor was a tad late, put that did not faze him at all, he is a nice sized male, on the move he is moved at a lovely pace he is so elegant in profile. He has a balanced head with a nice sized eye. He has the correct placed ears set correctly which he uses with good ear fringing, he has a nice long neck slopping into good shoulders he has the correct bone nice extended feet correct amount of coat finishing the picture. Best Veteran in Breed & 3rd in Veteran Group

Class MPD (2 Entries) Abs: 0 -

1st: PANAYIOTIS, Mrs A D YNCHREENOO MASQUERADE – This grey lace young male is adorable even though he wasn’t as settled on the move his attributes won him the class, he has such an endearing expression his head is correctly balanced with the correct eye, nice large well placed ears with good furnishing for age, he has a nice graceful neck leading into good shoulders correct bone with good feet has a good body coverage for age with lovely rear , correct tail set and carriage moved well when he got into his stride Best Puppy in Breed

2nd: BRIDGWATER, Ms C Scherzando Rock n Roll – Very similar in size to one, he again needed time to settle, this mahogany has the correct head with a nice eye, lovely large well placed ears with good fringing for age, he uses his ears well and has a good expression, he has the correct bone, still very much a baby in chest and as a result coming toward me was a little erratic, in profile he holds himself well, he is inquisitive and much preferred the other exhibitor at times.

1st: BRIDGWATER, Ms C Scherzando Rock n Roll – 2nd from previous class

2nd: SAPH, Ms K Moonastro Hamza – A more mature puppy, he has a more masculine head, he has the right head proportions with the correct dark eye, he has large ears which he uses, he has a good chest, he has the correct bone he has a nice length of body he moved well but perhaps needs a bit more confidence especially when moving in profile at he lost the graceful outline one expects from the breed.

Class JD (2 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: SAPH, Ms K Lunar Tutan – Mahogony male , he is a nice youngster with a good head of the correct proportion, he has a nice almond dark eye, well placed ears which he uses, he has a good straight front, he has just the right amount of neck correct shoulders, good body nice tailset and carriage, needs a bit of time to settle before coming into the ring as I believe it was a quick switch around for handler and when he came in he had just had his coat took off him so was feeling the cold.

2nd:PEPPETT, Mrs G Way To Go Heybett – This powder puff, has a more masculine head he has a lovely soulful dark eye with large well placed ears he has an excess of fringing to ears, he has a good long neck with a god front and nice feet he has a good body, he has a good chest, just need to watch this as he matures,, he has good rear, he has a nice tailset with his tail carried over his back at times it was almost too tight, I hope as his coat changes he will lose some of this volume as when you watch him on the move he appears a bit overcoated

1st: DUNLOP, Mr Robert Ch Habiba What's Your Pleasure – Dog CC – I was quiet enamoured by this young mahogany male he has a typical head and expression with the correct head proportions he has a lovely dark eye to complete the picture, he has large well placed ears with good fringing, he has a long graceful neck leading into well placed shoulders, he has a nice front with correct hair feet he has nice clean shoulders with a nice chest and body, good rear with nice muscletone with correct tailset and carriage, it took him a while to settle but on the move he moves true and maintains a nice profile on the move, he is put down in excellent condition with correct fringing of the right texture, looking at my catalogue it seems that he is the repeat mating of my bitch CC.

2nd: BROOKES, Mr & Mrs A & M Karamouche Kiss This – B/W powder puff he is slightly smaller than winner he is finer throughout, he has a more feminine expression with nice dark eye , his is is balance with ears that a bit higher set, he has good fringing he has nice bone would prefer a straighter front, in profile at times he lost his shape on the stance he was stood a little long, I found his coat a bit full hopefully as he matures this will change.

Class PGD (2 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: EAMES, Ms A Dollonoak Ezuoju Zhe – a very cheeky male, on the finer side he moved well and maintained a good side profile, he has a finer head but it is balanced with a good eye, well positioned ears which he uses, nice neck good front with correct feet , he has a good body with just about the correct rear angulation.

: QUADLING, Miss Nicola Prefix I Got Style I Got Attitude with Malenkhai - A mature masculine blue , for me he is a bit on the larger size he has a more masculine head, his head is balanced but for me found him a bit heavier in muzzle than I personal like, he has a long graceful neck, he has a good body with a good chest, he is a bit too long , he has good rear angulation with good tail , he has fringing in all the right places.

1st: VAN ZYL, Ms Katie Shumllea Hot Spot of BrightHound – An extremely well schooled 3 year old mahogany, for me he is on the finer side of the standard, he has a balanced head with an almond eye, he has well placed ears with good furnishing he has a nice neck put has a tendency to be stood with his head pushed back which means that you lose the side profile he has a good body , he needs a bit more depth to his chest to enable his shoulders to be laid back, he moves well in profile, was a little erratic in front at times.

1st: PIPER, Mrs C A Be My Dog's Topsail Cody of Zanjero JW (Imp) Deu - Reserve Dog CC – A magohonay and cream he is the correct size he is nicely balanced he has a balanced head with a nice almond eye, he has well placed ears which he uses at all times he has a nice graceful neck, well laid back shoulders nice straight front with correct hair foot, he has a nice chest with a good body he has a well placed tail which he uses on the move he is sound both coming and going keeps a nice profile on the move, he has good furnishing of correct texture to complete the picture.

2nd: MASTERS, Mrs S Doucai's Show Boy Black / White male who is balanced but a bit on the masculine head he has a bolder muzzle but does have a balanced head he has a dark expressive eye with correctly placed ears which he uses, he has a lovely chest with neat elbows good straight front he has a good body and correct tailset he is in lovely condition he has nice rear angulation he stands four square at the time, moved well just preferred head of one.

2nd: BAKER, Mr Ronnie SCHERZANDO TAIKI – Larger male he has a finer piece, he has a nice ear with well placed ears, he has a good graceful neck, needs a bit more depth in chest good front with correct extended tailset, he is a little rounded towards the rear and doesn’t keep the true topline on the move.

3rd: VAN ZYL, Ms Katie Shumllea Hot Spot of BrightHound

1st: BRIDGWATER, Ms C Scherzando Toss n Turn – Very much a baby this magohany bitch is very feminine she has an appealing head which is correctly balanced, she has the correct eye, with nice well placed ears, she has a nice body for her age with good front leading to extended toes when she got into her stride and her confidence came she moved true.

1st: EATON, Mrs T Chestnutcres sun set river FOR ELMSATCE – Another pretty young bitch with a correctly balanced head with a nice dark eye, she has well placed ears which she uses she has an elegant and graceful neck carriage she has a nice body for age once her chest develops this will complete the picture she has good rear angulation needs a bit more time to settle and wasn’t at her best in stance.

1st: GUDGIN, Ms S Scherzando Quaver at Jassendue JW - Very sweet feminine bitch with a lovely head and expression she has a lovely eye with correct head proportions nice neck which she uses to her advantage well placed ears which she uses, she has a nice chest with well laid back shoulders good front with nice elongated toes, she has a nice body good rear angulation with nice muscletone good tailset and carriage was just lacking in width over loin. She moves well and keeps her shape in profile.

2nd: PANAYIOTIS, Mrs A D YNCHREENOO KESMADYN SHEE – Smart black and white a bit heavier in muzzle , she has a nice dark eye, well placed ears, she is a little shorter in neck she has a good chest with nice front leading to correct elongated toes, she has correct topline nice tailset and carriage on the move she looks the part wasn’t as happy on the stance.

3rd: BARTLETT, Miss Michelle Parcauwen crazy secret jem among michadaine JW Sh.

1st: DUNLOP, Mr Robert Ch Habiba Hold My Purse – Bitch CC & Best of Breed / Toy Group 1, it was unfortunate that they were unable to attend on the Sunday for Best In show due to major issues on the M6. Well what can you say about this amazing bitch, I can see why she has won so much not just in the breed but in groups and best in shows. She epitomises the standard “ a small, active graceful dog” she is an utter dream to go over on the table, she has the most amazing head piece, with the correct muzzle, a divine eye, correctly balanced skull, with well placed ears which she never stops using, she has a lovely graceful neck, leading into well laid back shoulders ultra straight front with correct extended harefoot, she has a lovely chest with her elbows so close to her chest, she has a lovely body, correct rear angulation with nice defined muscle, well placed tail and correct carriage. On the move she flows around the ring with such style and grace. I would say that she is one in a million a credit to her breeders and owners a true show girl.

2nd: VIDLER, Mrs K Koroleve Balemila with Apailana Reserve Bitch CC, this handler was rather overwhelmed by the experience today, it is always a pleasure to make someone’s dream come true, as all she wanted was a third in open to get her stud book number she was rather surprised to receive a reserve cc today. This bitch is a lovely size, she is has a feminine head which is balanced , she has a lovely eye, she has well placed ears, if I was being picky would like a bit more neck to complete the picture, she has a good body with nice front. Correct harefoot, good body she has nice rear angulation her coat is of the correct type and texture.
