I would like to thank my very capable stewards Mr & Mrs Collins who kept the ring running smoothly and on time. The venue was set out in lovely in out ring it was unfortunate that it had rained heavily the morning of the show and as part of the grass area needed reseeding after the horse show we had a large muddy area we needed to avoid.

I would like to thank the exhibitors for allowing me to go over their dogs today as the entry was for Mrs Carol Lees who has withdrawn 10 days earlier.

The Löwchen’s had been added on third on to my judging order and as I had had a car accident the night before on my way home I was suffering with leg ache but the exhibitors were very understanding.

Class SBD/B (1 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: MALOWNEY, Mr Hessler Prodigieux Gild – I really liked this young bitch she was just 9 months of age, she is Black & White, she is certainly one that I would look out for in the future as I believe that she is something special. When she initially entered the ring she moved with attitude, her handler is new to dog showing and once he is confident I am sure she will go far, She moves so well in profile and moved true up and down. On the table she has the correct head proportions with one third muzzle to two thirds skull, she has a lovely round dark eye, she has a nice neck which has a nice arch to it, wellplaced shoulders with just the right amount of chest for a puppy, she has the correct topline with good tailset and acrriage good angulation to rear, just needs to muscle up. At times as handler went to stack her she sank into the ground hopefully with a bit more practice they should become a really good team

1st: ARMSTRONG, mrs Jayne STONESIDE DREAM TICKET – 9 month male who is black and cream, he is a nice size , he was a little uncertain of the indoor outdoor rings but put in enough of a performance to win best puppy dog. He has a good head and masculine expression with a nice round dark eye, he has a balanced head with wellplaced earsm, he has a nice neck and when he settled on the move he does carry his head proundly. He has the correct amount of neck leading into wellplaced shoulders he has a nice straight front,he has a good chest for his age, he has correct topline with good tailset and carriage, he is in good coat for a puppy and it is the correct texture, Hopefully as he gets more outings to shows he will get used to the showing environment.

1st: RICHARDSON, Mrs & Miss D A & Z A Lansilk Lot's Of Kisses For Hollinsclose – Dog CC, I believe that this was his crowning CC – He is a lovely sized male he is just 15 months old he certainly has some lovely qualities he has a really typical expression with the correct head proportions, with the correct dark round eye, well placed ears with good fringing, he has a good neck giving him a pround head carriage, he has a good shoulder placement nice straight front, correct topline with nice rear angulation, he has a nice tailset which gives him that typical arch over his back. He has correct coat for his age. He out moved his kennel mate today,

Class PGD (1 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: PATTERSON, Mrs M & PATTERSON, Mr M & MCGREGOR, Mis Jameneli Enzo Ferrari at Fruindale -this silver/cream (debate as to what colour he is) he is a nice sized male, he is expertly handled and never put a foot wrong, he has a pleasing head and expression with correct ear placement with good fringing, he has a nice neck and on the move he does look good in profile, he has a straight front he has a good chest and rib cage, nice loin, with good angulation to rear with exceptional muscle tone, he stood four square and moved parallel, for me today I would have preferred a more silky coat to complete the picture.

1st: ARMSTRONG, mrs Jayne Stoneside Napoleon – This 2 year old black and cream male he has a masculine head with nice dark eye, well placed ears with good fringing, he has a proud head carriage with a nice straight front, he has a nice chest, with a good loin good rear angulation, on the stack he looks the picture, he moved well both coming ang going, he carries a good coat which is very naturally presented

Class 621 OD (2 Entries) Abs: 1

1st: PARTANEN, Mr Jari Norsk Ch Sw Ch Wanted As Jolly Good – Res Dog CC – This smart male has a lot of lovely qualities, he is certainly well schooled and he never put a foot wrong, it was interesting to see that he goes back to a dog who |I have previously awarded top honours and group placings to, he had one of the best heads here today with the correct head proportions with a nice dark expressive eye, well placed ears with exceptional ear fringing, he has just about enough neck which on the move gives him that typical löwchen appearance, he has good shoulders and good straight front, he has a good chest and rib cage with correct loin, he has nice tailset and carriage he has lovely rear angulation with exceptional muscle tone, presented in lovely condition.

1st: PATTERSON, Mrs M & PATTERSON, Mr M & MCGREGOR, Mis LEONCINO VALENTINA FOR FRUINDALE – Res Bitch CC – A very smart cream bitch, she is another one who is handled to perfection and is so well school, she is an ideal size for a bitch she is put down in really good condition, she has a nice dark round eye, she has a good skull I would prefer a slightly shorter muzzle if I was being picky, she has a nice neck, good shoulders with straight front, she has a lovely chest and rib cage, nice loin, with a nice rear with good angulation and muscletone, she moves true both coming and going, good coat presented well.

2nd: BUSH, Miss A Bundu mums the word - Black and Cream has a really pleasing feminine head which is correctly balanced she has a soulful expression with good eye, her ears are well placed with good ear fringing. She has a good neck and this leads into well placed shouders nice straight front, would prefer a bit more chest, has correct topline and loin, correct tailset she moves well both coming and going. She has a nice coat of correct texture

Class OB (3 Entries) Abs: 1

1st: RICHARDSON, Mrs & Miss D A & Z A Hollinsclose Adore You – Bitch CC & BOB I believe that this was her crowning CC - it is always a honour to award that third CC, but this handler made up 2 on the day, so well done, this bitch is an ideal size, she has a balanced head with nice dark eye, correctly placed ears with good fringing, nice neck which she uses well good straight front, she has a nice chest for her age with just enough spring of rib, she has a good loin, nice rear. She moves wth attitude, she is sound both coming and going for me she just has that edge over her kennel mate.

2nd: GODFREY, Mr C & PEACOCK, Mr I Cleeview Unlocked Spirit In Godpeakiki – A very smart bitch who certainly looks that part and is a well deserved champion, she is slightly smaller all over than winner she has a pleasing head with correct dark eye, nice ear set with good fringing, she is balanced has just about the right amount of neck, good front lovely chest and rib cage, nice loin, good rear angulation, she has a lovely coat and moved well both coming and going
