Driffield Championship Dog Show

Breed: Spaniel (Cocker)

Many thanks to the Driffield committee for the opportunity to judge this lovely breed. I had a quality entry and it was rewarding to see so many special beginners entered. I did note a few suspect mouths, and overall presentation was good, just a few were untidy underneath. A big thanks to my excellent stewards Pauline & Ian who kept everything running smoothly

1 Amos-Jones Cassom Merrilegs this light b/r really caught my eye, oozes breed type and strength but retains her femininity, well shaped head and lovely dark eye, best of legs and feet, well ribbed with short, strong loin, good width with muscular hindquarters, stands so true with nothing exaggerated, on the move she covers the ground with ease and moves with true cocker style and ever wagging tail.
