I would like to begin by saying thank you to the club for the invitation to judge and to the exhibitors for bringing their lovely dogs under me. It was a lovely day with some fine examples of our breed.

1st Pratt Miss T ROSYTH KELTIC LORD –, solid 7 ½ month dark boy. masculine head good pigment and correct eye shape. Good straight leg into tight catlike feet. Shoulders fine. excellent level top line and tail set. Angles front and rear good. Moved well with handler when steady.

2nd Liggins Miss J & Hodges Mr S SWANAVLY POPSY'S LEGACY (IMP SRB) – paler 8 month boy with dark pigment and a well balanced head, good dentition. Good neck and front. Nice straight leg. level top and tail set fine. Angles front and rear good. Moved OK

1st Tait Miss E STRATHLON HERE COMES THE SUN –solid masculine puppy in full coat, balanced head with the correct gentle expression, good pigmentation and correct bite. Angles front and rear very good, beautiful feet on a lovely straight leg. Level Top line and tail set correct, moved well and true.

2nd Harris Miss A & Ball Mr N WEMCREST MAN OF LA MANCHA – another masculine and solid youngster in nice coat. Typical and expression head and solid well- muscled neck , well laid back shoulders. Top line level, tail set fine. Feet good. Moved well across the ring.

Nice depth to chest. Good shoulders and rear angles allowing him to stand square and true. Tail set good. Lovely well let down hocks. Moved soundly with power round the ring.

2nd Millington Mrs J GOLMAS GUARD OF HONOUR AT JARABEES JW –mid gold boy with a typical golden head and expression. Good front with straight leg and feet ok Front angles good. adequate spring of rib. Moved with some drive and reach in the ring.

1st Broadhead Mrs JD MONCHIQUE LAST SAMURAI JW – well balanced, nothing out of place dog with pleasing head and eye showing good pigment, angles front and rear correct. Good feet and nice straight leg. Nice turn of well-muscled stifle and well let down hocks. Covered the ground well.

2nd Layland Mr ML & Mrs T & Miss LA APPLECOTE HEARTS DESIRE – a real golden softie, well balanced although slightly longer caste. Nicely balanced head with gentle eye and correct bite, good front into good straight leg and tight feet. Flowing neck into well laid shoulders. Stood well and looked strong. Moved with purpose.

Good reach of neck into well balanced shoulders into a level top line and good tail set. Nice spring of ribs with correct depth of chest. Front and rear angles good, moved well across the ring.

Very attentive to handler. Moved best in class.

2nd Copley Mr G LALIQUE LORD OF THE RINGS AT HAMCAR –well made and well presented, with a masculine head showing a strong muzzle correct eye colour with good pigment. flowing neck, with good front and bone. Short coupled and stood square, nice rear angles. Moved well.
